Elizabeth
Very nice hotel , very convenient to stuff. Nice breakfast choices. Room was very nice and lots of room , bed was comfy as well. Would definitely stay here again.
Angela
The property and room overall seemed clean and in shape. The staff were also good. My problem was the bathrooms have no ventilation system, fans or windows or otherwise, so its built up a strong mildew smell. The ice bucket lid also has mold. Other than that the stay was fine, but I wouldn't book again due to the mold presence.
Jessica
This place reeked of marijuana the second I walked through the front doors! It permeated the ENTIRE building! The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you and in the hallway. There were people partying across the hall from us and we heard their music and them being loud until pretty late. If you like to party and smoke weed, this is the place for you. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to sleep and rest, I would advise you to stay somewhere else.
Amanda
Staff was nice, room was sooo musty, sheets felt wet. Breakfast was…ok
Jason
My only criticism is that it needs an elevator.
John
The entire hotel and the room were incredibly clean. Even the bathroom was spotless. Staff was super nice, friendly and helpful with everything. I appreciated the breakfast bar actually being a full hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, and other offerings.
Anita
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Bed was comfortable and everything well taken care of. Breakfast was very good and had a great selection
Kari
Nice clean place for the money
David Wukusick
You can see the improvements being made. Some of the clientele are sketchy, but they did a great job of keeping things under control.

Arnel
Great stay!
Sydney
Everything was great. I didnt try the free breakfast because it didn't look appetizing.
Angelica
I really enjoyed my stay. I was a bit concerned because my previous hotel was in the same price range, but unfortunately, we found cockroaches there. This guesthouse exceeded my expectations. It was reasonably priced, included breakfast, the staff was incredibly kind, and the room appeared to be newly renovated. Everything was clean and comfortable. Five stars to the entire team!
Brian
Stopover for our mission trip people headed to Virginia. Place was clean and they kids had a great time taking over your breakfast area to play cards.
Tracy
We have been on a two week road trip and this stay was by far the best value for our money. I wish there were more hotels like this across the US! Way to go Guest House!!!!
Anthony
Room was worn down with large scuffs on most furniture. Blinds were missing the tilt wands, and one slat was broken. Lots of light came into the room at night. The shower door would roll open when closed. Two stories and no elevator on site. Not a big deal but difficult when carrying a child and luggage.
It was clean and the bed was good. Breakfast was great and filling. Parking was easy.

Room was nice & clean, great coffee & staff very gracious! Wish they had a recliner (I only sleep in recliners because of back)!
Gregory
The hotel was clean and a great price. There is no elevator, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, but overall I’d stay again!
Bryan
Front staff were extremely nice, quick, and helpful. Rooms were very dusty and drapes over air conditioner were visibly dirty.
Michael
The helpfulness of staff
Michelle
Very clean hotel with attentive and friendly staff. The property was well maintained, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. Overall, a pleasant stay and a solid choice for travelers looking for quality accommodations at a reasonable cost.
Terrie
Very nice property
Martha
Great deal for the price. Mattress was older and lumpy but I still slept quite well. The room/bathroom was very clean except for some plastic advertising mat on the desk that had greasy filth on it that must have gotten missed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well lit parking. Good breakfast.
Danielle
Staff was nice, bed was very uncomfortable, TV was easy to use in room, breakfast ends at 9:30am and checkout is at 11:00

Hotel was just ok. Clean but definitely dated. The breakfast is mediocre and there are not enough tables and chairs for people to sit. We experienced this on both days of our stay.

Luis
Friendly staff, clean room. Great price
Jessica
It was fine for the price. Smelled musty, but was relatively clean otherwise. Employees were great.
Rich
This was a quiet, clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. It was easy to access other neighborhoods of Lexington and even had a lovely greenway walking trail across the street (the Hamburg?).
Rich
Great stop for longer travel plans. Good central location in the USA
James K
Convenient location, safe, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy parking.
Rebecca

