Several high marks for a nice stay. Room had an odor, but bathroom and areas were clean.
Some noise transfer from room above and hallways was not pleasant.
Staff was informative and appropriate with all interactions and I would stay there again.

Our stay was pretty mid overall. When we arrived, we had to request clean sheets because one bed had dirty sheets and the other had dog hair on it. The pool was advertised as heated, but it was extremely cold during our stay. There were also a lot of younger kids in the pool area screaming until around 10 p.m. each night, which made it difficult to relax. We could hear quite a bit of noise from our room, including the pool area and guests in the room above us.

On the positive side, the air conditioning worked great, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was good. While there were some positives, the cleanliness and noise issues took away from the overall experience.

We were in town for wedding it was a great location and the staff were so very helpful and nice!! The only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars is because the walls must be paper thin!! The 2nd night there the couple next door came and went and music was so loud in their room told the front desk staff and he called up right away but the people didn’t care they turned it down but could still hear it!! Slept when I could with a pillow over my ears!! Awful!! Not the staffs fault but maybe worry less about putting them up so fast and worry about guests comfort when they stay in room and can hear Everything and I mean everything that goes on ALL night long in the room next door!! Oh well!!! That being said for a one night stay right off interstate I would stay again! Staff were all very nice!!

Stayed two nights, everything was very clean, no weird smells. Looked to be a newer property or building. Breakfast was better than usual at a property like this, eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits/gray, waffles, etc.

Breakfast started at 6 we came down at 7 and there was barely anything left. Management stated it was eaten by the construction workers and they would not make more to accommodate the guest of the hotel. Management was very rude and unprofessional. Checked out immediately after.

Hotel is just 6 yrs. old. Nice size swimming pool which is nice and warm and open until 11:00 p.m.. Patio in the back with very good be seating. It is also a designated place for smokers and has bar-b-ques back there. Nice choices for breakfast. Sliding glass doors for the showers. It has 4 floors with an elevator. Multi choice restaurants are 3 exits south but worth the short drive. Very well kept up.

TV Directions are needed with something like: “Input, Portal, Live TV Cable, Guide.” Otherwise, you get “Samsung TV Plus is not available due to a network problem.” The breakfast area TVs were not working since the staff didn’t know how to get them working. The light fixture in Rm. 417 was full of bugs. We arrived at 1 PM and the front desk gave us a room where the sheets had not been changed. We know this because of the back sweat and peanut shells. We were given new sheets to install ourselves because they were shorthanded.

I cannot get over how amazingly nice the staff was! So welcoming! The room was clean and the eggs for breakfast were actually really good which is weird to find at a hotel breakfast. Will for sure stay again!

I booked this for my older Dad while he was on a road trip. He had nothing but wonderful things to report. The room was very clean and updated. He loved the accessible shower in particular. The breakfast was also excellent and had a good variety. He was extremely pleased with his stay!

The room was good for sleeping, however it is clear that there have been some rough tenants in the past. There were patches of drywall on the walls and the bathroom dehumidifier/fan was not working which made the room quite humid. The staff was really great though and always helpful and kind. The breakfast was also a huge positive for our stay.

The room was wonderful, the night staff (Dustin) was not. The room next to us had their alarm set for 3 AM and they didn’t shut it off. We tried to call downstairs, but they had the phone off the hook so it went to voicemail immediately. My husband went downstairs and Dustin said that we could move to a new room (at 3 AM mind you), we didn’t want to, so Dustin called the room and said nobody answered he then said he would go knock on the door. Dustin did, in fact, not knock on the door and finally at 3:35 AM my husband went down to the desk again, because of course the phone was still going straight to voicemail. Dustin came and banged on the door at 3:40 AM, and finally the alarm turned off at 3:42 AM. Well, I understand that people leave their alarms on, I don’t understand the front desk going immediately to voicemail, the fact that Dustin was in the office with the lights off, watching something on a smartphone and not doing anything. I just cannot understand why it took so long to take any action, and why no matter how many times I called the reception desk went straight to voicemail.

Our stay was for less than 24hrs and during that time the elevator went out of service. We were in a handicap room on the fourth floor which limited our ability to access the breakfast offered and the pool. Upon inquiry, members of the cleaning staff indicated the elevator going out of service was a regular occurrence and the last time was less than a week prior to our stay. No notice was put on the elevator doors so we were left to stand for 15 min waiting.

Fix the elevator

Fix the elevator. It was broken during September stay and then again during October. Carrying luggage down four flights is no joke. I had four joint replacements and husband was two weeks out from pacemaker surgery and could not lift over 10 pounds, thus no real help in carrying bags. Front desk clerk just said he was sorry, never offering to help with luggage even when I told him our circumstances.

I stay here about 6 times a year for 2 or more days each visit, but may have to rethink stay.

Breakfast was good and other staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff could have been more friendly & focused on their job.
The 2 ladies at the front desk were talking on their cell phones a few times when I went to talk to them.
The guy who works the breakfast wasn't nice. He was rude & disrespectful to my wife. He also, very clearly, engaged with black customers In a more polite manner. The manager seriously needs to pay attention to the 3 of them. Because of them, my family & i will NEVER stay there again. It's sad that these 3 Individuals are the face of your business.

Sincerely,

Very Unhappy Customer

Breakfast was never fully stocked and the waffle mix dispenser malfunctioned often. Also, the main light in one of our rooms blew out and no one ever fixed it, even though it was reported twice. The rooms were never serviced, although I know room cleaning policy has changed since covid. Overall the stay was decent, but definitely could use some improvements.

Decent for the price, but would probably look elsewhere for next time. Several things in our room were broken. Also didn’t feel that they were upfront about having 2 buildings- one of which was on the other side of the river without any way to get to the pool, or for breakfast, other then to drive. With 2 kids, that was an inconvenience. There was also a go cart track RIGHT next to the pool from another business which made it not so relaxing at the pool. The breakfast staff was less than friendly, however the actual hotel staff was. Beds were not very comfortable and one was uneven/broken.

We had a late check in after a long day of traveling and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the AC good and cold. The pool was nice and clean and open from 6am-10pm. I have 2 small boys and that was so awesome. I was shocked at the hours it was opened and the staff commented “we feel that if you’re awake our amenities should be available “ . That is exactly how a hotel should operate. I was very impressed. They also had a laundry on site and breakfast was good. Definitely worth the stay.
