We loved our stay here, mostly because the room was so comfortable. We had windows on two sides with a balcony and a beautiful view, the bed was very comfortable and there were 2 nice extra pillows. The bathroom was excellent, with the most amazing shower and nice towels. Breakfast was very good too with a large selection of items.

The Best Western Plus Hotel in Frederecia was fantastic. Parking and arrival were easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good, but a bit dated, but nothing I would fret about. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There is a gym & pool facility adjacent to the hotel and it provides free access for hotel guests. There is a playground and fitness course in front. There is a walking trail that leads to a playground.

The only negative is that there isn't a lot within walking distance of the hotel, but there is plenty within a short drive. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for others in the future.

The hotel is great and staff are great too. It's close enough to the train station. My only gripes are that the hotel only does posh food and the restaurant is closed on a sunday so you've got to find your food elsewhere. But I'd definitely stay again.

Nice and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I had ordered a room with a balcony, which turned out to be in the most remote (only 2 minutes walk) and quiet end of the wing, which suited me fine.

The restaurant area is undergoing rebuilding so the bar / lobby cafe was in use for breakfast, but not an issue. Good breakfast buffet selection and good cleanliness.

Would definitely use it again, if I needed a room in the area.

While the locale of the property is pleasing (on rolling hills above a duck pond, walking distance from the railway station), the attention to detail is sorely lacking. There were no bath mats, no hand towels, and only one bath towel for two people. Now I love my wife dearly, but I DO appreciate a dry towel remaining after she has showered.

Det er lidt ærgerligt, at jeg kun kan give 3 stjerner, for receptionen fortjener helt klart 5. Receptionspigerne er meget hjælpsomme, servicemindede og professionelle.

Værelset derimod får 0 stjerner. Jeg er klar over, at hotellet tillader hunde mod et gebyr for ekstra rengøring, men på mit værelse var det tydeligt ikke blevet gjort. En af de blå puder lugtede af hundepels, og jeg reagerede allergisk på det. Jeg kunne næsten ikke sove på grund af lugten, og samtidig var rummet meget koldt, selv med radiatoren på fuld kraft. Kulden kom især fra badeværelset, hvor der var kraftigt træk over toiletbrættet. Alt i alt sov jeg kun omkring tre timer på grund af den dårlige pude og temperaturen.

Det ødelagde desværre den gode oplevelse, jeg ellers havde fra starten i receptionen.

Morgenmadspersonalet kunne også have brug for lidt mere træning i kundeservice, måske kunne de lære noget af deres kolleger i receptionen.

Jeg vil understrege, at jeg hverken er sur eller direkte utilfreds (jeg ved godt, at prisen matcher produktet), men det er små ting, der med lidt indsats kan forbedres og give en langt bedre oplevelse. Og det synes jeg, ledelsen bør vide.

Vi havde et rigtig flot værelse, og morgenmaden var fantastisk! Der var dejlig stille på værelset og terassen fra værelset var perfekt til vores datters lur. Bartenderen lavede de lækreste non alkoholic drinks og var meget servicemindet. Opholdet var meget spontant booket, så da vi ankom med vores datter på 11 måneder, uden aftensmad i bagagen, lavede et totalt overskudpersonale fra restauranten en børneret, udenfor åbningstid, endda leveret til værelset, så vores barn kunne få mad inden sengetid - TAK, fra småbarns forældrene. Det eneste jeg vil påpege er, at vi blev taget imod af en lidt sur receptionist, som også rettede lidt for surt på sin kollega, og derefter udstillede hende til personen hun talte i telefon med, hvorfor jeg desværre ikke har givet top karakter på service - øv. Alt andet personale ydede nærværende, professionel og venlig service. Her taler vi både om rengøringen der kom med en trammeseng, tjeneren der leverede vores mad på værelset, bartenderne i baren og personalet i morgenmadsbuffet, og det resterende receptionist team. Efter en kaotisk rejsedag, var det skønt at lade op og blive vartet op af sådan et hold i de skønneste faciliteter.

Das ruhigste Zimmer in dem ich je geschlafen habe. Familienzimmer waren riesig und extra mit Gartenzugang. Extra Couch und grosser Esstisch im Zimmer. Frühstück super und abwechslungsreich. Einmal Eintritt ins Schwimmbad nebenan inklusive. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die nicht funktionierende Lüftung im Bad und somit schwarze Silikonfugen.

