Bortset fra at klimaanlægget fløjtede konstant, når det var slukket, var min oplevelse med hotellet rigtig god. Da min stress-hjerne ikke kunne overskue tjek in på skærmen, var vedkommende i receptionen heldigvis sød, forstående og hjælpsom og da jeg senere efterspurgte ørepropper, ift det fløjtende klimaanlæg, blev der startet en eftersøgning, dog uden held.
Jeg havde ringet på forhånd, for at høre om der var mulighed for personlig hjælp til tjek in, men vedkommende i telefonen talte meget dårligt og uforståeligt engelsk, så positiv overraskelse med dansktalende personale i hotellets reception, da alle informationsmails også havde været på engelsk.

Het hotel was prima en geheel naar verwachting. Het inchecken online of via de zuil in het hotel zelf verliep dramatisch. Het is dan ook niet gelukt. Vooral het moment dat het systeem een selfie nodig had. Het was simpelweg onmogelijk om je gezicht in de cirkel te krijgen.

Second time I have to overnight in Vejle and stayed here both times. The room was nice enough. Got a view of the train station and beyond which was nice. It's clean. It's close to the high street. Only fault is the check in system. You get an email on the day of arrival or the night before with info about how to check in online. However, the email gives you a code to use for this process which is incorrect so it doesn't work. Neither online or in the touchscreens at the hotel. Checking in at their front desk works fine though.

Rings um die Fenstern Spinnweben. Früh halb zehn zum Frühstück gewesen, Keine Eier ( gekocht oder Rührei), keine Wurst. Nur noch ein paar kleine mini Brötchen vorhanden . Da kann man sich die 9€ sparen, für so ein \" Frühstück \" noch 9€ zu verlangen ist eine Frechheit ! Hab schon öfters in B&B Hotels geschlafen aber so ein negatives Hotel hab ich noch nicht vorgefunden . Einzig positive war der härte grad der Matratze im Bett, dafür das Kopfkissen viel zu klein. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral am Bahnhof und Busbahnhof.Der Parkplatz am Hotel ist von 18.00 - 10.00 Uhr kostenfrei. Für diese Zeit kann man sich freischalten lassen.Ohne Hilfe war dies nicht möglich und ultra kompliziert. Außerhalb der Zeit ist der Parkplatz mit 3,- € pro echt Stunde happig. Die Bezahlung per Handyapp geht nur für nordische Länder also muß mit Kreditkarte bezahlt werden. Das Personal war bei der Lösung der Probleme unheimlich hilfsbereit. .

Opholdet var ok, men ang parkering var det ikke særligt nemt at finde ud af. Første dag gik det ok med hjælp af personale og at vi først var der kl 18, så var det gratis til næste formiddag. Næste dag kørere vi ind kl 13:50, fik hjælp af personale til at p parkeringen kunne starte kl 18, så vi ikke skulle betale for et helt døgn, men noget fra personales side må være gået galt, for vi har modtaget en regning på 78kr, det syntes vi ikke er i orden.
