This is an okay place to stay. I travel a lot in business and have noticed many other Hilton properties with better amenities (bathrooms upgrades etc). but this one is okay. Safe, close to food and the interstate. Very loud in the rooms, people walking upstairs, tv’s next door etc. Not something the hotel can really control but something you definitely notice.
Melissa
The general manager was amazing fixing my mix up on dates through Expedia.
If you like to workout while traveling this is not your place. Only 1 of 2 treadmills worked, no weights and exteremly hot workout room.

I can't give it a good review because we were moved to another hotel due to supposed plumbing issues, however I wonder if they were overbooked as we were In town for a large event. While I was placed in a different hotel for no additional cost, I felt that the accommodations were inferior to what I had originally booked. I was a bit annoyed as im a very picky traveler and had accordingly made this reservation 6 months prior to the event. I am thankful however that I had a safe place to stay. I have been choosing Hilton family accomodations more often recently, however if such disruptions continue, I may pivot to a more reliable brand.
Herb
Great location, plenty of nearby restaurants
Mary Ellen

Lois
Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was not complimentary. We were located perfectly however.

Had a family emergency.
This all meant that our plans had to change. I stayed one of the two nights we had booked. I am greatly disappointed how incredibly insensitive both
hotels. Com and Hilton have been.
I was not asking for a refund, but a credit to use for another time.
You both should be ashamed of yourself.
I will NEVER use your services again and I will NEVER stop talking about this company negatively.

Excellent, thank you
Gwendolyn
Overpriced for what it had to offer. Breakfast was $15 but with the price tag on the one night stay i believe it should have been included. I got under the covers ans with in 30 mins my forearms had small red bites on them. We checked both beds but didnt see anything. Bed was really comfy! When we got up mybhusband had similar bits in his thighs. Not sure what that was but they werent pleasant!
Aislinn
Incredibly friendly staff!
Heidi
Person at check in was very friendly and accommodating. The room was exactly what I was expecting and it was close to a lot of restaurants

Wonderful place but disappointed that the restaurant had close because we arrive so late. Breakfast was great! As always have many of the garden in the bathtub area could be improved.
Rachel
Hotel was nice and clean. An average sized indoor hotel pool for the kids to swim. Just note that “breakfast available” is not breakfast included, my fault when booking, didn’t pay attention. Breakfast was available for $13.99.

We didn't use the bar. We went earlier to a restaurant next door because the bar hadn't opened yet.

They couldn't give me a copy of my receipt that I wanted for reimbursement. My second night although we did have a snowstorm they had no food out for breakfast not even a bagel. They did not even attempt to shovel the sidewalks and I turned both ankles. They did not offer me a refund on the breakfast meal I missed. The mattress was uncomfortable. It was right next to i-75 and all of her was traffic all night. The second night someone had their boombox blaring in their car outside our hotel. It was horrible. I didn't say the first night I had a wonderful breakfast omelet amazing chef and server.
Tammy

Made a booking in the morning for my nephew’s soccer game. It was non refundable. I found out a few hours later the game was cancelled. I called the hotel directly and was told it was fine, and they’d refund the room. Turns out they later refused to do so. I understand the booking was non refundable, but I cancelled within mere hours of making the booking. Had I booked with the hotel directly, it would have been refunded so I’m not sure why they are drawing a line because it was booked through hotels.com. Annoying situation. No flexibility from this hotel. I didn’t use the reservation, but they kept my $150.

Will never stay in this or another Hilton,,, check out is 12;00 -1p.m... the cleaning staff WILL be clacking their key on your door and every other at 10:01 and continue until you are OUT. If the key banging doesn't work, they have a chemical spray ready for your door floor and it WILL cause you to leave... The front desk claims they have no autority over the cleaning schedule or other.... Never AGAIN... $400.00 for 1 night and late check in 2am till 10:01... never again.

We ordered food from the restaurant right at closing and after 40 minutes, the Flatbread was severely uncooked. So bad could only eat less than a third of the Flatbread. Expensive and 👎.

Marianne

Diane
clean and comfortable
One of my main concerns when I stay anywhere is cleanliness. This met my expectations. also, the front desk lady was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. I do not usually have the breakfast anywhere but this was probably the best breakfast included with my stay.
I would absolutely stay here again when I come through this way.
The only thing that concerned me was that the side door that was to be opened with your room key was not locked.

Family stay
Staff was excellent always wanting to assist. Hotel seemed like older hotel remodeled nicely but small and you can hear everything down the hallway. Price was horrible when compared to other hotels on trip 300$ night, should have been around 160 max.
Robert
Disappointed, not pet friendly
No mention of a steep fee for our pet when we made the reservation. If we had known, we could have boarded the pet much cheaper. Very disappointed.
Lindsey
Amazing
Perfect be tons perfect and super nice
Clint
There was nothing to like about this hotel except the fact that I didn't see any bugs. Worst nights sleep of my life
Jacquelyn

A good hotel for a roadside stop. Nice breakfast. Hilton Garden brand is very reliable. Pet friendly, but pet fee was $75, which is A LOT. Room rate was also more than we like to pay. Accordingly, based on cost-for-value, we rated it 4 stars instead of 5.
Donna
I most always stay at this property when in Lexington. Easy off I-75 good shopping and convenient,
