The property was nice but the distance to everything isn't correct. They claim the burj Khalifa is five or six min away when it's almost 20 with no traffic. Same with the airport.

A lovely stay at the executive apartments in a two bed apartment. Amenities were excellent and we felt taken care of at all times. Staff were friendly and professional. Spa was wonderful and the salon was a convenience.

This property was great. I only had a couple of issues. Water staying in the bottom of the shower because it was apparently uneven. Also, the carpet was wet in the hallway from the ceiling leaking and caused a smell.

I stayed in here in May 2023 and found the staff at breakfast buffet was the most friendliest, Shohaib and his team was amazing, making myself and my kids feel welcome and comfortable. the reception team were not as friendly as the catering team. The hotel provides two swimming pools average size, my kids had alot of fun, room service and food is of great taste and great variety, Dubai Mall is only 5mins away but maybe being closer to the center will allow you to save on taxi, Overall very good experience, I would definitely recommend

We had a 2 bedroom aparatment we were 4 people and a baby It was a little bit further but close to the Dubai Mall a short taxi ride.The nearby area is not developed as yet is under construction but there was no disturbance. Very comfortable beds and all the facilities some of the furniture in the living area is outdated but overall we enjoyed our stay and hopefully will go back again.

This was a great experience for me and my family. On our arrival, we received a warm welcome. We booked for 1 non smoking bedroom apartment but on getting there, they were sold out and there was no non smoking free. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom smoking room that smells like one cigarette has never been smoked in the room. My 4 years old daughter loved it so much she referred to it as "our new white house." This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was not disappointed. Looking forward to staying at Marriott in the nearest future.

Apartments are very clean and modern and the facilities are well thought out. Great sleep quality and very comfortable. Location is tucked away from the bustling downtown but only just a few dirhams taxi ride away. So you enjoy serenity within sights of the city center. Staff are very attentive and primed to please. The generous space of a serviced apartment combined with all the benefits and service of a hotel. You're compromising on the location but it means you get a lot more for your money. If this property were in the middle of downtown it would be a completely different price bracket. Sadly the traffic is getting worse in Dubai and it seems that rush hour starts at 5pm and lasts all night. Worth being aware of when staying in a hotel from when you need to get taxis everywhere. It's worth it though.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott apartment hotels. We had booked a two bedroom apt. The room was very clean, nice and hotel staff was pretty friendly. The grocery store for basic stuff was located in the hotel itself as well as one at the gas station 5 minutes walk away. The hotel had shuttles running to Jumerrraha beach and Dubai mall throughout the day which was helpful.

We stayed in an absolutely beautiful 2 bed apartment complete with every possible facility we could require. Beautifully furnished, incredibly comfortable and immaculate in every way.
A great location, very central, however car hire is recommended.
We're already looking forward to a return visit. From friendly, helpful staff at every turn to good food & a lovely atmosphere, we couldn't recommend it more highly. Ps, valet parking is free.
