Wasn't happy they charge for parking. The bathroom wouldn't lock and mold on the ceiling above shower. Nice location next to the arena but not worth the price.
Ogden
We enjoyed our stay. Except for the parking.
Christopher
Friendly staff and very convenient to restaurants!
Wendy
The air conditioner was not working properly. Even though we adjusted the thermostat it was not cooling.
Raimond
It’s a nice hotel and it’s clean however it is a bit outdated. It’s a short drive from the airport and within walking distance to other restaurants and points of interest. The front desk staff were amazing.
The breakfast was good and the morning staff fast and friendly on all four mornings. The dinner food there was not too good and staff were extremely slow on all three nights. They were however friendly.
I would stay again but not eat dinners there.

Excellent place great customer service
Richard
only stayed the night room was a little dirty otherwise hotel was good.
Bobbie
Was great from start to finish staff was very nice
Madeleine
Beautiful lobby, rooms, pool, and fitness center. It is in the edge of the “pretty” part of town, and that was the only drawback. Still, we had a great time there.
Charlie
The room was very clean and neat. My only issue was there was no closet in my room to hang up clothing during my three (3) day stay. Otherwise I had a pleasant stay.
Leisha
Very nice, staff where wonderful rooms were clean and comfortable
Cami
The hotel was convenient to our event and walkable to many restaurants, so we didn't have to drive. We parked our car for a fee in a lot across the street. The property was pretty clean but a little older/outdated. Nonetheless, it was a nice stay and the employees were helpful and courteous.
John
Always a great stay. Staff is always helpful and facilitates are always clean
Nichole
Love staying here when visiting for events at Rupp.
Thomas
Below average rooms. Perhaps the heavy use by the various groups attending sporting events and conventions makes it difficult to keep the rooms in top working order. To be a Hyatt property the quality of the experience is way off. The common areas were nice enough, but the room itself was long past its prime. Banged up, roughed up, worn down/out. The only thing you get is location; unless you’re attending something at Rupp or the convention center there is no bang for your buck. Staff at registration truly struggled with their computer system which caused delay in getting checked in. Parking is very inconvenient especially if the weather isn’t perfect…crossing a busy roadway to your vehicle and a ticketing system that requires a validation every time you want to leave the property. A very poor overall experience for the price paid. Stay elsewhere if you’re seeking a quality experience. There’s certainly no luxury at this location.
Joseph
The staff were very great and professional. The hotel room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay!
Jason
Check in was a breeze and staff are more than helpful and courteous. Valet parking is the way to go Rooms were clean and hotel seemed well maintained Perfect place to stay for an event at the Rupp arena. Didn’t try the on site restaurant but many options are within walking distance. Will definitely stay again.
Katherine
We stayed there because it is extremely convenient to get to Rupp without fighting traffic. Nice and clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
Della
The front desk staff and valets were top notch, professional and friendly.
Rooms were somewhat dated, but clean overall, except for the lower shelves of the bathroom vanity which was dirty and dusty, including the hairdryer.
The pool area was very nice and clean, and our little ones had a good time there.
The huge seling point for this hotel is it's being connected to the Rupp Center. I would definitely stay here for any event I was attending at the Rupp Center.
The breakfast bar had a good selection, but ridiculous price. We have received breakfast bars that were just as good and with just as much variety for free at cheaper hotels in large cities. $26.00 per person is way too much. As well, when I tipped my waitress, she did not bring my change back and I had given a 20% tip.

The rooms are dated. The showers don’t drain properly and some of the outlets don’t work so come prepared. The property needs a renovation overall with the rooms.
Chris
Not a great hotel stay. Thankfully we were there only one night. Our room smelt old and musty like cats. When my wife called the front desk to ask if we could move rooms, they said sure, but they're allowed in all rooms. So if youre allergic to cats, look for another hotel. The AC in our room wasn't working, so they sent maintenance up to repair it. He got it working pretty quick, but then it quit working ten minutes later. Bathroom wasn't very clean either. There was dried pee around the bottom of the toilet that hadn't been cleaned. Made us wonder what else doesn't get cleaned. We would have switched rooms, but our kids were so tired they had already gone to sleep, plus we were afraid that the next room might be even worse.
Michael
The staff was friendly but not helpful. None of the electrical outlets worked on the desks or night stands. The drian in the shower do not drain and I was standing in inches of water while showering and it back flowed. Told the lady working the morning front desk and she just said ‘sorry’. That was disappointing for a $238 stay. Not what I expected with other competitors of the Marriott and Hilton close by.
Lance
Staff was unfriendly and the room was dirty
Todd
Great convenient location in downtown Lexington with a very nice lobby for hanging around in with friends
Courtney
The hotel is in a great location.
Donald
the drag racing noise throughout the night until 3 a.m. was dreadful .
Mia
Awesome stay as usual.
Jeffery
Nice bar with great staff!
Amy
Very nice and convenient location
Nancy
Our stay was pleasant. Food was great as well as the bar. Looking forward to returning in June for another weekend trip
Kristen
Perfect location, very clean
Vanessa
The breakfest bar had many choices to choose from. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definetly be back.
Tom
The room assigned was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the A/C worked perfectly. Hotel is tired and needs a refresh. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy too

