The room was clean, spacious, and nicely maintained. However, the shower appeared to be a handicap-accessible design with no real enclosure, which made it difficult to use like a normal shower and caused water to spread throughout the bathroom. While the room itself was nice, the shower setup made the stay less .

The hotel also has about 4 different places to eat including 24/7 bistro. The food is good and has plenty of healthy options to choose from. A special thanks to the receptionists, Gwen and Anandita - they were extremely kind, helpful, and generous. Their hospitality made the experience even better.

My choice when in Dubai for over 10 years now, this hotel gets better each time. A really happy staff team who cater to your every need. The place is spotless. The food/snack drink options were varied, tasty, fresh and healthy, and good value.
I love that the hotel is close to everything including a metro station, has shuttle services to the beach and major shopping malls, but is in a quieter area, with outdoor ground level pool and recreation areas. You can \"escape\" the noise and bustle of Dubai as much or as little as you want.

In terms of improvements, the rooms all lack any sound proofing. Sounds from other rooms, outside the windows and from the corridor were very loud and it made it hard to sleep at times.
Apart from that the room was extremely clean and the staff were fantastic!

We had a room that could be adjoining so every noise from next door could be heard. There’s no door on the shower so the floor gets saturated. Frosted glass door on the bathroom so limited privacy. That being said the hotel in general is good with good facilities and helpful staff. A few changes would make it excellent

I only stayed for two nights as it was a stopover from the UK . All the staff at the hotel are extremely courteous. The buffet breakfast offers a very good selection of both hot and cold foods . My room was adequate for a two night stay and the location seemed fine . Dubai itself was extremely busy so I would suggest leaving extra time if needing to get anywhere for a specific timing . I would stay again as the price was fair .

My stay at this hotel was excellent. All staff, including housekeeping were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Dubai Mall, Kite Beach, and Dubai Festival City Mall, which was very convenient. Some routes include pickup while others do not, and reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. It’s in a great location about a 10–15-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

The room I booked was fantastic and fully equipped with everything I needed, including tea and coffee facilities, multiple mirrors (including a full-length mirror), a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. A thoughtful touch was the daily housekeeping service leaving four complimentary bottles of water.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options such as a full English breakfast, pancakes, vegetables, yogurt, tea, coffee, and a selection of fruits. Staff regularly checked to ensure guests had everything they needed. The hotel also offers free luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures, which was very convenient.

We had reservations from 25 to 29 December ,2025. We arrived on 26. We reserved 25 with an anticipation that we will arrive early on 26 so that we could immediately check in. We had reserved family room which has two rooms and two bathrooms with connecting rooms. When we arrived the rooms were not ready even when we paid for the night before and called to make sure that they will be available. We were put in two rooms on two different floors initially. Later we were moved to two rooms but not family rooms with connectivity. Horrible experince overall. The rooms were very small and the bathroom is so horrible that if you take shower the entire bathroom will get wet. Expedia should give proper description of the rooms. I feel we were deceived
Many of the front desk people including their managers were incompetent. They are absolutely unhelpful. Only person who was helpful was Roney.

We had overall bad experience at this place and will never stay here again when in Dubai.

I do believe they need to do something about a checkin woman. I came to check in and she told me to go sit down while I watched her check in people who didn't look like me. Perhaps they should get numbers if the checkin staff can't remember who's next. I have no complaints about the other staff. All the others were courteous and helpful. The buffet was good. I like the fact that the hotel is walking distance to the metro or the hotel employees are good about getting a taxi for their guests. It's definitely a place I'll stay again.

Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by staff, the manager Saif who was very professional. I was given the option to change rooms for a better view by the lovely Reyhan the next day, as well as given a discount for breakfast and lunch. Staff were so nice and accommodating. During my stay Ali at reception was most helpful when I needed to print some papers from the business centre, and he made time to chat to me. Win and Vaughn of the housekeeping department are an actual delight, great conversation with Vaughn a truly positive person with a smile that glows and Win who is so lovely and sweet when she cleaned my room daily. Abdullah at the local shop was most helpful and very polite, when I went several times to buy snacks. I have stayed in multiple hotels in Dubai and I have to say the staff here are by far the nicest I’ve ever met. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I will definitely come back here again.

Excellent stay. Very helpful and kind staff. No complaints with the stay whatsoever. I do believe there are a couple of design concerns with the hotel (we stayed in rooms 756 and 757). The lack of a shower door makes no sense to us--we found no way to prevent water from spraying out in to the rest of the bathroom area, creating unneeded mess and safety hazard (of slipping). The second item is the floor choice in the bathroom, and especially in the shower area. It is extremely slick, and should really have some sort of texture to the flooring (or perhaps a textured shower mat that could be used). This is an accident waiting to happen. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay, and we would be glad to stay with you again. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very suitable for families. The breakfast was delicious and a real highlight of our stay. We love this hotel and will certainly be back again.

The hotel was generally very good and was happy with everything except the checking in times. It is only open from 2pm to midnight. I had a flight arriving at 10 pm so it was stressful not knowing if I would make it in time. It’s a crazy rule as the reception is open 24 hours
