Great quick stay

Overnight stay. Room was clean. Shower is back up with slow drainage. Called and front desk stated maintenance wasn't on premises she would get the supplies and try to help. Half n hr later went down and was told the same think. No one showed up
Fernando
The Air conditioning was so loud that i couldn’t sleep
Steven
Only stayed a night for work. Friendly staff and clean room.
Snallest bar ever. Haha.
Pool slightly larger than the normal bathtub size ones hotels seem to have nowadays.
Would stay there again.

Window in one of the rooms wasn't properly functional, pool was closed ( I had called a couple the aye before stay to verify pool was open was only reason.o stayed here).
Kimberly
Everything was super clean smelled great! The breakfast was really good! Only issue was the pool is out of order which wasn’t a big deal for us but if someone was traveling with kids that could be a big deal!
Antonio
The first thing I noticed was the ample parking. Next, I was greeted by staff and noticed how clean the facility was. My room was in great condition and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was the shower/tub. I had my two little girls with me, they still take baths. When I went to run their baths, the spout was loose and the shower was leaking as I attempted to run their bath. Other than that I enjoyed the facility, staff, and pool area as well
Lesley
We only stayed one night as we were apartment hunting for UK. But we were welcomed kindly and quickly. Our room was nice and clean. I think someone had stolen the TV gizmo so we couldn’t stream our apps and had to watch their cable. But we didn’t need it really anyways. It was very quiet and it is nice they enforce quiet hours so people can sleep and enjoy their stay. Probably my favorite pet. Breakfast was okay…no pancakes just waffles that you put in the toaster. So I feel like breakfast could be better for the price. It’s a safe location with lots of lighting in the parking area and yet close enough to pretty much anything you’d want. All in all a great stay with friendly staff, clean hotel, quiet, and I would definitely stay here again when I visit Lexington.
Elizabeth
The staff we interacted with waste mostly friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is clearly understaffed. The woman who checked us in was overwhelmed and we saw her there at all times of the day for our entire stay. Pool never had towels and when we asked for some we were walked to the housekeeping laundry room where they had to search for a while to scrounge up 3 towels. The breakfast was subpar and they kept running out of plates and bowls. But our room was clean and met our needs.
Roy
Room was clean and very spacious. Ms. Bernadette was awesome and very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.
Marty
Overall a great experience. Would stay there again.

We stayed here during Railbird and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was extremely clean, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable after a long day at the festival. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
One of the biggest perks was the free on-site parking, which made everything much easier. The hotel also offers a continental breakfast. I didn’t personally try it, but my husband did and said it was very good.
The location was convenient as well. it’s about a 15 to 20-minute drive to the Red Mile, depending on traffic but right near everything else Lexington so it was super easy to get around. Overall, we were very impressed and would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Hotel is showing a lot of wear and tear. Hallways have a musty smell. Nice hotel but it is time to refresh.

We love staying here!
Kimberly
We got in really late and we were exhausted. We got checked in within just a couple minutes and our room was perfect. We both (my son and me) slept peacefully without hearing a sound from any other room. Being able to sleep until almost noon staying here was a HUGE perk too. We also both enjoyed the shower. Overall, this is my favorite hotel in Lexington.

Steven
The place was very clean and comfortable. It also, had a good breakfast.
Alex
Front desk was really nice and very nice rooms!
Connie
Carpets need to be replaced. Couch was so shabby it was gross. People and good were okay except first person we encountered, she tried to make us pay $50 for an early check in, which we had put on the booking. We left and came back an hour later with different employees at the front desk with nice results
Patricia
This is an excellent hotel! My only complaint is there was no microwave in the room.
Elmer
The room was clean, but there were stains on the couch and on the bed covers which made the room look unclean. The bed was comfortable, however being adjacent to the interstate you could here when traffic got noisy. Especially when someone was out at 2:30am on a motorcycle with no muffler on the exhaust. I would stay here again, but I would ask to be on the opposite side of the building.

Great Service

Not clean at all
John
The only drawback here is that this hotel backs to the interstate and we heard trucks a8rbraking all night long. If you book here make sure you get a room on the front of the hotel. Our favorite restaurant in Lexington, Malone's is a short walk from this hotel, and its located perfectly for us interstate drivers
Andrea
The property needs updating. The pictures are not what it looks like
Thomas
Dirty rooms & the bathtub needs replaced
Dawn
Very laid back vibe. Clean, friendly staff, close to many restaurants and shopping.
Jan
There is nothing good to say about the experience
Rania
Not clean, not good breakfast, parking was good
Thelma
Very average

TV did not work in first room. Moved to a room which we were told was the only available space on the first floor. It smelled like a boys junior high school locker room. I’m guessing a guest with a pet or some flooding issue. Luckily I was armed with a travel Lysol spray that helped until we became nose blind to the damp musty aroma we encountered on walking in. The carpet even seemed damp. The A/C was pretty bad too. We’ve been staying at this location for many years when passing through Lexington. There are several options at this interchange which we will be trying in the future. Management did change our room however (should have settled for a bad TV).
Also when I mentioned our disappointment upon check out we were told that new owners were going to totally remodel the hotel.
Too late.

Disappointed because room had stained carpet
The drapes were torn, vanity mirror to high, maid could not speak English so failed to clean the room as requested. Breakfast selection poor with cold scrambled eggs. Not near enough seating when hotel is full or enough handicap parking.

