The service was quite poor several times.
Long waiting time in the reception at check-in and check-out etc.
No cleaning of the room eventhough we stayed two nights and had asked for it.
My daughter left her sleeping mask and I had to call to let them know we forgot it. I had to wait 27 minutes as number 1 in the telephone line!!!!! Only to get a hold on someone who didn't care at all. Asked my room number 3 times during the call, my name and my phone number 2 times... Could she maybe write it down!? I asked if they could send it to us when they found it, since it's very important for my daughter, but she just said \"Probably not\"! She promised to check up and call back but I never received a call back!!! Not good enough service!

Det var overall en god oplevelse. Dog kunne modtagelsen i receptionen have været mere imødekommende.
Men alt fungerede godt med parkering i kælderen. Dejligt stort værelse. Skønne produkter på badeværelset. Vi savnede en bademåtte.

Mangler interesse og rengøring

Det startede med en receptionist, som ikke rigtig ville tale med mig, men nok bare skulle have det overstået. Efterfølgende så vi ikke en receptionist igen...
Der var ikke støvsuget på værelset og den ekstra opredning var meget hård og ubehagelig.
Til morgenmadsbuffeten, som bare var lidt kedelig, havde nogen spilt noget klistret, som ikke var blevet vasket af, men bare fordelt over det meste af lokalet. Det gav fornemmelsen af at gå på et harpiks-indsmurt gulv i en håndboldhal, i en ellers tavs restaurant.
Der var som sagt ingen i receptionen, ud over ved indtjekning, så online ind-og udtjekning er nok en nødvendighed, for en lidt bedre oplevelse. Heldigvis fandt jeg en QR kode på bagsiden af en stolpe, så det lykkedes os at afslutte vores ophold.

Det bliver ikke til et genbesøg...

Hotell Kolding

Bra hotell, alldeles för varmt i rummet, ingen AC svårt att sova pga värmen, sköna sängar. Hängde smutsig handduk kvar efter tidigare gäster. Personalen hade delade meningar om behovet av bokande av bord till frukost, någon sa att man skulle boka, annan sa att man inte behövde. Fantastiskt fint frukostbord.

Great hotel in a great location! The only downside was that it’s incredibly loud in the mornings when staying in the rooms that are facing the Central Station. If possible choose a lakeside room.

Don’t pay for extra space..

Exceptionally bad room. The “extra” space as offered was a completely useless corner, that looked into a Wall. The additional increase of rate for this large room was a rip off. Stayed at this Hotel many times- this was the worse. I am considering another hotel- this was disrespectful to their guests.

Perfect hotel for a short stay, the room had all the conveniences. A very nice lad checked me in, but he was swamped, a bit of a wait. Great location. Plain decor, but I didn’t mind that. Fantastic breakfast. Great value.

Varmt og støjende - men venligt personale

Receptionspersonalet var meget venlige. Desværre var værelset ulidelig varmt, dynen var nærmest en vinterdyne (i juni måned) og sengen var ekstremt blød. Men det værste var dog larmen fra gaden. Jeg har været på hotellet tidligere (på forskellige hverdage) og hver gang har der været larm fra gaden i form af enten musik, folk der råber og skriger hele natten, techno fra biler sent om aftenen eller om natten og ikke mindst måger, der skriger fra kl 04.30. End ikke ørepropper kunne fjerne støjen. Dette kombineret med et meget varmt værelse har ikke givet meget søvn. Morgenmaden var dog virkelig god.

Few issues but overall a good stay.

A nice modern hotel with comfy beds. Lobby area with books and games and a bar and snack shop. We had a couple of small problems on arrival, one room needed bedding changed and had a sticky carpet. Bathroom becomes very slippery when using shower and no bath mat provided.
