Mary
Great hotel near I75. New, clean and our go to place. Love Dallas at the front desk.
Chris
Arrived to a TV that didn’t work. Had the manager come up to the room with a new remote - didn’t work. Come to find out the previous guest disconnected the HDMI port. Also the hotel phone was not plugged in. Really minor things but after 15th on the road it was frustrating/disappointing.
Sharon
Great place to stay
Jamila
Great!
Anna
Dallas was awesome! He helped my mom and me so much. And the young woman on nights was awesome too. She helped us pack our truck. Thank you a great stay!
Deborah
Clean room, lots of parking, easy, early check-in and very quiet property. Would stay again.

Karen
Room was clean and service was great! Will recommend
Brandi
Comfortable room, great breakfast, friendly staff.
Helen
The room was clean and the beds were great. It was a very good environment. My biggest complaint is because I did it on Expedia, I didn’t know about the $75 cat feet that is atrocious. I won’t stay there again or at any of the Hilton hotels.
Kenneth
Rooms and public areas were spotless! Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Breakfast variety and quality were outstanding, especially the pancakes! Laundry facility was an added plus.
pasquale
Ok
Craig
Room was clean and everything was in place. No damage and nothing was missing.
Leslie
Pancake maker out of order but everything else was great!
Deleisa
The hotel and hotel staff were amazing. Special recognition to Dallas at the front desk. He was awesome to speak with.
Lisa
Amazing location, we always stay at Tru, Room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Plenty of parking. We will definitely return in the future.
Amanda
Breakfast was not good at all. The omelettes looked like they were cooked the night before and then warmed up, the cheese in them was hard. The “sausage” was polish sausage, not breakfast sausage.
FAYE
All of the above. Everything was excellent. Thank you!
Angela
Very clean and nice staff.
Diane
Room and staff were great. Beware if you book through Expedia as there is an additional fee charged at the hotel at check in. Thought I was getting a deal through Expedia, not so!
Ken
Friendly staff and good location.
Jason
Everything was great.
Margaret
Clean room, nice people.
Anne
All was great
David
Great properties with fantastic staff.
Michael
Very clean
Kathryn
Pros: Very clean; Reasonably priced; Very wheelchair accessible; Lovely outdoor patio; Good mattress. Con: The containers used for shampoo, etc. require a strong squeeze to get anything out. For seniors or someone with a disability and not much grip strength, it would be challenging to get anything out.
Ellen
Everyone was friendly and helpul. Rooms nice, very contemporary so not as much storage. just fyi. I did like these rooms.
william
Bed was very comfortable, shower was nice, and body wash was better than most places I have stayed.
Stephanie
We had no hot water to take a shower. When mentioned it to the front desk, he said it was probably due to everyone taking showers for the concert. Didn’t offer to switch us rooms.
suzanne
Dallas was awesome and very informative and friendly. The breakfast wea great. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly.
Deborah
Very nice staff
Colleen
Clean, and convenient
MICHAEL
The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was great as well. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!
Kelly
I’ll definitely return
Dallas was great. Friendly, helpful and thoughtful. He had me check out the room first as he was concerned about a previously reported irritating noise. He also let me know I have two rewards accounts and recommended I call Hilton. However, The two EV stations were occupied all night long by the same two cars. Would have been nice to charge onsite.
Lauren
I don’t know when this hotel was built but it felt very new! It was very convenient for my travels around Lexington. The staff was SO friendly and kind. It was very clean. I can’t say ONE bad thing.
Timothy
Pleasantly surprised to find tesla destination charger.
David
Clean, lots to do and clean! Love it
Joy
This is a fairly new hotel. The service, cleanliness, location and breakfast were all fantastic. We will stay again
Nancy
Very nice and new.
Leah
Everything was great
Dennis
No closet, no dresser, no place to put clothes, no safe. Goo for getting off I-75 to sleep and getting right back on the road. Ads say walking distance to restaurants which is not true.
Ken
Good overall property for all things, quite, dining, parking. We were just passing thru the area.
James
It was national tournament archery
Mary
Close to I75
Wonderful new hotel near I75. Super clean with nice morning breakfast. Dallas at the front desk was very friendly and made our stay perfect.
William
It was quite and the staff was very friendly
majken
An EXCELLENT hotel. Check in process was very pleasant and the hotel is very nice and clean!! 5stars in my opinion couldn’t have ask for better. The beds were COMFORTABLE after a long day of traveling!!
Stacey
The property is clean, in a nice location, felt safe and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast and coffee bar was even surprisingly good. However it's not well sound insulated - I was on the 4th floor and could still hear all the traffic, you can hear everything happening in the halls, even the air unit was unusually loud. If you're a heavy sleeper it might not be an issue for you, but if you're a light sleeper like me it might not be the best option. Otherwise the property was very nice.

first stay at a Tru and it woun't be our last. I love the eco-friendliness of this hotel... 24/7 coffee in the lobby, instead of those horrible little room coffee makers that put more into the landfill than into your tastebuds. Bulk shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms instead of those little individual packages.
Great gym, they had a Trigger Point foam roller that I used for the first time and was so happy witht the results I boughtg one for home.
The complementary breakfast was very good, but the trendy pancake maker created a huge line thought the middle of the staging area.
The bed was comfortable and the room was more than satisfactory.
THE BAD; TESLA ONLY CHARGERS... the type of car charger needs to be specified, as I needed to make other charging plans on the fly, HUGE INCONVIENCE!
Love it!!! we'll put Tru on the top of our list

The staff and stay were excellent despite some hiccups. The TV didn't seem to go past HDMI 1 and we couldn't get the cable to work. Didn't bother us we had a laptop. The toilet leaked pretty bad and the AC was finicky leaving the room very hot. Around 72. For some that's perfect for me blistering. We weren't in the room a lot as we returned late from the event we were attending and we went and shot some pool down stairs for a few hours so it wasn't until around midnight before we really noticed the room temp. Staff did offer to switch rooms but we declined as it was already so late in the evening. This was our choice and the staff is excellent. Breakfast was good loved the pool table and downstairs amenities and breakfast was very good. Will stay here again hope they work out the kinks.

This was a beautiful, new hotel, which thought of everything in the design. Great lobby with breakfast options in the morning. There is a workspace as well as an area for kids or adults to congregate. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.

Hilton by name, not by nature.
Tru is a fairly basic hotel, lovely and clean, but no tea/coffee or microwave in the room, though it was available in the lobby. Had a fantastic and friendly check in by Dallas.
Suzanne
