When it came to the housekeeping, it was so-so. They came in, took the dirty towels but did not leave clean ones. Took trash but did not put clean trash bags back in. Did not straighten beds. Did not leave clean glasses.
Donald
Ok
Michael
Everything was as expected. Ripley at the bar (BBM) was helpful in suggesting some other fun places to explore.
Michelle
Perfect spot! Clean rooms! Location ideal for walking around downtown Lexington. Would stay again!
Tim
Excellent location with plenty of downtown attractions within easy walking distance. Good views from higher floors. A quiet and comfortable room.
Jeffrey
everything was great, aside from the dated short toilets!
Erika
Kitchen was out of order as was the pool. It was fine for one night- but would not recommend.
Matthew
Nice

Hotel needs a remodeling.
Casey
Great property, very nice hotel and great walking distance to several restaurants and bars.
Jayci
Bathroom was not the cleanest, mystery hair as soon as we checked in. Rest of the room was clean. Air conditioner in our friends room was not working, but they brought them a small unit. Locations was great though. Attached parking was an added perk, although a bit on the pricey side.
Chris
Poorly maintained rooms. Not worth the price at all.
Rooms smelt so strong of stale water when using the air-conditioning it made it difficult to sleep. Lumpy and worn carpets. Expect better

Free airport shuttle was convenient. Location was convenient, Felt safe and was able to walk everywhere downtown Lexington, did not need a car or Uber the entire time. Room was clean, cool view of Triangle Park. Only downside was no closet or wardrobe space, no steamer or ironing board available in room. Did not use the pool but saw it on the way to the gym, seemed clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was nice. As a whole, hotel was clean, safe, comfy. Location is at an absolute 10/10. For the price would be nice if hotel offered a happy hour or manager's special/hour but overall lovely stay, would recommend and would stay here again.
Jennifer
Room was clean. AC ran all night, did not put out cold air after being out in the heat all day that was no good. Check out was at noon, housekeeping was kicking on the door at 10:00 as if we were being rushed out. Stayed in a while longer and housekeeping just kept making racket. Ended up checking out @ 11:15am. Won’t stay at this hotel again.
Steven
Air conditioning in room did not work very well was hot every night
Chauncey

Ron
Wonderful hotel and room. Very comfortable and super easy access to Rupp Arena. Would be my first pick to stay again.
Claude
Great hotel with good amenities and near everywhere you want to be.
Nicole
Convenient and quiet
amelia
Great location rooms were clean. They had a very adequate Jim. No complaints.
Samuel
No A/C in room. It was very unsafe for our newborn baby. Staff was unhelpful.
Rachael
Clean, comfortable room, great breakfast
Caitlyn
We loved it, it was very clean, safe, and spacious. We were able to go to the Rupp arena via the skybridge which was nice because it was raining!
Linda
Valet service was great
Meacy
Bathroom could use a little updating
Deborah
No complaints, great stay. Clean room, friendly & helpful staff.
Gregory
Beautiful hotel in great location, walk to Rupp Arena! On event days parking garage can get very full, consider valet for a little extra and avoid the headache.
Antonella
Property needs some love, the outside looked rough and the rooms are def outdated, my flight had been delayed for hours and I called to arrange with the property I was assured that my rates would be accommodated since it was out of my control that I did not arrive at my exact check in time. Once I arrived I spoke with the front desk person and they told me to speak to management once they arrived only to be told that I would not be refunded for the night I was not there, I showed him the call log and messages between the property and I and he still did not accommodate, all that was offered was a late check out which I needed due to being there for a soccer tournament.
Joey
Lady on duty at checkout ruined it. She should not be in the hospitality industry. Not a pleasant person.
Jill
Room was smelly, musty and in need of some fixing. Very small bathroom. Sheets were clean and bed pretty comfortable.
Richard
Staff was amazing as well as location.
Tanya
Pricey but a great stay. It was convenient to downtown.
Danielle
Front desk staff was great. Room was clean. Parking easy. Great central location. The only thing that was disappointing was no coffee for guests. As an early riser (while family is sleeping) I appreciate being able to go into the lobby for coffee. There is only an overpriced ‘Starbucks’ for coffee available which opened late everyday. They were supposed to open at 6:30am. Usually opened about 6:45/6:50. 1 cup of coffee $4 with no option to refill. They were out of most food choices and had a very limited Starbuck drink option.
Laura
Room was clean and comfy and had everything you needed.
Mary
Very dated
Michelle
Clean room, easy parking.
Christian
The property needs to be updated. The building is over40 years old and it shows. The showerheads are probably the cheapest available as it's a coffee maker in the room. I don't think there's any excuse for that that said the staff was especially accommodating when my initial room was like a sauna. However, is not something I understand. I probably will stay there again given the price is very reasonable. That compared to others in the downtown area.
Charlotte
The AC in my room was not working properly. Luckily it was not super hot, but I like it cool at night and even though it was turned all the way down to 60 it did not come on at all and I didn’t realize it till the second night there so it was not comfortable for me at night while I was sleeping. The restaurant was understaffed and service was very slow.
andrea
Horrible customer service checked in didn’t have the rooms that we had reserved. Gave us a room with flooded carpet toilet was leaking when we requested for a different room. Staff became argumentative as well. Had such a horrible experience. We ended up canceling our reservations and leaving that hotel will never stay there again.
Jennifer
It was a nice hotel.
Mike
Nice but difficult golf course. Lauren the manager in the hotel lounge was terrific.
John
Toilet barely flushe and the room was very dark!!!
Tasha
Room and hotel were clean. Perturbed by a rodent scratching between the walls in our bedroom. I know things happen, but I was shocked and not fond of it. Other than that, wonderful stay!! Beautiful view!!
Tamara
Comfortable beds and good location.
Michael
Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Great stay.
Justin
The hotel is great for the price and location. The staff was also very friendly.
Colleen
Had another great stay in a comfortable two queen room. The staff was responsive and kind. From some extra towels to an extra room key - staff made us comfortable and we would happily stay again.
KELLEY
Clean room. Friendly staff. Food at the bar was really good.
Dwight

