We had a nice stay! The rooms were nice and clean! The complimentary breakfast was a favorite of the family. Such a variety and well stocked! As well as the cookies at check in, the kids were quite peckish after our travels. The treat held them over until dinner.
The staff were welcoming and very helpful!
We would definitely stay again!

The rooms were very clean, the staff were so sweet and kind when we checked in. The pool and hot tub were amazing, the pool was a good temperature and the hot tub was hot. The breakfast consisted of eggs bacon Bagels muffins cereal waffles the normal Hotel breakfast stuff it was good and hot and ready. The only problem I can think of was we could hear the traffic from the road, but I use the sound machine so it blocked it out mostly. But I felt safe here and everyone was so nice we will definitely stay again.

Left after seeing room and an unlockable door that connected the room Nextdoor was found. Front desk would not switch room. It was poorly maintained. Sloppy cover up paint jobs. Old smell to lobby and room. Entrance outside dirty looking. Needs total remodel. Front desk lady not helpful.

The bed was a little hard and the room above us had someone stomping around quite a bit. I know that is not the hotels fault, I should have reported them. It was a nice place to stay and I would book with them again.

The check-in person we had was wonderful. We had several problems with our room which she tried to fix by herself. She called maintenance several times but they did not respond, She apologized profusely and deserves accolades for her dedication and customer service. Upon check out she took notes about needed repairs and supplies that were lacking in the room. The breakfast was very good both days as well.

It Was A Very Beautiful Clean Building Inside Out. Never Seen Any Staff Members. Beds Was Comfortable. Rooms Nice And Spacious. Fridge Don’t Get Cold.
Would Have Been Better If You Had A Chair To Sit In Instead On The Bed. Breakfast Was Great. A Very Nice Place To Stay.

Nice clean place, our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. My one complaint about the place is they did not have any allergen information available upon request for the continental breakfast. I’ve been to similar hotels that have a binder with allergen information that is extremely helpful when traveling with a kiddo with food allergies. Besides that, great place for the price.

Our recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from beginning to end.

Check-in was slow, awkward, and unnecessarily difficult. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. Our first room had a strong, unpleasant odor. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, the clerk argued with us and insisted that “the smell wasn’t that bad” rather than simply addressing the issue professionally.

We were eventually moved to a second room, only to discover that the air conditioner did not work properly. After another frustrating interaction with staff, we were moved a third time into a room that was finally acceptable.

Beyond the room issues, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor, and the staff throughout our stay were argumentative, unhelpful, and difficult to work with. Hospitality and customer service seemed completely absent.

What should have been a simple, comfortable stay turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The property in general is showing signs of age particularly in the pool area. It really needs a complete renovation. Our bathtub had rust stains and the caulking in areas looks roughly done. Also there were hairs around the base of the toilet. Our room was on the first floor near the pool and breakfast area. It was quite noisy. Our room looked out into the parking lot so we had to keep the blind shut and the room was quite dark.
The breakfast was great. The eating area was clean. The staff was lovely and had fresh baked cookies available.
The price was very reasonable compared to similar other places we stayed at.

The hotel had good rates and reviews so I booked it. It was defamatory not what I expected. This is a tired hotel that either needs a major renovation or a tear down and rebuild. The floor in our room was seriously sloped, indicating a structural failure. The furniture was gross, very dirty and should all be thrown away. It’s clear had a minor update with newish fixtures but they appear to be lipstick on a pig, trying to make it look good when it clearly has problems.

The staff was very friendly and please on every interaction, this review is by no means a reflection on them. All were wonderful. The property however needs serious attention.

Traveling from Detroit to Georgetown. I called ahead and was told that I would get a phone call if my room was ready before 3pm. No phone call. We arrived at 10 am and spoke with the desk attendant. I was assured my room would be waiting for me that evening since it wasn’t ready until after 12:30 checkout. I was attending the Thunder over Louisville. Quite a drive away, we returned to check into our room around 12:30am. All I wanted was that hot tub! I worked 16 hour shift, drove to Georgetown, walked all over heck and back in Louisville, miles. We finally get in the room… the jetted tub was broken, would not hold water. I filled the regular tub and passed out in it. 7am…The pool was pooped in, we couldn’t swim. The hot tub was occupied by teenagers who were literally vocalizing that they were peeing in the hot tub. Desk attendant didn’t do anything to remedy the situation. Nothing. I paid $225 and drove 7 hours to be treated like garbage. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve travelled a lot in my 53 years and I work in customer service. Southern hospitality must be dead.

Stephen and Judy are wonderful. The woman who works in the mornings had a confirmation number, however the room was booked on your Expedia and I had called her to give her my rewards number. My boyfriend and I have been frequent test of this property, however this woman had a separate reservation when the night was already paid for, and my checkout was not until noon I made multiple attempts to pay over the phone and when I had gotten back, she’d acted as though I was kicked out of the room when I had booked it with my rewards I’ve never felt so humiliated in my life

The place needs a face lift for sure. The rooms are old with no carpet and not even rugs it made it a cold environment. The walls are paper thin and having people above me was very loud. The tv is so small. Granted if I was just staying for a night of sleep it would have been ok.
The breakfast was good for being included but staff could not speak English and had to remind her to clean tables as there was no where to sit. I was there for 3 days so I saw alot. The pool area needs updating very small and the pool appears dirty but it’s the paint that has wore off. The windows have mildew on them also.
So no if I had my choice I would never stay there again.

We were in town for The American Rodeo Eastern Finals. This hotel was approximately 10 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park which is one of the reasons we chose this particular hotel. We found our room to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff polite. Sadly, I forgot my pillow at home which I regretted, but the shower more than made up for those sad pillows on the bed.
