Just an extra night in Dubai, great hotel, very new with beautiful views (Burj Al-Khalifa) from the rooftop. The Swimmingpool at the roof is also very nice.

Hotel is good. Breakfast is very good. The hotel offer shuttle to and from Dubai mall. However a lot of construction is going on around the hotel which will take sometime to finish. Nice rooftop swimming pool and all the staff are brilliant in term of looking after customers.

Our stay at the hotel was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and encountered several issues throughout our 4-day visit. The washer/dryer was out of order, and despite daily calls for repairs, it was only replaced on the last day. The dishwasher was also non-functional, and the common bathroom had sealing problems in the bathtub, leaving water puddles after every use.
Breakfast options for vegetarians were very limited, even though we had specifically requested accommodations at check-in. Additionally, towels were consistently insufficient for the number of guests in our reservation, and we had to call every day to request more.
Overall, the repeated inconveniences made for a frustrating stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Clientele seems to be a mix of business people staying a night or two. People who live there and some like us who just wanted 5 days of sunshine. Great Hotel! It was so clean and beautiful. It is a little far from main attractions in dubai but we never had issues calling Uber or taxis. The train station is also like a ten minute walk away and the hotels shuttle service can take you there for free.

This is my 3rd stay at Element Al jaddaf. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I just wanted to mentioned that it would help if there is a slim line dishwasher as when we use Frye kitchen facilities there was no are to dry the plates and cutleries, it will be better to have the dishwasher in my opinion and this will make the place even more convenient and comfortable to stay.

We had a great short stay (5 nights) and from the moment we arrived, the staff were super helpful. Very friendly and attentive. Don't be put off by the construction outside (much of Dubai has it), inside is quiet and constantly being being cleaned. Room was modern and had a (very useful) washing machine, kettle, fridge and sink. 10 minute walk from the Metro (Al Jadaf) which we were happy to use. Taxis easily available if you don't like the heat. Our thanks to DJ, Ansari, David and the team of people whose who always helped with a smile. Thank you all.

My son and I stayed here for 2 weeks for vacation, and we were very happy with our accommodations. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and responsive. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and very different than the typical American continental breakfasts. They presented a very lavish spread that changed daily and included fruits, salads, hummus, curries, etc. We are vegetarians and had plenty to eat, but there is definitely something for all. We had a rental car during our stay, and the garage is very safe and secure, as they have a 24 hour security guard controlling access to the garage. It was very safe. We hope to return to Dubai and will plan to stay here again.

However, the only disappointing thing for me was one of the pool attendants working on Bijays day off, so it was a Friday, spent the entire afternoon more interested in watching videos or something on his mobile phone....he turned a blind eye to diving in the pool, then four children that came to the pool without an adult to supervise them and they were noisy, eating ice cream, shouting and jumping around and I’m sure disturbing others apart from myself. He was just not interested in doing his job properly and keeping the area under control. He should have pointed out the rules that are clearly displayed to the diving adults and noisy children. There could easily have been an accident. Guests must clearly be told to be considerate to other guests if they don’t have the intellect or manners to figure it out for themselves.
Generally, the hotel was clean, rooms quiet and in a very convenient position for the Metro.

We arrived early in the morning a group of 7 ppl, the receptionist was very nice and stored our luggage until we came back from our excursion.
Very nice breakfast, staff very attentive I was at the swimming pool and the lifeguard guy offered me extra water every time when I was finishing it, room service also very good and quick. We departed early in the morning, the receptionist was very professional and called a taxi for us to the airport that arrived within minutes.

We were given the worst possible room in the property. It was on the lowest floor and facing construction that wakes us up in the morning. The bathroom also leaks and floods the floor when showering. Staff and customer service makes up for the shortfall. Gave it a 4 star. Breakfast is great

Our stay at Element Al Jaddaf Dubai was wonderful- from the attentive staff, to the modern, tasteful decor and city views from the apartment absolutely wonderful. The views are on the side of the motorway which can hardly be heard even when one turns off the air conditioner. The decor in the apartment was stylish and will take the test of time. I particularly like the fact there is a variety of lighting to get the mood right and plenty of mirrors to ensure you’re looking your best. The atmosphere created by staff and the upkeep of the hotel created a safe and serene community atmosphere.