The staff was amazing!! It shows sleeps 3 but it’s just 1 king bed, so really only slept 2. Got a fold up bed, but the mattress was so old and thin tht it was unusable.
Piper
The hotel was clean and conveniently located to what I needed. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Kori
Good location and very friendly staff.
Brian
Clean facility, but very outdated
Missy
Great property & staff
Thomas
My room had a cooling issue and before I could make it back to the room, someone was waiting to check it. They instantly switched me rooms and even brought me the new room key while I packed. Super helpful, super friendly, and I extremely full of customer service. The had a breakfast buffet and a decent breakfast menu. All delicious. 10/10
Lisa
So convenient to
John
Waited 2.5 hrs after check in time for room, was late to the concert due to this.
Amanda
Perfect
Teresa
Customer service was excellent and the room was clean and the bathroom
Elizabeth
We checked in at 3:00 pm and we were not let in our room until 5:00 pm. Then they proceeded to tell us that the room was ready an hour ago. Very poor service at the front desk.
Leisa
Check-in was at 4pm- arrived at 4pm- room not ready- told to come back in 30 min. Still not ready. No one's rooms were ready- many people upset- finally 545 room ready -
Pamela
No pets
Tim
Waiting an hour past check in time of 4pm before a room was ready was ridiculous. Use extra staff on days when hotel is full and will be full the following days
Catherine
The hotel was doing a full turnover of all the rooms. Checkin was at 4. I still did not have a room 2 hours later! The front desk was finally able to give us a room that was not what I had booked. To make up for it, the front desk comped our parking and breakfast which I appreciated. The room was clean but it’s definitely getting run down.
Debrah
We were put in an automated queue at check in and had to wait an hour past our check-in time to access our room. No explanation or compensation other than a \"thank you for your patience \".
The hotel is a perfect location for anyone attending an event at Rupp Arena!

Michael
Very over priced for the amenities this hotel has to offer. Money Grab
Erin
Overall really good. Room had water damage
Annie
Besides the yummy breakfast buffet, which was pretty good, the only downside was the price—$22.00 per person—and the bathrooms in the rooms were a bit small.
Patricia
not as nice as it used to be
Robert
Staff was great! Rooms were accommodating
Douglas
Do not stay here. Truck broken into when valeted and they will take no responsibility. $3400 worth of damages and zero help from Hyatt.
Katie
Rooms are aged and basic. Breakfast was good
Billy
ok stay, nothing spectacular. rooms are dated. good access to Rupp Areana is the major positive. Other than that, just average.
Cory
Needs a remodel
angie
Was in Lexington for a doctors appointment in the UK basketball game. The convenience of walking to the lobby of my hotel straight to rep Arena cannot be matched.
Ashton
very nice room & staff!
Amy
Great location
Penny
Check in was quick and easy and the valet parking was a life saver!
Jackie
Room was clean, bed pretty comfortable, great location, and awesome breakfast.
Kayla
Very clean and comfortable stay!
Megan
Stayed one night.. Overall stay was ok, but had to only give 3 stars, because in room 308 the refrigerator did not work at all. We could not chill our water we had brought with us, and our leftovers from dinner had to sit out on the desk overnight. Walls seemed a bit thin, could hear conversations from the room over.
Easy access to the Rupp, which was very convenient and the main reason I booked this room.

Every stay there has been great
jim
The staff was very helpful and check in was easy. The room was very clean and accomodating.
Mistie
Staff extremely friendly, room was spacious, check-in was very fast, and the bar had amazing drinks and a great bartending staff. Perfect location for an event at RUPP.
Charlotte
Very clean. Friendly staff. Amenities are sufficient. Parking is acceptable. Nothing was complicated.
Melissa
I loved the convenience of going to the event and not having to drive after. Location is great, however the rooms were not real clean. For this to be a Hyatt it needs some heavy cleaning. There was no blanket on the beds just a couple sheets. The refrigerator in the room wasn't cold at all. Staff was very nice and the restaurant was great in the lounge.
Dennis
Wish the room had a microwave
Thomas
The room was great, and the place was very convenient.
James
Overall great place to stay. Convenient with easy parking. Have stayed in past.
Eddie
Hotel was very noisy due to outside traffic and we were right next to the main road. We got little rest due to the loud vehicles and ambulance sirens all night long for two straight nights. The hotel was very busy, due to events going on, overprice drinks and food at the hotel’s restaurant.
Edward
Easy check in and out
Richard John
Elevators were noisy. The hotel needs to be updated. The staff was nice.
Sam
Room was great! Staff was awesome. Being able to go into Rupp without going outside, the best.
Teri
Perfect location for UK game setting!
Chris
Yes
Crystal
The staff was amazing! The location is also amazing! The room was clean! However - the bed is probably the worst thing I’ve ever slept on. Along with their cardboard feeling sheets. Not worth 240 a night.
Jerry
Fast check in, convenient location, clean
William Burlin
Everything was great.
Lelia
Room was clean…. Check in perfect with friendly staff . Hyatt has good reputation and for the price of room some bottled water would be nice. Many hotels now offer water in rooms or a place to refill water bottles. Just a thoughtful amenity…. Also surprised there isn’t real creamer for coffee. Just a few small gestures that make a stay there a notch above other hotels.
Robert
Nice hotel but looks outdated.
Xiaohong
Overall, it's good. The room is clean. The breakfast is delicious, but you have to order it yourself, which is relatively expensive.
Keith
The room was clean and the staff was great. Not a lot of options for food and drinks without leaving the hotel. Rooms seemed antiquated and could use a makeover.
scott

Michael
Staff was exceptional. Were very accommodating during snow/ice storm, not just to us, but all guests.
Michael
The room was run down. The shower head was falling out of the wall the water never got hot. The Fresh air vent fell off the wall when we walked by and touched. We let the staff know early in the morning when we left for the day and was told they would fix it. We returned at 4:30pm and nothing had been done. We decided to just go home. Usually Hyatt is a fun get away but this place just feels dirty and run down. When we checked out I was told they would not be able to credit us anything because we booked thru hotels.com. The supervisor on duty at that time said she didnt understand why they didnt offer to move our room that morning. It was never offered. She also told us the manager would contact us but we have yet to hear from them.
Theresa
