There was confusion with our reservations and after two of the three days of our visit they deactivated our keys. My daughter and granddaughter were at the pool and the desk attendant would not let them go back to the room even though my 3 year old granddaughter was shaking and shivering in the lobby. The desk clerk didn’t have the curtesy to call me to check on the issue. She had an uncaring superior attitude. Very disappointing!!! After I went downstairs and showed her the confirmation she noticed the mistake. She continued with her poor attitude. She didn’t even apologize for their own mistake. I stayed there many times and never encountered a desk staff as poor as her. Hopefully she never has to see her grandchildren shivering because of the incompetence of others.

We enjoyed our visit, the breakfast was delicious. Waffles, egg omelette, potatoes with bell peppers, breakfast sandwiches and so much more. The room was clean, well stocked and roomy for 4 adults and one teen. I would have liked the pool to be opened at least an hour later, closes at 9 pm. The pool was perfect to relax, great for the small kids not for swimming. The wind was cold, warmed up next to a fire pit. Take advantage of the parking garage, great price - even though street parking is safe.

The property was beautiful with scenery and with a rooftop pool. The rooms and property were very clean and nice. The only issue was being located downtown that it was hard to get to it and you had to deal with a parking garage. Also, I didn't know about a cost for parking in the garage.

Parking is $20 / night with in out privileges. It’s in the fine print but at check in they did not mention it. So I was annoyed at that. So my bad for not noticing; Hilton’s bad for not mentioning it at check in.

Otherwise Hilton Home 2 are top shelf hotels and are fast becoming my favorite place to stay.

Perfect downtown location!!! The property itself is really nice and bigger than it seemed considering it’s a two in one hotel. Breakfast was good. Parking is relatively cheap although we opted for metered street parking because it’s free after 7pm. The bars/restaurants in the area were amazing and walkable!!! Can’t wait to return to Tucson. First time and I had a ball. Will absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Homeless people outside and you would't want to walk to nearby restaurants as I was advised when I called after a long work day and they said they were within 5 minutes walking distance...homeless people and not a very good area. I drove around forever to find a restaurant and parking is horrible.

While the staff members I encountered were friendly and pleasant, my experience was severely overshadowed by the unacceptable state of my room and a lack of follow-through from the management team.

The Cleanliness Issues:
Upon arrival, we discovered several hygiene concerns that should have been caught by basic housekeeping:

Dirty Linens: The bedsheets had a visible dried substance on them.

Bathroom Hygiene: There was hair from a previous guest throughout the shower.

Amenities: The refrigerator had not been wiped down and contained spills from prior use.

The Service Failure:
We reported these issues to the front desk and specifically requested that the sheets be changed and the room be cleaned the following morning. We returned in the evening to find that nothing had been addressed. Incredibly, the bed had been remade using the same dirty sheets, despite the stains being clearly visible through the fabric.

Ultimately, we had to source clean linens and change the bed ourselves.

Resolution:
While I appreciate the verbal apology, being told the front desk \"forgot\" to relay the request does not rectify the situation. I paid for a clean, professional lodging experience and instead spent my time managing basic housekeeping tasks. Given that we spent our stay in \"someone else’s filth,\" I would expected an offer to be compensated for our stay.

My room wasnt cleaned for 3 days. I had to ask to have the garbage removed. No care in cleanliness. Hallway carpets covered in crumbs, chips. A salad was dropped by the elevator. Took 24 hours to pick some of it up, after I asked them. Front desk staff not overly welcoming. They sit behind the counter, no interaction with guests coming in and out. It seemed like an inconvenience when I had a question. The housekeeping staff were friendly, but were not attentive to the rooms needs. The pool was great. Towels were stocked, and the deck area clean. The breakfast buffet was good. Great attendant/staff always refilling the food and cleaning. Property is not close to any restaurants or shopping. You would need to drive to get anything. I did get an early check in, which was appreciated. Overall, Id rate this property as a 6/10

The couch in our room which we needed to use was dirty and unusable and it was too late for us to call to have someone clean it because we jus figured out a way to sleep. It was late.

Also I don’t like eating on paper plates and it’s not good for the environment, all the paper and plastic waste

We have a great stay! The hotel was nice, quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The continental breakfast was excellent!! The front hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The only downside was when we first walked in our hotel room it smelled like stale cigarette smoke and there were visible stains on the carpet. I’m not sure if the last people were smoking in the room or what. But it would not stop us from staying here again if we were in the area.

First time in Tucson and I am glad we ended up in this place. I like having the kitchen. The hot breakfast is decent. Cleaning is evey other day. I was fine with the schedule, but one of days, the cleaning staff did not show up so I knocked off a Star.

Location and proximity to the street car makes this place a desirable place to stay.

We absolutely love this hotel and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when visiting Tucson. The staff is incredible—always welcoming and attentive—and the rooms are kept as clean as possible.

Each morning, the same friendly face greets us at breakfast, and the kitchen staff does a great job making sure everything is well-stocked and fresh.

The only small issue we noticed was the carpeting in the rooms—it could use a deep cleaning, as we noticed some discoloration when wearing white socks.

Aside from that, everything else was wonderful as always. We look forward to our next stay!

There were no towels at the pool Saturday. We went out 15 minutes after it opened and stayed over 2 hours. They never brought towels or dumped trash. The cans were completely full. Also my husband left some clothes behind. I called within a couple of hours of checking out. The front desk put me on hold for 8 minutes and came back and said all of housekeeping was at lunch but the front desk would call back as soon as they spoke with them. Four days later, still no call back. I also left an email message on the website which also has received a reply. We have stayed there for 5 nights within the last two weeks. I expected a return call. Disappointing.

Rooms are amazing. Full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, utensils, dishes. It was nice that there was a curtain divider between king bed and sofa pullout. Felt more private. Breakfast selection was nice. Great staff named Amanda in breakfast area always smiling and eager to help. Husband liked the gym. Pool was probably my only dislike. Very shallow. Perfect for kids though. They had a blast. Will stay again

Nice, big, clean, quiet room! Comfortable beds. The pool and rooftop patio were nice, and I wish we would have had time to enjoy them. Breakfast was really good - waffles, french toast, yogurt, oatmeal, omelets, hard boiled eggs, chorizo, potatoes, cereal, etc.
The church across the street was beautiful, too.
I would definitely stay here again!

The only negative thing I have to say about this property is that they have a really nice outdoor/pool area and it closes at 9:00pm. So once the sun went down my husband and I wanted to go sit out there to just enjoy the downtown and sit by the fire pit but they lock it. It would’ve been nice to just sit in the chairs by the fire pit not necessarily use the pool. But other than that this place was amazing. Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay again!