Et hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed i forhold til ture rundt i Midtjylland, Sønderjylland og Fyn. Vi var 2 personer om et familieværelse, men skulle have været 3. Vi havde bestilt værelset fra mandag til søndag, altså 6 dage. Værelset er ikke beregnet til at man kan pakke sit tøj ud, da der kun er en bøjlestang til rådighed og ingen skabe eller skuffer, bare en lille bænk til kufferten. Ingen hylder på badeværelset. Jeg ved ikke, hvordan man skulle kunne bo her 2 voksne og 2 børn! På badeværelset er holderen til shampo placeret ved håndvasken og ikke i badet, hvor vandet løber ud over hele gulvet, når man benytter bruseren. Lyset slukker automatisk, mens man står under bruseren, hvis ikke man tænder for spejlet før man går ind og badeforhænget er meget besværligt at trække for og fra ( dårligt ophængssystem ). Vi hængt skilt på døren om at få gjort rent men det tog 2 dage før der skete noget, så vi fik kun rengjort og redt senge 1 gang på 6 dage.
Det fælles herretoilet i forhallen har fotoceller i pissoiret. Når man bryder fotocellen løber vandet i begge kummer, nærmest konstant og her kunne spares meget vand.
Aftensmaden i restauranten blev vi bedt om at bedømme bagefter, da det var en prøvemenu. Den levede ikke op til hverken forventning eller pris!
Servicen alle andre steder end på værelser, var rigtig god, med sødt og imødekommende personale og det var nemt, både at tjekke ind og ud. Dog fik vi en parkeringsbøde 5 min. efter vores 5 dages tilladelse udløb. Annullere

Fuldstændig fantastisk.
Familievenligt. Service i top klasse. Vi fik lov at benytte værelset en time før, fik billetter til svømmehallen længe før ind check. Ligger skønt ift. Oplevelser for børnefamilier; svømmehal, minibyen, toget og legeparken.
Lækre drinks om aftenen mens børnene sov, og god morgenmad. Tak for et dejligt ophold. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Im 4-Bett Zimmer hervorragend für Familien geeignet (Doppelbett plus Doppelstockbett, großer Tisch mit Stühlen, Sofa), gutes Buffet zum Frühstück, bequeme Betten, viele familienfreundliche Attraktionen in der (weiteren) Umgebung (Madsby Park, Legoland, WOW-Park, Odense Zoo und Eisenbahnmuseum). Parken beim Hotel selbst ist etwas knapp, der direkt anschließende Parkplatz des Sportzentrums hat aber mehr als genügend Plätze und ist kostenlos.

Vi kom om aftenen og indtjekningen gik lige som det skulle, super service, smilende personale og en skøn velkomst følelse.

Da vi kom til værelset havde det alt, bløde senge, stort tv, stort rent badeværelse.

Og om morgenen var det morgenmaden helt igennem fantastisk, kæmpe udvalg og en vidunderlig udsigt fra terrassen.

Väldigt trevligt hotell. Ingick inträde till badhuset bredvid som hade mycket varma pooler och barnen älskade att bada där! Ingick också inträde till miniland bredvid samt tågtur till lekplatsen som var mycket stor en kort stund där ifrån. Väldigt god frukost och fräscha rum.

Vietimme perheenä pari yötä ja viihdyimme erinomaisesti.

Yöpyessämme ulkona oli ollut reilu 20 astetta lämmintä. Huone oli suhteellisen lämmin, mutta tuulettimen avulla ja ikkunan aukaisemalla siinä pystyi nukkumaan ok. Sängyt olivat vierekkäin, joten tuulettimen pystyi suuntaamaan kohti kaikkia sänkyjä.

Patja oli tavanomainen. Positiivista oli, että tyynyjä oli useampi per henkilö. Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä.

Frederician uimarannalle oli mielestämme kävelymatka. Ranta oli upea ja vierailun arvoinen.

Parannettavaa: Kylpylän aukioloajat pitäisi saada nykyistä paremmin selville hotellin sivujen kautta. Saapuessamme kylpylä oli jo mennyt kiinni hotellivierailta. Olisin kaivannut myös sänkyjen viereen enemmän pistorasioita.

