The photos on Expedia are truly misleading. The hallways and rooms are extremely run down and not very clean. Only the lobby and continental breakfast area appears new. The hotel is located in one of the worst areas in Tucson known for car thefts (wheels, catalytic converters etc.).

This place had mold over the shower and throughout the bathroom. The pool didn’t have the circulation pump working so the water wasn’t being filtered. The staff is incredibly rude. Refused to give me a receipt when I requested it. We were booked for 4 nights however only stayed the first night as we arrived in Tuscon late evening. Terrible way to start a weekend. So many things are wrong with this hotel. From electrical issues, disabled fire alarms, to the handle of our sink broken and just left on the vanity. Smells like a mix of marijuana,, and baby diaper. I wish I could explain the smell from the pool. Maybe rotten suntan lotion?

Rooms are VERY outdated. Had to change our room because the a/c was so loud you could barely hear yourself. Had an unusual odor as well. A different room had a rug drying machine inside it due to a water leak. Place needs a makeover.

Although unable to cancel my reservation, I took the loss and secured lodging elsewhere. The Room was very run down, in disrepair and not clean, staff didn’t require ID or any minimum of security for check in. Excess hall traffic and Noise, people loitering outside my ground level exterior door.I selected the property due to it’s proximity to Gem and Mineral show venues, but I had no idea I would literally surrounded by vendors who had rented adjacent rooms to set up shop and do business out of

The bedding and sheets were dirty. The emergency lock didn’t work. It kept coming undone. The drawer by the bed wouldn’t close so you would hit it when you would get out of bed. We asked for an extra blanket and they didn’t have any. The phone kept getting disconnected from the cord every time you picked it up. And the breakfast had no coffee, yogurt or a lot of options for food. There was just bread, bananas and milk. There were also no cots available.

We booked a king size bed requested on the bottom floor due to my husband’s walking no king-size bed and we were on the second floor. We were told they were shampooing the carpets on the bottom floor for the king size beds.
The room itself looked like it was fallen apart. The ceiling looked like it was half scraped off and falling down. The tub had long dark hair in it. I have short blonde hair and my husband is all gray.
Water Spicket on the tub look like it was ready to fall out of the wall.
The bed was very comfortable, but that was the only good thing to say about the room. The tissue box only had one tissue in it!

Hotel needs renovation, it is run down. Smells deep down in carpets, shower just had cold water after maintenence apparently fixed the loose handle that regulates water flow. Price is low which is the only positive, but the saying \"you get what you pay for\" seems to apply here. Not good for the Quality Inn chain, which has well run hotels as well.

Room is definitely aging. Electrical outlets are loose and the shower faucet was in dire need of repair. Hot water would run out mis shower, Toilets were very low flow. Our room was missing the security door lock bolt. The brealfast was so so as the coffee would run out and all of the muffins were left uncovered.

The Quality Inn canceled our reservation without notifying us because the first name of the person scheduled to check in did not match the first name on the credit card, even though the last name was

The property did not honour my reservation for 2 rooms which I paid
Tje kept the deposit and said I neededto contact the third party for a refund. According to the worker at the property my re only showed one room. However my CONFIRMATION e-mail showed 2 rooms 2 nights! Totally tacky! Property attempted to get a total of $300 of one room for one night!! I left and demanded a refund! Keep in mind I had proof of the PAID RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION OF 2 ROOMS FOR 2 NIGHTS! PLEASE assist!

Booked and paid for a king bed room, upon arrival was told no kings, only queen available, ended up with two beds. One bedspread stained. Overall the room was clean and well equipped. Door sticky and hard to open. Staff was excellent and very friendly.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Within the first hour of being there two cockroaches the size of half dollars and a smaller roach were in my room. I immediately contacted the front desk. The lady working told me she couldn’t switch my room because it’s possible other cockroaches are in that room to so what’s the point? Those are her words exactly. She also told me she couldn’t give me a refund, but she could come to check the room, kill the cockroach and give me my deposit back and there’s no Manager on property. I had no choice but to stay in this room as it was late and I had to work early in the morning as I go to get into bed I then realize the comforter is crusty and the sheets These were not stained they were dirty! The night stand next to the bed, had marijuana and trash in it the floor had hair ties and trash on it and the management Tammy is aggressive, rude and very argumentative!

