We stayed here for a week, and cannot speak high enough of our experience here! The staff and service were beyond exceptional, and this was the best service we have ever experienced anywhere we have stayed. The breakfast buffet is out of this world. Big thanks to the chefs, kitchen staff and breakfast servers who made our little girl feel like a princess every day at breakfast!!

Charged twice for the same room and no refund

I booked a 2 bed room through hotels.com and prepaid, arrived off a flight just before midnight and was told there is no 2 beds room available. I was forced to pay the hotel even more then my original booking for a 2 bed room stay.

I basically payed twice, since that point and multiple chases ups, i get a response stating that there is nothing they can do. So much for long term loyalty.

It’s extremely nice, clean, spacious with wonderful views. It has a free parking which was very nice, but on the other hand the tourist tax is very unfair and a can of Pepsi from the refrigerator was about $8.00; although I replaced it with two cans, but the size and shape of the cans in the hotel is different than what you find in the stores; so, you won’t be able to replace it and you get charged these extreme prices. Other than this everything else was perfect.

My Stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek

Well I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Regency. My room was as expected from the pictures I have seen prior to booking. But two area the hotel management have improve is first staff friendliness a lot of times the employees would work pass you without greetings and secondly the breakfast there’re a lot of options per say but almost all the times the varieties are mostly concentrated to the south asian continent and as an international hotel that welcomes guest from all over the world that has to change. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay. And I wouldn’t mind visiting again.

Very spacious apartments with cleaning service daily! The rooms are nice and new. Breakfast buffet is great with plenty of options and a menu that changes daily. Apartment room has dishwasher, full kitchen, washer and dryer combo unit. There is no dishwasher or washing detergent provided so you will need to buy or bring your own. Bottled water is free and provided daily per your request.

Several pharmacies are nearby within walking distance, as well as a convenience store in the lobby and within walking.

We took Uber or taxi's everywhere; there is always a taxi available in the lobby. Metro stop is nearby about an 8 minute walk.

Main issue is a SLOW ELEVATOR. There are only 4 elevators that serve all the floors but they are slow speed elevators. During peak hours, expect to spend 10minutes waiting and traveling in the elevators.

Excellent service, room service was excellent, breakfast buffet was the best we ever had, provided unlimited water bottles for drinking during our stay, will definitely be staying again on our next visit. 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities, washer and dryer worked well. Room service was excellent, tried all the food and could eat it everyday! Coffee was also superb. Can’t rave enough. Just a Gem!!!

Check-in time was not supposed to be until 15:00, but we were checked in and given the keys to our room on arrival early morning. The highlight of our stay was the 'amazing' room/apartment which had everything you could hope for with fantastic space / decor and facilities.
Everyone working at the hotel was friendly courteous and couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was delicious with a vast selection of foods despite the obvious lack of bacon, sausages etc due to the location. Special shout out to the staff at the Spa, Swimming Pool and La Tablita Mexican Restaurant who couldn't do enough to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The only criticisms I have are; The lifts can take a while to arrive, and the cost of alcohol (although this is the same everywhere in Dubai). Overall I would highly recommend.

The stay was good, the room was clean. I got a late checkout requested.
The light switches are bit annoying they perform as they want and not what is desired.
The service can be greatly improved though.
I got confirmation from Hotel long before my stay that they will provide a cake on occasion of our anniversary and our twins birthday.
I reminded the front desk 3 times at different occasions but to my dismay, the only feedback I got was that they have escalated the issue.
If I was told they the cake would not be arranged then I would have made my own arrangements.

There are no separate counters for check-in and check-out, my check in took good 30 mins and checkout took 40mins+, standing and waiting with kids is quite a task.

Most unwelcoming reception staff ever. It took me 1 hour to check in. Upon arrival I was told that I need to wait an additional 10 minutes for my room to be sanitized but they made me wait for an hour despite I arrived after 3 pm. During the wait time I went to reception twice to check and was told another 10 minutes after first ignoring me. Then second time when I went I was told laugingly oh room is ready I forgot to tell you.. horrible!

Great hotel located in the medical district. Only drawback is the cost of breakfast! We skipped the hotel at over 100 AED (per person!) and visited a nearby bakery and cafe where we had full cooked breakfast for less than 40 AED for two!

Wonderful staff. Breakfast buffet was great!Could use a bit more variety or addition of other food choices within the hotel.

They need to have the housekeeping in place. We had three rooms for three adults for 7 days but one of the room was dirty with dirty towels, the bed was not king like should have been, her lights didn’t work and they had to come and switch out the whole panel then her safe didn’t work. Also she never had the tray with the drinks and all the candy bars the whole time.
My friends room had the table with two chairs which was missing from my room. I addressed this to the front desk and they said to contact 0 for guest service. That was one person who was not nice who had the least caring attitude and said they don’t have it and that was the end of it when they front people it should. It be a problem. I can’t sit on high stool because of my leg circulation but ended up having to work in my laptop from it the whole time. I will say housekeeping’s upper Mgmt team needs improvement for sure.

Concierge and the hostesses at the restaurants and people at check in out counter were all great!