Leke kasse med uteaktiviteter for alt fra par til familier på selve hotellet. I gå avstand til masse søte dyr og morsomme aktiviteter til liten eller ingen pris. Veldig fint og moderne rom. Fint hotel gode faciliteter

Så fint sted og fine værelser. God morgenmad og fint man kan få sit køleelement på køl. Dog er der meget lydt og en dør smækkede hos naboen, så sengen rykkede sig. God plads i sengen. Smart med gratis bybusser, dog kører de ikke så tit. Var der pga fodboldkamp men helt sikkert fine faciliteter til børnefamilier.

Enkel standard. Dette er et 3* hotell. Har ikke aircondition på rommet. Enkelt bad uten luke eller varme i gulvet, som gjør at damp og fukt samler seg. Gulvet bruker dagen på å bli tørt. I tillegg ingen hyller på badet.
Dårlig dobbelseng. Ingen kjøleskap på rommet.

Enkel frokostbuffet.

Pluss for at man kan benytte badeland og besøke Madsbyparken + miniby. Pluss for gratis parkering. Hyggelig betjening, men vi bestiller ikke dette hotellet igjen.

Et lite tegnehjørne for barn. Vi savnet bordtennisbord/lekerom for barn slik store hotellkjeder ofte tilbyr.

Vi kommer tilbake :)

Første gang på dette hotellet - og dro derfra fast bestemt på å komme tilbake. Det har så mye å si hvordan man blir møtt - og det første som møtte oss var en utrolig hyggelig dame i resepsjonen (Caroline tror jeg?) og hun var bare så hjelpsom og vennlig.
Rommet var et familierom med to køyer og dobbelseng - og alle sov godt. Det eneste som trakk ned på rommet var at det nok burde vært aircondition, vi kom på en tid da det var hetebølge og ett vindu og en liten bordvifte var ikke nok dessverre. Likevel er vi så fornøyde at vi vil tilbake. Kjempebra frokost - en av de bedre jeg har opplevd. Og fantastisk for barna at det var badeland inkludert, som ved første øyekast så litt kjedelig ut, men viste seg å ha mange forskjellige fasiliteter. Veldig bra opphold :)

Pænt hotel - god morgenmad

Vi boede på et familieværelse. Det var som sådan okay, men børnene bør ikke være meget større end vores på 7 og 10 år. Badeværelset lidt til den lille side. Super god morgenmad og dejligt med adgangen til svømmehallen, selvom der var lukket lidt rigeligt med mennesker ind (hvilket selvfølgelig ikke er hotellets skyld)

Vi fik et stort familieværelse med køjesenge og sovesofa udover en dobbeltseng. Køjesengene var ikke behagelige at ligge i, men sovesofaen bedre - kunne dog drømme om, at der var lagt en topmadras under lagenet.

Såå trevlig boende! Personal supertrevliga, rent och snyggt. Trevlig frukost med våfflor som barnen uppskattade och kallade lyxigt.

Bodde 1 natt på hotellet, kjempefint hotell med hyggelig personell. Vi bodde på familierom, det var stort rom med både dobbelseng, køyeseng, sofa og spisebord med stoler. Kjempefint rom.
Vi hadde gledet oss til middag på restauranten på hotellet, men den var overraskende ikke åpent på søndager, så det var skuffende. Ellers kjempebra opplevelse på hotellet ☺️

Ok men heller ikke mere.

Ved 4 stjerner, er forventningen bedre komfort, ja der var kaffe og te i små poser, men heller ikke andet, så var der plastik krus og glas. På badeværelset svært at se hvordan man får sæbe/shampoo ud af beholder, det står på men beholder, men med meget småt. Trist kedeligt badeværelse. Lugten på værelset, jordslået og mærkelig!! Badeland var i selve kommunale svømmehal, ingen komfort ved at få derover. Men morgenmad og personale var godt og søde mennesker. Derfor flere stjerner end selve hotellet fortjente.

Bra och trevligt hotell för familjevistelse. Lugnt läge med stora öppna- och lekytor i nära anslutning. (Badet i byggnaden bredvid hade sommartider, så vi hann tyvärr aldrig utnyttja det.)