This place needs shut down

Pool is indefinitely closed, and when you see the picture of it you'll see why. Front desk staff was horribly rude to everybody she spoke to while I was there to check in. I'm also going to add that she apparently doesn't know how to program a key card because four people came up during that time and had to get rekeyed. In the room you'll see that there's a giant sticky trap next to the air conditioner. There's also drywall over the floor by that wall, looks like it came from the ceiling where the curtain track has been hung. There was something gross stuck to the bottom of one of the sinks, and something blue sticking out of the drain of the other. There were several sinking spots in the floor as well, on the second floor.
It's in a horrible and loud neighborhood, surrounded by random homeless encampments.
Breakfast had juice sitting at room temperature because the machine doesn't work, gravy smeared all over that corner of the cabinet that was apparently supposed to be biscuits and gravy, and a waffle burning in the waffle iron, or possibly just waffle stuff on the back of it, I'm not sure I did not look closely but I could smell it. No coffee either morning And tables were disgusting both.
Sunday morning a completely different front desk person was very rude to somebody asking for ice as they had been instructed to by a sign on every ice machine building.

Stay away from this hotel. It’s right next to the main freeway and lots of homeless around. The pool is closed for the season that should be mentioned in the advertisement. The dining is very limited. Lots of restaurants in downtown nearby but it’s hard to find parking and traffic is crazy . Other than that very limited restaurants around.

No Qualities Hotel

We went there for the 4th of July fireworks and it's a great location to see them.
However, the hotel was extremely subpar
The key cards did not work for the outside doors so if we didn't block the door we would get locked out. Extremely high deposit for such a run down property. Nothing in the room is worth $5 let alone $100 . Non functional internet. Breakfast consisted of stale off brand cereal with no milk So not sure what we were supposed to do with that , weak watery coffee. Unable to control water temperature in shower and could not get it hot.Check out time 11:00 and no option to extend to 12 without unreasonable fees. Room in complete disrepair.

Horrible!!

The front staff was pleasant but that was the only thing. The rooms were dirty, furniture used and stained with holes in the desk chair seat. The floors gave way when walking to the room. The carpets were stained around the doors and in the entry way. It honestly felt like I was at a halfway house with the quality of people who were there. There was concern for drugs, in and around the hotel. There was a dirty sweaty man who went into the staff kitchen to fill his own cups (4 of them) with Ice. Another dirty man stole the maid cart and took things off the cart. I did not feel safe and if it was not for the fact that my husband was there I would not have stayed. There was a serious concern for saftey. The breakfast hall was filled with dirty, homeless looking people at 6AM!!! and when I went to check again around 7AM there was more that than 6am crowd. I will not be staying here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

No one at the front desk when i walked in. I rang bell & waited for awhile. Called the phone #, yelled \"hello?\" Finally went walking down halls, looking for staff. Turns out there was one woman manning the place at 7:00 pm & doing everything! We paid for & wanted a king size bed, but the only one they had available (supposed to be non-smoking) smelled like cigarettes when we opened the door. Had to ask for another room, which was 2 queen sized beds. The over-worked lady who had lots to do did call my new room & make sure it was better! The should double or triple her salary for wearing many hats!

Requires a 100$ cash deposit which is stated no where in the booking info. They were incredibly rude to someone in need, I booked a room for him and bc of the deposit he could not stay. So I tried to get my money back. Turns out he did stay after working for the cash deposit and there was a miscommunication. The staff took this out on the person trying to stay and their behavior was absolutely unacceptable. It’s also incredibly sketchy to have a cash only required deposit.

They did not give me back my deposit, they assumed I smoked in my room , I am not a smoker, right from the beginging , I was giving a attitude, the office clerk just shouted to me there was smoking in the room no deposit....I do not smoke .she would not let me go with her back to the room to check what's going on .. they refused with a attitude and cursing me out wanting to physically fight with me ..I have never been treated with such disrespect .and humiliation,and disscuss, I don't know what steps to take now because she straight robbed me for my 100$ deposit ...I explained to her I don't smoke, but shd wasn't trying to hear me.they were very voulger rude a disrespectful, there was also other guest that got to see the play out .

My stay was not \"quality\". I found 3 roaches in my bathroom. I don't know if it was worse because it was on the first floor, but the manager didn't even speak to me until the next morning and even then, she did nothing. There were numerous things that were not kept up well. The 2 positives are that the front desk employee on my first night was very nice and the bedding was clean and neat. However, I will not be returning and don't recommend this place unless you are ok with sub-par conditions.
