I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at the Marriott's Al Jaddaf Dubai, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Overall, our experience was delightful, and we found the staff to be exceptionally welcoming and helpful, particularly during breakfast service. I would like to commend Raj Karan for his efficiency and kindness, especially towards our children.

However, I would like to offer a couple of suggestions that could enhance the guest experience even further. Firstly, we encountered some difficulty with the shower setup in our room, particularly with mixing the water temperature. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have the hot tub’s shower and tap function independently, as this would improve usability.

Furthermore, I recommend that the room descriptions be more detailed regarding the facilities available. Upon our arrival, there was a bit of confusion that caused some inconvenience after a long journey.

Thank you for considering this feedback. We truly appreciate the efforts of your wonderful staff and look forward to the opportunity to stay again.

The stay was fair , I attended a workshop and I came with my family , we stayed for three nights , I was hoping that there would be more kids activity , they had a medium kids room in the seventh floor it was okay but it needed more attention , there was no daily cleaning and the AC was not working properly … there was a lot of families with kids who brought their kids anyway because there was no where else to do with the kids , regarding room service , they were timely responding to our calls but the cleaning was superficial I could see spots of dirt after cleaning , the toiletries were insufficient for a family ,,, they were coming daily for the regular housekeeping and no one could notice that a handwashing soap is almost finishing to refill until we asked . The view is not as seen in photos ,, the good view is for the executive apartments which is from forth floor upwards, the hotel was only the first four floors which was facing the back on surrounding buildings and areas of construction. The food was excellent , breakfast buffet was above standards , with variety of international cuisines, the staff was so helping and friendly . Overall I would give a 7.5

The net keeps disconnecting during my stay, I complained twice but they could not solve the issue. They did ask me if I wanted to change my room on the last day before I checked out, it was pointless at that time. The shower had a leakage, not a big deal for me but not a good signs for a hotel like Marriott..
house keeping forgot to put shampoo and i noticed that when I was under the shower, was taken care of later in the day..

5-Star Experience at the Marriott Dubai - Perfect for Group Events!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Al Jaddaf in Dubai with a large group for a business conference, and I cannot express how impressed we were with the experience.

A special thanks go to Jason, the hotel manager, who was exceptionally attentive and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. His professionalism and hospitality set the tone for our entire visit.

We also had the pleasure of working with Aleena and Lucia, the event managers, who were instrumental in coordinating our conference and group dinner. Both ladies were fantastic – organized, responsive, and always on hand to assist with any last-minute changes. The conference setup was seamless, with state-of-the-art facilities, and everything ran smoothly thanks to their diligent planning.

The highlight of our stay was the group dinner at the stunning rooftop venue (Viewing Gallery). The ambiance, view, and food were absolutely amazing, offering a breathtaking panorama of Dubai’s skyline. The team catered to all dietary preferences, and every dish was delicious. The rooftop venue provided the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening, and our group couldn’t stop raving about it.
Overall, the Marriott Al Jaddaf Dubai exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of world-class service, excellent event management, and luxurious accommodations made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you again. MM

Been many times to Dubai, but first time at this property. In pictures, it was so nice. And that’s why I booked.
In real time, only the exterior is nice. Rooms are very ordinary. Only toilet seems to have retiling done, and of course the walk way outside the rooms. Room condition is poor. Did not expect these standards from Marriot.
Table top had coffee stains, bed sheets seem unkempt, and floor had a liquid spillage from ages ago uncleaned. Floor was sticky and unable to walk around. It was so disgusting that I requested for a room change. And it was done promptly. Will not consider a Marriott property in the near future.
Only plus is, after room change, hotel gave a Birthday cake. A very sharp staff who assisted with our check-in indeed. And also room attendant who was nice to do up the double swans.

We had glitch because our bathroom got flooded at night, also one of the staff upset us one night because of his behaviour, however they made up to it, he apologized and provide us with free breakfast. We will come back to this hotel in future because staff was nice and helpful.

Check-in process horrible. Though, we had confirmed reservation the front desk agent informed us that we don't have! Amenities where under expectations. No bath rope.
Breakfast service was fine and staff where polite and helpful.
I believe management of hotel has to put more efforts to elevate its services.
Nevertheless, checkout process was fast and smooth.

This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very stylish and modern however the cleansing staff have let this property down. A few times the staff did not clean our room. They only made the bed and that was about it. After a day at the beach our bathtub had some sand left inside it, it wasn’t cleaned for two days. Our towels were taken away but not replaced. This is the first hotel I have stayed in that does not provide gowns either. The disposable slippers were not replaced at all throughout our stay. The fridge had a bad smell and beware of the “Romeo and Juliet salon” downstairs. They are con artists. My husband was just supposed to get a trim but it turned into £150 with an added hair mask which THEY offered without disclosing charge. Should a “hair mask” really cost £150? We would have been better off staying in downtown Dubai as this property is a little far from the areas you would like to visit.

Friendly staff, great customer service. A fantastic seafood Friday at the Market Place very nice sports bar and lounge. A very competent and convenient trip/tour provider in the lobby, with the hotel location just 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Dubai and the airport.
Apart from the construct works in the vicinity of the hotel this is a great vacation sport for Dubai visit.

My mom and I had a really bad experience with it all. From the room, to the food - it was all very awful. They only good thing was the concierge at the front as they were very nice. Overall we very disappointed and would definitely not like to come again. The details about this hotel was very misleading because it's far from all the main attractions. The room and washroom was very dirty and had mold. The breakfast in the morning was also terrible as it was tasteless and cold, plus the staff there was unhelpful. We had to wait a very long time to get served. We had a lot of hopes as Dubai excels in luxury, but this was far from it.

Amazing, amazing find - gorgeous finishing, staff was excellent, amazing amenities, perfect location. Sounds like a lot of hyperbole, but honestly one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. If there was a critique, it would be that there is no view whatsoever from anywhere in the hotel, but that's reaching for a negative. Overall, I had a great time, and I thought the location was beautiful, both amazing on its own and an amazing value overall.

The outstanding quality of this hotel is the customer care and the exceptional way all staff treated guests. Sophie , based mainly in the executive lounge, particularly could not have done more to assist every request we made, which was above and beyond the call of duty. All other staff maintained a similar high standard of attentiveness and in my opinion I could not see any way it could have been improved.
In terms of location, most sights can be reached in a reasonably short taxi ride and although there is construction work nearby, this did not give any disturbance during our short stay.
First rate.

The rooms are really old. It’s extremely behind compared to other Dubai hotels. It does not deserve 5 stars. Also, I got locked inside my room because the lock was stuck. It took them about 30 minutes to solve this issue and open the door.

The property is very beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I wish the property had more restaurants facilities located within it. By taxi you are only about a ten to fifteen minute ride from the Dubai mall.
