No light working in room, save one. Night light from outside shines through glass pane of main door so rooms not dark. Generally clean and high-quality furniture and bath but run-down. One towel for four beds. Overpriced, frankly.

Rooms are miles away from the reception, very dust rooms and also many cobwebs and spiders in the room. Cleanliness should definitely be improved. Bearing in mind that this hotel has a great opportunity with business travelers as it is right next to the industrial area, it should be improved. Breakfast was plentiful, but no continental options. Lots of confusion by all as the breakfast is all over the area and people cannot find things. Staff at reception are quite poor, spent 10 minutes filling all the details on an ipad that they asked and when its time to get the invoice with the company name, its blank. Took 6 attempts to get it right, including the staff googling for the address and putting what they think is right rather than what you tell them. Utter incompetence, but is the usual Danish standard for hospitality.
Would recommend staying there, but be warned about the cleanliness, although not unhygienic, and the poor staff.

Although we paid a few months ago, we were told a few days prior that we would have to move to another hotel for the last day of our stay. Vi valgte et superior værelse, men der var ingen affaldsspand på værelset, ingen loftbelysning , så værelset fremstod mørkt, sengen var hård . Dog har vi aldrig set sådan et overflødighedshorn af en morgenmads buffet … lige fra Cava til hjemmelavet nybagt brød . Flinkt personale. Restauranten var skuffende ( dagens menu ) den ville signalere mere end den kunne leve op til. F.eks.. Hovedretten, var noget helt råt ( pastinak) den kunne ikke skæres. Anden var kompakt og tør og desserten.. mini tærte skåret midt over ( så man fik kun en halv) med 1 spiseske is til . Vi vælger et andet hotel næste gang

Værelse og badeværelse trænger til en opgradering. Rengøringen i badeværelset kunne være bedre, - der var korte mørke hår i brusekabine og ved håndvask ved ankomst. Der var problemer med dørlås/nøglekort som måtte skiftes kl. 0100 Der var ikke tilstrækkelig fokus på opfyldning af morgenmadsbuffeet. Der manglede brød gennem længere tid. Prisen var ok, men det var hellere ikke mere værd.

Værelset var slidt og gammelt. Der var snavs på gulvet og på selve toilettet. Der lå cigaretskodder på terrassen og mørklægningsgardinet var gået i stykker i den ene ende.

Vi deltog i konference på hotellet og her var der ikke en finger at sætte på forplejningen.

Vi havde booket en enkelt overnatning på Comwell Middelfart som et stop på en længere køretur. Vi ankom sent og skulle videre næste morgen – planen var bare en rolig nat og lidt morgenmad. Det fik vi desværre ikke.
Da vi træder ind på værelset, bliver vi mødt af en ulidelig kloaklugt. Vi går straks ned til receptionen for at bede om et andet værelse. Her møder vi en receptionist, som desværre ikke taler hverken ordentligt dansk eller engelsk og virker skeptisk over for vores klage. Hun går dog med op for selv at tjekke – og med det samme hun kommer ind i værelset, kan hun også godt lugte problemet og forstår vores frustration.
Men da vi kommer tilbage til receptionen, ændrer hun forklaring og siger, at der ikke er flere værelser ledige – og at hun ikke kan gøre noget. Vi kunne hverken få et andet værelse, aflyse opholdet eller få nogen form for kompensation. Hun henviste til, at vi måtte tage det videre med morgenpersonalet.
Alt dette tog næsten en time, og vi var fuldstændig udmattede. Vi endte med at overnatte i det stinkende værelse, men kunne knap nok holde ud at være der. Vi tjekkede ud allerede kl. 5 om morgenen – uden at have sovet ordentligt og uden at have fået morgenmad.

Vi havde 3 overnatninger. Super oplevelse. Dejligt stort værelse med både badekar og bruser. Lille siddeområde ude foran værelset var også et plus. Super morgenbuffet, og lækkert med gratis kaffe ved receptionen til kl. 17, og gratis vand eller rabarber/æblesaft. God service. Selvom hotellet var fyldt godt op, var der altid p-pladser at finde. Hyggelige siddeområder, både ude og inde, og et godt aktivitetsrum til børn og voksne, med div. spil, badminton m.m. Vi kommer gerne tilbage.

Et meget fint hotel. Jeg vil dog ønske at rygeområdet blev placeret længere væk fra indgangen til reception og værelserne. Det er ikke særlig rart at blive mødt med røg når man går til og fra morgenmad eller går op til værelset.
Selve værelset var meget pænt, dog trængte trapperne op til værelset til lidt rengøring. Samlet oplevelse mister lidt af den grund. Og desuden er træpperne meget smalle, godt man ikke havde meget bagage at bære op til værelset, det ville være lidt trangt.
