The website nor does the small print says anything about a deposit required (which you must use a credit card). The only charge certain people depending on what you use and how far away you are the deposit. No breakfast. Also if you order DoorDash or any delivery service it has to be left at the front desk they won’t let it be delivered to your room.

When we first arrived the girl working the desk WAS NOT friendly. We arrived a little later in the evening and it felt like it was a serious problem for her. There were no roll away beds, which was a bit of a bummer, and the couch in the room is pretty small. The room itself is large, although it’s strange that there is a severe lack of places to hang things like towels and swimsuits in the bathroom. There were also mounts for shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the shower but no bottles on the mounts. We were provided one tiny bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap for 3 adult women staying in one room, which was definitely not enough. And what happened to the conditioner? Finally, when I went to check out I sat in the lobby for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the desk and they never did so I just left. All in all I probably won’t stay here again. The property was clean and the room was pretty big, but the lack of customer service and amenities will likely drive me to stay somewhere else in the future. The beds were also AWFUL.

Love this hotel, it has so much potential. Need better towels, in-room shampoo/conditioner etc, better office chairs, and a couple of the staff need some customer service training. With all that being said it is a new building in a great location for the KY horse park that allows dogs. I would stay here again and bring my own towels, silverware, and shampoo etc. But this hotel is so close to being great I hope they pull it together.

It was like a studio apartment. It even had a flat stove top with two burners. The refrigerator was full-size with an ice maker. Everything was very convenient. It was centrally located. And the staff could not have been friendlier. I highly recommend.

The room was clean but we found a lot of hair on the floors and in the bathroom. Coffee was not the best and that is important to have a good cup of coffee in the morning for my boyfriend. I had tea and it was good. Really missed having a free breakfast offered since most of the hotels around it did offer that. Hotel was new so not run down at all but seemed to be built a bit cheaply. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. The man that checked us in was very nice and one of the night ladies was very nice. Others at the desk didn’t even look up when you would walk by. One didn’t even reply when we said good morning. I’d say 3.5 stars

The staff was very helpful in selecting a room that was more quiet for us. The room was very clean and modern with a new, clean and quiet air conditioning unit (very important to us). Also, you are able to open the sliding window for fresh air.

Included with our room was a mini kitchen with refrigerator, stove top, sink and even a dishwasher (we did not really need those but would be nice if you wanted to cook your own meals). The bed was very comfortable.

I would have given 5 stars except the pillows were too small and there was a strange odor in the hallway carpet (don't know why they have to use a fragrance on the carpets). Also, the hallway lights can come under the gap in the door so we had to put some of our luggage behind the door to block the light.

Kroger just next door and has great options for easy cook food in your room, which has a full kitchen. Beds are really comfy. Cameras in hallways for added security. I highly recommend this place. Very clean and friendly staff. Beds are comfy, pillows were ok. Full kitchen is nice if you are staying more than one night. You get a suite for the same price as a hotel room in other places. The one negative is they only offer shampoo and 2 bars of soap. Not a big deal, just want to make people aware to pack their own. It was winter, so no idea about the pool.

We stayed 3 nights with family. Coordination was easy for adjourning rooms. Rooms are spacious with kitchens. Property was clean, all staff members were helpful and kind. Convenient location.

I highly recommend this property, so much so that I stayed there on my return trip through Lexington as well. It was very clean and tidy, with all the comforts of home, including a kitchenette with dishwasher and an icemaker in the fridge. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Also, there is a huge new(ish) Kroger supermarket with gas station next door, which was extremely convenient. The only bad thing I can say is the luggage carts in the hotel were very cheap and flimsy and difficult to steer.

There are motion sensitive lights in the hallway. When we stepped off the elevator the entire hall was dark. We had to turn on a phone flashlight to find our room. The hall lights came on as we reached the room. A little bit eerie, and a lot bit unsafe.