Wasn’t a fan of this hotel at all. We usually stay at Marriotts but tried this Hyatt because it had high reviews. I wouldn’t say it’s anything close to a 5 star hotel. The rooms smell, you can tell it’s a smoking hotel. The price of food is WAY overpriced ($17 for two cappuccinos). The cleaning staff was horrid, never once did they fill the room with enough towels, or change the sheets. It took over 2 hours to get something delivered to our room when we called guest services. Was told “were really busy”. The elevator situation was so bad. On average took about 5 mins to get one of the 6 elevators they had running. The worst was they charged us a mandatory rate for the NYE party they were holding in the hotel lobby even though we had other plans that night. This place is ridiculous!! I would never stay here again. It is not super close to any of tourists attractions and Uber is expensive so wasted a lot of money on transportation...Disappointed!

Disappointing! Does not deserve 5 stars. It’s 4 stars max with a 5 star price tag. Room smelled, staff unable to fix. Floor dirty. Executive lounge offers nothing but coffee. Dinner offering included only 2 warm dishes. Restaurant lacks soft decoration, feels like a food court. Called 4 times for extra duvet for my children.. response: “what’s a duvet?” All staff consistently professionally-cold, many not properly trained, guests are seen as an obstacle. Hotel is totally overpriced, and run with a mission to minimize cost not to maximize guest satisfaction. No sense of hospitality. Deserves 4 stars max.

It is closed to airport..about 15 minutes drive. The metro station is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel to explore the city. Free shuttle bus is provided from hotel to the airport. The room (residence side) is spacious with washing machine and well equipped cooking utensils. The breakfast is average to me in term of variety provided. In general, it was a great experience and worth for a stay

The staff in reception are rude and unhelpful. There are huge queues for everything from the lifts, to reception to breakfast and all the beds at the pool have been reserved with towels by people who don’t turn up for hours. The hotel is like a maze with very few signs and very hard to find your way around.

Service is everything and it’s a shame that the receptionists I had to deal with upon check in had zero customer service. Rude and unable to comprehend simple English. They had the audacity to try and ask for a further payment despite me having paid the entire amount online and when I challenged this they could not between them explain what they were trying to make me pay for. Ilnur and Jamil require further training in how to speak to and deal with customers as they are representatives of an apparent five star hotel yet their service is nowhere near the five star standard. If their attitude were to be a reflection of the hotel it would definitely be a one star!
I then had an encounter with another receptionist named Elvin who was absolutely marvellous. He truly was a gentleman, understanding of the situation and very apologetic. His customer service quality was impeccable and truly commendable following the shambolic display of service Jamil and Ilnur thought to be appropriate.
I stayed here upon recommendation by family but I really will be heading home to tell them to avoid this hotel following my encounter with Jamil and Ilnur!
Concierge and bell staff are very pleasant, Kashif, Sajid and other staff have greeted us with much respect and warmth. It’s just a shame that first impressions count and Ilnur and Jamil have clearly given the worst possible impression of the accommodation. They clearly are ill-mannered and trying to fleece customers of money they do not owe!

Staff and services are good .location of this hotel is also good. You are NOT too far from some of the famous places.
But places like jumerah beach.doubai marina .dubai palm.
Are far from this hotel.

Break fast is very good of this hotel Alots of choices of food.
But on the weekend hotel get very busy.lifts and lobby get very busy.
One more think i need to tell. They have a bar at the top floor with open lovely view and sheshah place.that open till midnight.they play loud music.that some time you can heir it in your bedroom.

The property itself is good and up to standards. Nice and clean room, fully equipped. But the staff at the desk feel \"robotic\" and did not feel welcomed. The bell boys were helpful but we encountered once that they sweared at the taxi driver infront of me because he was driving carelessly near the entrance. Swearing infront of a guest is definitely not professional even though his intention was good.

The check in was awful, Front Office Staff “Maria” was pretty rude person. She will definitely need to go through training program for hospitality. YES the lobby of the hotel was a kiosk. Lots of guests were checking in. This young lady was not bothered about a simple request. Despite my regular staying at the hotel and residence. I was trying to to info Maria my request in the system “quiet room” I was not looking for luxurious room nor demanding French benefits. I ended up getting a studio with noisy fridge, extremely noisy next door and could hear the Emirates 380 taken off. Called the duty manager. Yes they sent security to ask next door to keep law noise. The time was 23:00 hrs. At 01:30 hrs I had to go down to reception. Same lady was not pleasant I suppose after a long day. Assist FO Manager Mr. Alvin was extremely helpful, offered to change the room but it was early hours of the morning and I had to attend an important meeting at 09:30 hrs. That lady Maria gave me ONLY one choice either to take studio 1067 at residential or a higher floor room at the hotel which I don’t prefer as my booking was at the residence. To conclude; my check in was dreadful, room was ok but noisy, facilities in the studio were good, breakfast staff fantastic, food was good but not a WOW. I have stayed at this property more than 12 times and I can confirm this time was the worst. I was not lucky. However booking with ORBITZ web as always extremely simple and easy. Thank you.

The property is extremely nice and close to the metro. You can tour Dubai’s famous locations by using it. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that was super nice. Some of the staff did nasty things such sneezing in hands and handling food. Also some were not helpful when asking questions. They will also ask for a room deposit and take the resort fee from that when checking out.