JW
A great room and restaurants on hand so we didn’t have to leave. Connects to convention center which is nice too.
Kelsey
AC wasn’t working, shower wouldn’t drain.
Kim
Check in was easy loved getting a text message personally from the front desk keeping up asking me if I needed anything. I’m giving me the text number personally if I needed something from them will definitely be there again.

For a high end hotel it wasn't maintained very well. The caulk in the shower looked terrible. The shower curtain was too short so water was everywhere after the shower. A plastic water guard in the shower was broken also. Water pressure was low in the shower as well. I bumped a shelf in the bathroom and it fell off the wall, I'm 5'3\". The bed was comfy and the room clean, I just expected more for what I paid (over $200). The luggage carts were dirty but they moved easily. The toilet seat was loose and would move when you sit. No issue with staff, check in, check out. It's just a dated old hotel that is very over priced.
Melissa
Staff was amazing, room was clean. Temperature control was difficult in our room and bathroom had no fan but otherwise comfortable stay
Jenna
Nice stay and close to Rupp arena!
Steven
Always a great place to stay.
Chris
Staff was incredible and the hotel was immaculate. Incredible location as well..
Tina
Great place to stay for a basketball game
JAMES
Of the 4 Hilton's I stay in regularly in KY and TN, this one has room for improvement. Building is very old and was the most luxurious of the downtown hotels. Unfortunately all that was lost during a bad renovation. Property is not a luxury hotel at all. Problems everywhere. Horrible wall paper pealing in bathrooms, broken dirty tiles, rough sandpaper feeling bath towels. Unprofessional staff poorly dressed and clearly not happy to be there. No towels at pool. Paid more for this room than any other I've stayed and is not even quality level of the best Holiday Inn. Needs major overhaul for sure. I love Hilton Hotels, but this one a true disappointment. I will not use Hilton when in Lexington, KY. There are 3 better choices.
Betty
Yes everything was good!

The shower only partially worked, there was no breakfast, and my room smelled incredibly old and moldly. I didn’t feel clean staying there.
Jenny
Clean. Well maintained. Super convenient for Rupp Arena. Go CATS!
Joseph
Toilet was broken in room upon arrival
Tasha
Clean room nice bedding
Michael
Service was poor at bar
Lisa
Clean, quite, everything we wanted
Stephanie
Room was clean and spacious. Room was HOT! No matter what we did to thermostat we couldn’t cool the room down. Made sleeping very uncomfortable.
Melvin
Clean rooms
Mary
Helpful staff, clean room and beautiful hotel overall. The only thing is our room was extremely hot even though we had the thermostat at 60. We told the front desk when we were checking out and they apologized.
James
Everything at this hotel is fine, however this is my 3rd time staying there within a month and they have a major problem with their HVAC the thermostats in the rooms do not work. The first two stays it was super hot this last visit it was freezing
It’s an issue.
It’s an issue.

Quick, easy efficient!
Christy
Didnt eat breakfast. Staff at BBM were awesome. Rooms temp was not able to be managed…warm.
Matthew
Clean rooms and very freindly staff

Not close to areas for shopping. Great location for access to Rupp Arena.
James
Didn’t have breakfast
Consuelo
Greay hotel
Margaret
This was one of the best stays we’ve had in a long time!
Rebecca
The bathroom sink had a crack in it, the shower ceiling was cracked and damaged from water. There was rust in the bathtub near the drain. The tub had a ring in it that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, the towel rack was broken and we couldn’t hang our towels up, the bath towels were put on a shelf underneath the sink inches next to the toilet and the wooden shelf that the towels were laying on was scratched to pieces and needed to be re-stained. Very disappointing and we paid over $400 per night for this room.
Billy J
Room was excessively hot, could not sleep at all. A tremendous disappointment
Jane
Room was okay, however room service was non existent when we checked in. We needed to eat before our show and you say you provide that service no body answering the phone no message called front desk said they are busy so tried again a bit later ended up having to door dash which I did not want to do I specifically booked hotel for the service and closeness to event so I would not have to go out anywhere else. Breakfast service was not great was told our waitress was delayed for room service run ( you don’t have dedicated persons?) and food was cold when it came out. So not impressed Hilton.
michael
Could not control the room temp, even though I turmed the thermostat down to 61, the room temp stayed at 73-74 all night making for a very poor night of sleep. Also, in spite of the fan\" being set to \"auto\" it literally ran all night. Since we didn't get to the room until after 11pm, I did not call the front desk to alert them
