The cleanness is OK during the day.But in the middle of the night I was woken up by Strong stench of cigarettes smell. And later on I saw the parking lot was littered with so many cigarettes buts.I guess they come from the guests and Long term residents there.Even you have a non smoking room,it still poses healt risk.If you are a non smoker, do not stay here.

It is a dated property and could use some updates.
It is located in a good area with many options for shopping and dining.
The staff was courteous and attentive.

The rooms are a little run down but clean. The bed was very comfortable.

I was overly impressed by how clean my room was. No cracks in the walls, full size fridge, oh, and the carpet looked brand new. Very comfortable bed too! Definitely my place to stay if needed again.

The bed was comfortable, but the room was dirty. Our shoes stuck to the bathroom and \"kitchenette\" floors. This is NOT an Extended Stay place. There was a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. There were NO utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, toaster, or cookware. There were paper coffee cups when we arrived and a small coffee maker. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was not cleaned after the first night, the beds were not made, and we were given no additional coffee cups even though I specifically asked for some. The noise was awful. The walls are paper thin. Not only could we hear our neighbors talk, but we also had to put up with them being \"very amorous\" in the middle of the night. The electrical outlets did not easily hold a plug, so it was difficult to use anything that was electrical. Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT stay here.

Parking is safe. But the water is running very little in the basin.
Patricia
There were plenty of parking spaces. I didnt have to worry about whether there was going to be parking available when I returned from being out.
The room was clean. I have stayed here many times , and I would stay again .

Fine room, everything worked as it should. One difficulty was the sound coming from the attached events center. The loud noise was supposed to end at 10 PM, but it was actually more like midnight. Be prepared for a noisy night; I would recommend bringing earplugs.
Richard
The only Extended stay that had no plates, silverware or any kitchen items
Thomas
Hair in bed, no toilet paper. Feet black on carpet immediately after walking to bed after shower. Checked out at 8 pm after checking in at 6. Front desk friendly. Booked through hotels.com so no refunds for the two night. Worth the cost of the two hotels. Did not feel unsafe in the well lit parking lot. Tv worked well.

This is an older hotel but very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and everything was in working condition. It is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping with an Arby’s & Starbucks right next to it. For a very busy area it was quiet at night. All the rooms have an outside doors and you must use stairs to get to the second floor. Overall a clean basic room economically priced with a big refrigerator & microwave.
Stephanie
One night stay good location lots of restaurants and shopping . Nice area to rupp

We were only here for a short time, but we would definitely come back and stay again. We were greeted by the sweetest lady at the front desk and a very nice gentleman who helped get us checked in. The room was very clean and close to many options for eating very close by. We came in to town for a concert and Rupp Arena and it was only a short drive there. Just a side note, the beds and pillows were comfortable, but if you are a picky pillow person, I’d bring an extra. I like a fat fluffy one.

It was grose statying in this hotel. We had to leave very early because w ecould not stand the smell.

Beds were comfortable. Very quiet facility. We were given first floor as requested. Carpet was soaking wet, and filthy. When I went to the front desk to request a new room, guy at the desk said, \"that's not happening.\". I asked if we could at least have some rugs. \"Nope.\" He dismissed me. He later came down and said, 'yep, it's wet.\" We were offered an upstairs room. My husband is 84 and I am 72. Stairs are hard for both of us, especially if we have to carry a lot of items. We stayed put.
While we were out the next day, I guess they checked the water and found that perhaps it was coming from the refrigerator next door. Not sure. They wrapped a bathmat around the corner of the nightstand.
That evening we had a problem with the toilet. We called the office, and they brought down a plunger. Handed it to my husband. Staff did not make an effort to plunge the toilet. The problem lasted throughout the night. We think that's wrong. We are paying to stay there, and if there is a problem, they need to make an effort to remedy it.
Like I said, the beds were very comfortable. We heard no noise on top of or on either side, or in back of us, and even from the parking which is unheard of. If not for the water issues......

5 stars all the way. We experienced a small problem at the beginning of our stay and the owner went above and beyond to make sure the problem was rectified. Even giving me his personal number to ensure we had no further problems, which we didn't. Truly a hands on owner that cares about his business and the experience the patrons of his establishment share. Sami, you are a superstar my friend and you will have my business again.
Jeremy
Affordable and convenient.A Thanks Sammi for all your help

I love the staff and surrounding businesses as well as the clean rooms
Allan
Good for the price. Good location.
Very comfortable beds, there were a few long hairs on the inside of the shower curtain (perhaps from the cleaner?) other than that the room was spotless and didn't smell of smoke like most motel rooms do at this price point. Had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and TV with a good selection of channels.
Checking in late at night is done through an exterior window from the parking area. (Sort of like a drive through window)
A lot of restaurants/bars nearby.

People were fabulous, location for what we were there for, was great and plenty of food options. Outlets were a bit off so nothing we plugged in would stay in the outlets and pillows weren’t the best, but I’d go back and stay again.

My group and I enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and comfortable. We did need more towels in our room but that was not a deal breaker.

5/10 might stay sgain for a cheap rate.
The guy at the night desk was a real jerk. I paid online and he failed to tell me there was a 50 deposit before trying to run my card again. When i stopped him he got an attitude. I told him i had cash for a deposit. I asked for a receipt for the deposit and he was rude again. The room was mostly clean, needs some updates for sure. Good size fridge and i am sure would be ok for a longer term stay. The king bed was made with clean sheets. No bugs were found upon inspection or throughout the night. The bed was thin memory foam, and sank to the platform under my weight. Very uncomfortable. The morning clerk was super sweet and earned the 3 starts i left to make up for the jerk at night.

Room was clean, had a nice big fridge and freezer. Towels were thin. Only had shampoo, no conditioner.. Staff was accommodating. Price was right! Would stay again.

Don't Waste Your Money
Do NOT stay here! Right when we pulled up there were two police cars sitting in the parking lot. A lot of people randomly walking around and just standing on the balcony. As we are walking up to the room there is a guy yelling for his cat. As we walked past, he introduced himself as the property's security and his job is to keep away the low life. As we entered the room, the AC was turned off and it was OVER 80 degrees in the room. We got in late and left early and it took more than half our time there to get the room comfortable to sleep.

Worse stay ever.
There so call balcony is second level entrance. So it definitely not private or balcony? More like a patio for everybody. Didn't get but a little sleep after being on the road for 11 hours because of all the yelling, door slams and beating on doors until 4am. Ice machine had no ice. The rooms where clean but outdated, well smoking room where. There so call room service only offer pizza, I counted at least 7 burn holes on the comforter. Flat pillows Just bad all around

In town for a weekend and needed a place to sleep, this was an affordable option that was quiet and close to where I needed to be, good value for the money.
Joyce
I did like that it was a clean place, pretty quiet, and while looking for my room, ran into the owner who was extremely nice and showed me my room.
I did not like that the coffee maker did not work, however the employee was a nice older woman let me know I should’ve came to office to get coffee. I plan to stay there next week.

Very clean hotel ! Everything was in working order in our room, no noise ! Slept well !!

Convenient location
The room we stayed in was clean. The Bluegrass Extended stay we learned has long term tenants living in rooms at the motel. There was a car in the parking lot with people sleeping in it, so the regular clientele seemed a little sketchy. We were traveling for a music festival and we only stayed at the motel to sleep. Be aware that some of the rooms are smoking and it’s important if you’re not a smoker to ensure you book a non smoking room. There are many restaurants near the motel, it was a convenient location.
Gary
Not saying it’s perfect but, much more than i expected for the price.