Cheryl

Jamie

Rich
Great location for a quick stay when traveling on to another destination.
Juli
The place wasn’t bad overall but there was a domestic outside our room at 1:30am that lasted more than 20 min. I was too afraid to open the door or call the front desk. We found a other hotel for our next night.
Kimiko
Chrissy was so nice and very helpful when the room we first had smelled of bad odor she switched it out with no problem that kind of service goes a long way and was very informative about where things where and made sure to let us know if we had any questions are needed anything she was there to help great customer service..
Obie
Nice - clean room—no problems—bed was comfortable—I would stay again
Robert
Very Quiet. They control noisy guests.
JD
Needed a safe, clean and affordable hotel. This fit the bill, perfectly. Inside hotel rooms are always nice, the property was clean and had been updated. The bed comfortable, and clean. The room was quiet, and made for a restful night. There was a hot breakfast bar (scrambled egg and sausage patties) and fruit plus the usual breads. I appreciate the breakfast being open early (0630) for an early grab before getting on the road. The breakfast was a bite before going, not a sit down for 40 minutes and gorge yourself; so do like I did and eat and go.
Jessica
Great room clean and comfortable. Quiet and comfortable place to stay.
Miraida
Staff was super friendly. Room was comfortable and nicely cooled down. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel was in the middle of an upgrade, with new rooms in progress. I was given one of the newly renovated rooms and it was wonderful.
Parking is convenient, breakfast was easy and there’s a McDonald’s right next door.
I have already booked another stay for the fall.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately there was a plumbing problem when we arrived but it was cleared up within an hour or so. Water was not hot in the shower so we asked staff about it and it was fixed when we returned to our room. Parking was great, plenty of spots.
April
Clean rooms that have been recently remodels
Barbara
Clean room and the man at the front desk was very helpful. Our TV was working and he came and fixed it right away.

Aaron
Clean but could use some sprucing up
Valerie
Friendly staff
Tamara
They are taking out all of the carpet, which is GREAT! Carpet is gross, BUT it deadens sound. So, I could hear people in the hallway burp (YEP!). The sound from the lobby flooded my room. I was worried people in the lobby could hear me using the toilet!
Lou
Quiet high pleasant ceilings on first floor
Charla
Better than expected! Property was clean and updated, room was very nice and clean, bed was very comfortable! We will stay there again! Highly recommend!!
Naomi
Clean, good water pressure, room is however on the older side but definitely clean. Easy parking. I will consider stay there again if in town.

Great breakfast! Nice room, comfy bed. Only downside was the blow drier didn't work, which i found out after I washed my hair. Otherwise it was excellent.
Mary
The breakfast was sub par. And the staff wasn’t all that friendly.
Olga
Easy access from the I-75. Very nice hotel. Spacious clean room with tub/shower, hair dryer, comfortable queen bed, desk, mini fridge/freezer, safety lockbox, ironing board. Heated indoor pool. Breakfast; premade eggs, sausage patties, bagels, cream cheese, toast, jam, mini pastries, juice, coffee, tea, milk/cream (but no ketchup). Friendly staff. Would stay again. Reasonably priced, 8.5/10.
Tolan
It was terrible from the get go. The AC squealed so loud it felt like you were on a tarmac waiting on a plane to take off. We had a sound machine for our toddler and when turned on at full volume, you still couldn’t hear it over the AC squeal. It made it worse that the AC couldn’t actually get it cool. We were sweating so much none of us had a single blanket or sheet on us.
You could feel every spring of the mattress which created a lot of discomfort when trying to sleep. The pillows were in terrible shape as well and you needed about four of them to finally feel like your head wasn’t laying straight on the mattress.
We finally gave up around one o’clock and packed all the kids in the car and made our way to the Holiday Inn which was night and day different.

All of the employees were very courteous. Breakfast was okay. The room seemed very humid no matter how cold we made the AC. The location right off the highway was very convenient.
Kim
Didn’t have breakfast. Rooms were good but drank out of a cup in room only to find mold. Room was dusty.
Jay
The breakfast is fine and and appeared to be clean.
Brian
Yes it great
Stephanie
Great place to stay. Under renovation but super clean and friendly.
Erin
Urine stains on toilet. Stained shower curtain. Filthy curtains stained black. Door had flimsy lock. Could hear noise from other guests in hallway at night
Jacques
Should mention that there are renovations.

There was little about the property as it pertained to my stay that was satisfactory. A large remodel/reconstruction project left the place a shambles. I was never communicated to about the stay, including when I was checking in (beyond a piece of paper taped to the check-in counter). The room condition itself was among the best aspects of my stay. Cleaning crew probably works hard considering the circumstances. Linens were clean, surfaces dusted, TV in working order.

The staff is great breakfast now offers bisquits & gravy. The pool is clean & warm.

The room itself was mostly clean. However, the hallways and main areas were pretty dirty. Carpet in the hallways was dirty. The pool and gym area were not only extremely small, but felt pretty dingy. I wish I would’ve spent a little more money to stay somewhere a whole lot nicer
