This was a truly beautiful stay from check-in to check-out.
We arrived just after 6 a.m., and the receptionist, Tahura, was incredibly helpful and managed to get us a room within a very reasonable time which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was exceptional: spacious, comfortable, and with stunning city views.
We dined at the international restaurant and the food was excellent. The service was outstanding, especially from Faquel (or was he Fariquel?) and Sumon, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for.
Although this is clearly a very busy hotel, everything was impeccably maintained , the pools were clean, the grounds were well kept, and everything was just beautiful.
Special mention also to the two African gentlemen (from Uganda and Cameroon) at the Waterpark station in the hotel lobby; they were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.
Overall, an outstanding experience. 10/10 - highly recommended.

Our room and housekeeping were excellent.
The restaurant staff were lovely- particularly Lissa, Mohit, Ajmal, Kumar & Faiz who looked after us well all week and gave us a lovely send off for our last meal. The Christmas Day spread and activities there were amazing, although not cheap.
The waterpark was brilliant and we made full use of it - not sure we would have visited so frequently had it not been included in our package.
The only downside to the hotel, for us with a 7 year old, was a lack of activity in the evenings and no obvious lounge/relaxing space inside or outside in the evening. The outside bar area closed relatively early and the one time we wanted a drink there, we left because no-one came to take our order.

The hotel was grand, lovely, and very clean. The rooms were a good size and spotless. We had a rollaway bed for our 10-year-old, which was comfortable and convenient.

Breakfast offered a great variety of options, with plenty to choose from.

We would definitely recommend the Rolly Polly Kids Club — our boys really enjoyed it!

The only downside was the pool area, which felt quite packed. The sunbeds were too close together, and there wasn’t a clear path to reach the pool.

Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

This property gave me a really bad taste as their key to enter the room didn’t work for almost 45 minutes of my check in and they made me go up and down for multiple times while having my family standing in the hallway. Didn’t feel like a great hotel as I was expecting.

Second time coming back here, the service at the hotel is always great. We never have any issues at grand Hyatt. We tried once a different hotel and we said there’s no comfort and service like the way you get it here. Also the waterpark that will be opening soon looks amazing already so cannot wait to come back when that is done! Even when we were checking out the hotel was really busy at the lobby due to a conference happening but no staff missed greeting and giving their best service to us and going out their to approach us to say bye which was nice. Hotel is always clean and has great facilities.

I cant find a bad word to say about this hotel.its excellent location near to the airport offered easy access to all of dubai, with taxis available to and from the hotel day and night.the hotel itself, with its stunning interior, offered an excellent range of restaurant's which easily met our half board needs with flexible meal times.A lovely swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and very safe for our 10 year old son, i also have to give a big shout out to every member of staff who were so friendly and professional with some taking time to stop for a casual social conversation taking a genuine interest in the welfare of their guests.would recommended this hotel 100% and hope to stay again soon

Everything is fine except that we did not appreciate the fact that the so call self bar in the rooms where the stuffed drinks with no explanation and leading the customer to beleive it was a perks from the hotel,when ready to check out you get hit with a large bill .It was so deceiving .

I had a really nice and spacious room and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were very approachable and helpful each time I approached them.
The restaurant staff did everything they could to ensure all guests had a good experience at every meal.
They went over and beyond, asking each time they came to my table if everything was ok and if they could get me anything. The amenities available were good. The property is lovely, nice and clean. It was quite some distance from the main areas in Dubai though, however taxis were available at your request which made it easier to get around. I had a really good time.

I had a good experience overall. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent service, making my stay enjoyable. The hotel felt safe, and its proximity to the airport was a plus. However, it’s quite far from major tourist attractions, so if you’re looking to be closer to places like the Burj Khalifa or beach clubs, this might not be the best location. The food at the restaurants onsite were decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, a solid choice for airport convenience and great service.

For new years, they charged us 400 us dollara per person because they do a party there for all guest. Party was really good, but I wasn't agreed with it, cause I was planning in going to the califa to see the fireworks from there, other than that, hotel was super, i do recommend, but if u spending new yrs there, just be prepared to pay for the party!

Good but its size causes issues

The hotel is large but has nice small touches like face cloths at pool and glasses cleaning. The room is large and bathroom well appointed. There are a few irritations though with large comes a crowded pool area, ubers that arrive at the wrong part of the hotel, too few towels in bathroom and a very busy reception area. Breakfast is also busy and slow - all feels non relaxing. hyatt regency nearby fairs better on many of these aspects for a business traveller.

This is a fantastic hotel and I highly recommend this for couples and families. They are currently erecting a water park/slide area for the kids to add to the fun of the already exciting kids pools. There are lots of restaurant options at the property and shopping malls are very close by.

During our recent stay at the Grand Hyatt, we were treated to an unparalleled level of hospitality, thanks to their outstanding hospitality manager. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that our comfort and satisfaction were their top priorities.

The hospitality manager, Sugumar, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was exceptional. They took the time to personally welcome us, inquire about our preferences, and address any concerns we had.

Throughout our stay, the hospitality manager consistently checked in to ensure that we were enjoying our time at the hotel. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or arranging special amenities in our room, their attention to detail was truly impressive.

What stood out the most was their genuine warmth and dedication to ensuring that we had a memorable experience. Their passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction, making us feel valued and appreciated as guests.

In addition to the impeccable service provided by the hospitality manager, the hotel itself was exquisite. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, the facilities were top-notch, and the dining options were superb.

The facility is beautiful! Unfortunately though it was very noisy in the room above me both nights I stayed. I was unable to sleep well because of the noise. I was also disappointed that my room was not serviced during the day while I was out. They came by at 8:40pm to clean my room but that didn’t suit me as I was already back in my room at that time. Overall I was disappointed by my stay there. It’s a beautiful place but I would not return.

In on word it was an amazing stay. The room was very spacious with a long view over the Creek and room facilities very very adequate. The hotel has a lot of facilities for every age. Room service and housekeeping was impeccable. Dinner in one word was just fantastic in IZ. Breakfast was truly brilliant at The Collective & The Market Cafe with a special thanks to Sridharan, Kajol, Claris, Dina and Manoj for their hard work and courtesy extended to me and my family. Hotel has a fantastic outdoor pool with peacock sanctuary which my kids loved. Would rate the overall experience at Grand Hyatt Dubai as Outstanding and Memorable. I would surely love to come back with my family again. I rate them as One of the best in Dubai in my experience to date

Building work is ongoing in the property which could be heard at times & which reduced the availability of better appointed rooms. The tennis courts were also unavailable due to building work. We had one night of disturbed sleep due to the nightclub, which we were previously unaware existed, but the hotel kindly moved us to a room where we would not be disturbed. Our last night was also disturbed due to children running up & down the corridor until 3AM.
