Hotel is great and breakfast number one Butt reception staff very rude and bad attitude the one lady maybe she’s name I think Marium should be room cleaner not a receptionist person . I am travelling as a business man last 25 years, but this kind of bad receptionist I didn’t see-my 45 countries visit in the world.

Yes the room and service was great as usual especially Armando in Club Lounge. But I object to being charged twice and having full payment taken off my Amex card (without permission) despite having paid Expedia in full back in April! Only a grudging apology and still waiting for refund! I know the ownership has changed and issues with accounting etc etc, but that’s not my problem!

I added my niece to my reservation for my birthday after booking and was unaware of the guess fee. I called the hotel staff in advance to advise them that she would be accommodating me. If I would have added her to my Expedia reservations, there would not be a fee. The room sleeps 4 and there was only 2 of us. I had to pay an additional 200AED for my niece.

Awesome stay!!!

We (Family of 4) just got back from an amazing stay at Jumeirah Creekside, and I can’t wait to share how much I loved it! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted us with big smiles and made me feel right at home.

My room was super cozy and spacious, and everything was spotless. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I woke up refreshed and ready for the day! The view from my window was fantastic, which was such a nice bonus.

The hotel had some awesome facilities. I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and checking out the fitness center – it had everything I needed! Plus, the breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant was delicious.

The location was just perfect too! We could easily explore nearby attractions. Overall, our experience at Jumeirah was truly wonderful, and I’m definitely planning to come back! If you’re looking for a cozy and friendly spot to stay, this place is a gem!

Enjoyable and relaxing stay in Dubai

Really enjoyable stay at the hotel. I was there for 5 days. The hotel is well decorated and maintained. 5 minutes by taxi from the Airport Terminal 1 and a 10 minute walk to the red line metro which will take you to all the tourist sites in Dubai. The room allocated was lovely, spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day. Plentiful supply of complementary water. I used both of the pools in the hotel together with the (well equipped) gym. All were very good. If you don’t want to eat in the hotel there are a wide range of local restaurant which are very good. I would also recommend the Katrina coffee shop which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. 👍 All of the staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Very good value for money. Comfy beds, good gym (although they could do with turning the A/C on). Rooftop pool is tiny. Main pool has swimming lanes but everyone seems to treat it like the rest of the pool which is frustrating. On-site f&b ok but also get a good discount at Irish village which has great atmosphere and live music.

My family and I enjoyed an excellent stay at the hotel. The most outstanding aspect of our stay was the staff, an amazing team of people. We experienced utmost professionalism throughout but also friendliness and kindness. Everyone was great but a special mention has to go to the lifeguards, to Mutwalibi who did our housekeeping to perfection and to the chef who cooked our delicious breakfast every morning and has a fantastic memory. Everyone helped to make our stay great and we are very grateful and have lovely memories

A very enjoyable visit to the Jumeirah Creekside

We were greeted by friendly, very professional staff and were upgraded to a suite on the 9th floor with a fabulous view of the the Creek, the golf course and the city beyond, including the Burj Khalifa. The suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, spacious and there was plenty of hot water. The king size bed was very clean and comfortable, so we had an excellent night’s sleep before our long flight the next day. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice and the option to have a freshly cooked eggs, so I had beautifully cooked scrambled eggs with beef bacon. Checkout was seamless. Reception staff were very helpful. Our bags were brought down, our car delivered and the porters quickly loaded the bags. A very enjoyable visit to the Jumeirah Creekside, Dubai.

We stayed in this property the week prior and had a phenomenal experience. The second time, it was sadly horrendous. Upon booking online I did not realise my search function had defaulted to 1 traveller. When attempting to check in with my husband, we were advised this was an extra per night. I was confused as this does not impact room type or require any additional work from the hotel. I went online and did a search for the same room type for 2 people and the price did not change. After dealing with a horrific front desk attendant we requested the manager. She was however dealing with another matter and we waited 40 minutes to see her. She advised the only way it was possible was to have my husband as a guest (ridiculous). I contacted Expedia who happily updated this for me and also refunded me the difference as the room night was more expensive on my initial booking for that night and included breakfast for my husband. How embarassing for the front hotel staff. We will never return.

Always love the Jumeriah Creekside. It's always spotless the rooms are always well presented. The bathrooms are always excellent equipped with roll topped baths and separate huge showers.
I can not praise the staff and service highly enough, as it was Christmas we found a Christmas stockings packed with treats on the bed on Christmas Eve. As we live in Saudi the Dubai/Jumeriah is one of our escapes and especially appreciate the discount for hotel residents at the adjacent Irish Village.

It's nice as. a layover from a late night flight. Staff are all Jumeirah level wonderful. personally didn't like the cor, the red doors and carpets sort of devalue the Jumeirah name as it's a bit mismatched. Room is ok, maybe more carpets in neutral colours. Price to stay ratio is fine so its budget Jumeirah but its okay. I love Jumeirah hotels in general but will come again for a layover, the area around is not too great, would have been better if positioned on the creek with a water view, but this is no fault of the property. Everything was fine tough, can't say I was unhappy but the decor might need improvement. Just a minor opinion as many others might like the colours.

A bit old but very good. Has 2 pools, small cinema hall, irish village next doors etx. So lots to do.
In room dining is pathetic. We ordered twice, and its real bad by Dubai standards and worse by Juneirah standards. Like bad food.

This is a nice hotel close to the Airport and 15 miutes to the Dubai Mall. You can also take the metro but it is 15 minute walk which in a hot day is not pleasant. My room was truly grand and the shower is fantastic. Overal pleasant stay. By the the the Lebanese restaurant next door is realy good.

I had an amazing stay at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel. The location is perfect—close to the airport and main attractions yet peaceful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. The room was spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views.
The dining options were excellent, with delicious food and great variety. The amenities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch. The complimentary access to the private beach at a sister property was a fantastic bonus.
Overall, it was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

The Creekside has taken away a lot of things that made it a family friendly hotel for example no soft drinks mini bar , a trolley came to your room at tea time with treats that’s been taken away. Having to pay to go to wild wadi no beach access and a limited menu in the evening in the hotel if your on a half board package. Disappointing won’t be staying there again unfortunately. Used to love it there until they took things away.😟

If there were more frequently managed hotel shuttle bus service rather than only once a day, and also free airport shuttle service because it is so close but not walkable in this extremely hot weather, I would give 6 stars out of 5 stars.
Other than that, it was perfect place! I loved it!
