The guy at check in couldn’t be bothered with us. My room had no soap and the shower door didn’t shut properly so it flooded the bathroom and there was no bathmat. My friend had no towels in her room and they made her go downstairs to get them. They also told us to park in a spot where we got ticketed. At last the girl at the counter late at night was very nice when we came down for wine and snacks.

Lovely hotel to stay in Vejle, there is quite a long road to walk down to get there but it is straight forward to navigate from the bus station. Lovely view across the water and good amenities, the balcony window was very nice to be able to have fresh air, shower was good and shampoo, everything except the TV in the room did not work for normal television, just with YouTube videos from mobile phone. The bar upstairs with rooftop views was really good and staff were friendly and efficient.
There is an Italian restaurant next door, Enzo's and co. Which was very good service and amazing food, would highly recommend trying this. Vejle was a very nice place to stay, with lots of sights to see, like the windmill, musuems and good amount of shops.

Both room and hotel were nice. Surrounding area lovely, park nearby for kids. There was paid parking available next to hotel but a bit confusing to work out which part to park in and how to pay. No actual restaurant in hotel although a pizza place in bottom of building which would deliver or offer a collection service. No air conditioning, fridge or kettle in room so be aware as it was very hot when we visited. Reception was at bar and usually only one member of staff on duty so that caused some delays. Lovely rooftop bar which was worth a visit.

Good option.

The room is a lot smaller in person than it seemed in pictures. But they have things that help keep your compact space neat, such as folding desks, a little shoe and coat cubby by the door, and shelves. It gave me small modern/minimalist home vibes. We made it work for a family and it was affordable and really had a beautiful view. I don’t know if I would stay there long term with a big family but it was just a stay so we could get on the road the next day. The beautiful loft area/reception upstairs has an odd policy that you can’t bring outside food there, unless it’s from the restaurant downstairs. I feel that is a bit unfair considering the rooms are really small to eat food comfortably. They had a big selection of milks, plant based and alternative on site. Self check in/out was simple. Paid parking in the nearby garage was convenient. There’s a Danish hot dog stand within walking distance that is to die for. Comfortable beds and clean.

Asked to pay for hot water and luke warm shower

I was disappointed that when I asked for hot water for my tea flask i was asked to pay. Eventhough , I have been a regular guest at this hotel. Also, the shower hot water was only hot for a few minutes and then flowed luke warm.

They should get a steam iron in their laundry room, other laundry facilities are excellent & free to guests. Gym is great also. It would be good to have a mat for the floor outside the shower. I ended up using the hand towel on the floor.

Great hotel in Vejle

Brand new looking hotel about 15 minutes walk from thee train station. Located in the port district right opposite the Fjordhusen. The hotel reception and bar are on the 11th floor with great views of the surrounding area - even more so from the open air roof terrace one floor up. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and amazing shower. Breakfast was ok - mainly breads and pastries. Staff were all very friendly. All in all a decent place to stay and would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Vejle.

Stayed here for one night en route to Lego House in Billund. Clean, new hotel right by the water in an area with new condo development. Pretty bare minimum in terms of ammenities like number of towels, no hair conditoner, had to pay for a tea bag… self check in at the kiosk was fine. Parking is right next door at around $20 for the night. Lively Italian restaurant under the hotel, that serves a nice gelato.

We arrived quite late and it wasn't clear when we booked the hotel that there was only a terminal to check in. We were quite surprised to see no humans. The check-in process was problematic because the terminal got hung up and we couldn't check-in. There was an intercom which connected us to someone somewhere. We were told to go to the 9th floor (should have been told to go to the top floor because the 9th floor was only rooms) and someone would be there to help. Sadly we could get up the elevator without a key!!! So back to the terminal and then no one answered! UG.... then a lovely lady showed up suddenly and helped us get into our room.

After a good night's zleep we went up the the 11th floor to check in.

The room was perfect for the three of us. The pull out couch was comfortable. It was a little squishy with 3 suitcases because truly there wasn't any room to open them up but somehow we managed.

Although the check-in was tricky and made us feel a little uncomfortable, we would go back. I hope the staff enjoyed the two bottles of wine we forgot in the fridge! Cheers

The room itself was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful night's sleep.

However, I did find the toilet to be quite small. While it was functional, it may not be the most comfortable option for those who prefer more space. Despite this minor issue, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and overall cleanliness.

Fik et værelse lige op af elevator til trods for et halvtomt hotel, så sov sent og vågnede tidligt grundet elevator støj
Morgenmaden til 150 kr / dag var lidt ligegyldig. Automat juice af lødig kvalitet, ingen smør, kedeligt brød. Det hele blev dog opvejet af en skøn udsigt.

- Sov utrolig dårlig pga metallklang gjennom natten. Personalet mente selv ikke det kunne være heisen, men lyden kom og gikk - og fikk høre av andre gjester at de også hadde hørt det.
- Veldig lytt mellom gang og rom - kunne ligge i sengen og høre hva samtalene var på gangen.
- Ingen fasiliteter på rom som kjøleskap, strykejern mm. Var strykejern på eget Laundry Room, men disse må være svært gamle og fungerte så og si ikke. Veldig frustrerende.
- Frokosten - veldig dyrt ifht standarden og utvalget på frokosten. Svært skuffende.

Sehr ruhige Lage am Hafen mit Blick auf den Fjord. Sehe neues Hotel mit einfacher und zweckmäßiger Ausstattung.
Den Fahrstuhl kann man zur Zimmerebene nur mit der Schlüsselkarte benutzen.
Das Fjordenhus gegenüber ist sehenswert.

Vorsicht in dem Parkhaus nebenan!
Dort muss man sofort eine Parkscheibe für die ersten 15 Minuten auslegen und dann auch gleich im voraus bezahlen. Der Automat steht versteckt auf der Ostseite (Richtung Hotel) des Obergeschosses.
Ich wollte beim Einchecken an der Rezeption bezahlen, was NICHT geht, und hatte am nächsten Morgen dann ein Ticket über €135,- für 7 Minuten Parken ohne Parkscheibe und gültiges Ticket.

Gardinerne gik ikke helt ned til gulvet, så om morgenen kom der meget lys ind på værelset. Hvis en skulle op på toilet om natten vækkede det også de andre med lyset, da der ikke var dør ind til toilettet.
Der var en del larm på værelset isæt udefra, da det blæste meget den nat vi var der.
Umuligt at se tv'et, hvis man lå i gæstesengen. Og gæstesengen var beskidt på hovedgærdet da vi kom.
Når man siger beskidt, så morgenmaden var under al kritik.
Gulvet var snavset - Der lå mad rester over alt og bordene blev ikke tørt af før man selv bad om det. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for, da der ikke af mange valgmuligheder - Få slags brød, ingen bacon til æg også som på vandrehjem forvende de, at man selv skulle rydde op efter sig selv.
Vedr. parkering var der et parkerings hus mod betaling.
Så levede ikke op til vores forventninger til prisen.

Forstår ikke stjernerne i Danmark, da dette hotel klart er et af de bedste og er kun 3 stjerner. Bare noget så enkelt som bruseren er meget mere lækker end på de fleste hoteller som er 4 stjerner - Morgenmaden var perfekt og ligesom jeg vil have den. Portionsanrettet og mælk, youghurt osv står i et køleskab og ikke ude på bordet hvor alle har fingrene i det. Virkeligt værd at overnatte og sikke dog en udsigt :-)