I’ve stayed in many hotels in the Lexington area over the last 25 years and this hotel was one of the best. Our room had two very comfortable queen beds with a separate sitting area with an L shaped couch. Despite being across from the elevator, I did not hear it and slept well. Very clean room with clean towels. I love that the vanity was outside the shower/toilet so that one person can be getting ready while another showered. The closet was large enough to hang clothes, as I prefer to do. Breakfast food was acceptable. Only wish is that the refrigerator had the little freezer top for my ice packs that I use daily when visiting Lexington.
Yvette
Neither the TV nor the phone worked in my room. A staff member came up and unplugged both and then plugged them back in hoping that would work (it didn't) but stated that they had no maintenance staff in the evenings and could not fix either during my one night stay.
JOSEPH
All good
steve
I thought the hotel was just ok. My wife had a hard time sleeping do to the proximity of the highway. What was referred to as the bar was embarrassing and the breakfast buffet has fruit that looked several days past its prime.
David
I called customer service because the lady at the front desk was so amazing and welcoming.
Elizabeth
Not worth the money paid
Lisa
Very friendly staff. Wonderful rooms. Great area.
Ann
Everything was very nice.

Booked through Expedia instead of hotel website because it was cheaper. Rooms were available in both the website and Expedia when booking. Arrived to the hotel at 10:45pm to check in and was told they were sold out and didn’t have my room anymore. The hotel
Claimed they told Expedia and that they had been sold out for weeks. This is not true as I could have booked directly through their website too. The hoops I have had to jump through to get my refund has been ridiculous.

Great service, wonderful staff, great area, and nice size room. Needs new furniture, mini renovation on pool area, and upgrade on bathrooms. Needs more breakfast choices. Overall great place to stay.
harry
Breakfast buffet was sparse. Hotel was dirty and outdated. I was lucky enough to have a room on the side that is against the highway. I'm pretty sure the traffic noise would have been less with the windows open,it was incredibly loud. A lot of the guestsbthis weekend didn't understand the quiet hours concept. Kids running up and down the hallways banging on doors.
Upon arrival got to my room no water. Was later explained there was a leak and would be about 30 minutes. Would have been nice if the front desk would have mentioned that while we were checking in.
Every time we took a shower the half door thing on the shower directed the water right onto the step of the shower which then promptly poured onto the bathroom floor creating a large puddle.
It's my bad for chhoosing this motel. Every motel in town was charging double and triple their normal rates due to the whole Keeneland thing and it's prices seemed reasonable enough. Decent reviews. Live and learn

Kelli
We had issues with check-in. We checked in at 9 pm and then was subsequently charged a late check-in. Around 11:30 pm we had another guest walk into our room. The next day upon returning to my room, our room keys had been deactivated. Didn’t find out until we were at our room around 10:30 pm. We returned to the desk and got them fixed. We were told that they had us in another. The next morning is when I got charged the late fee. It was all taken care of at checkout but it was a very frustrating weekend.

Our stay was really great. We appreciated the extra space in the room with the couch, countertop, and fridge. The room was clean.
Breakfast was delicious. Loved the fresh fruit and oatmeal/bar on Sunday morning. The breakfast staff was excellent and friendly, especially Bridget.
Check-in was seamless and the lady at the desk was very friendly.

The lady serving breakfast was the rudest person I’ve ever met before in my life. We will never come back
Kyle
Checked in late. Check in was fine. Sink in room was dirty. Found a makeup pen in the couch. Asked about moving rooms and nothing else was available. Only two people on staff so no one would be able to clean the sink for a couple of hours. Other people were in line also concerned about the level of cleanliness of their room.
Susan
Clean room, good breakfast, staff friendly- didn’t use gym- just stayed one night - definitely will go back when travelling
Kimberly
The room was clean, the staff were amazingly friendly for our entire stay, and my boys loved the pool. We will definitely be back!

Wrong room assigned with one bed instead of two. Gross carpet. Room phone did not work. No USB charging ports to charge devices. Outdated room. Updated lobby. Misleading.
Heather
Room was, friendly staff nice heated pool
Deena
Staff was courteous and helpful
Amy
The parking lot was not plowed. The hotel looked worth the money on the exterior but upon entering our room, it felt outdated and randomly put together. It did not reflect the pictures we saw online. As we were leaving, housekeeping was working in one room and we glanced in and that room seemed more up to date than ours. Maybe it was just the luck of the draw but I’m not sure
Cindy
Rooms & hotel is clean. The staff displayed outstanding hospitality especially during the winter storm. The care & concern they took to make sure guests are taken care of was outstanding! Leah Smallwood , GM outstanding customer service by her & her staff ! Ty.

Bathroom was pretty rough. Rust in tub plus black moldy corners.
They did move us to a slightly better room. But only after we got Expedia involved.
In addition we had to wait 15 minutes a the desk to check in (7pm). The poor lady working there was the only one tending to the bar, kitchen, check in. Maybe some staff issues.
We will avoid this Hyatt in the future

Such a lovely front desk! Leigh was so friendly and helpful. We travel often and this was the best!
Cristina
Clean, great breakfast..above average! Normally breakfast at hotels is nothing great but this was very well done. Pool area was the weakest part. The water was moderately heated but the pool room was freezing and not as well kept as the rest of the hotel. Just overall looked like it needed some updating and attention. Overall a great stay!
Doug
Very good experience for the price.
Lawrence

Dorota

Rundown to the max
Beatriz
It used to be a good property though it is so run down it is quite bad at this time. Large holes on carpet, large holes on sofa, cracked sink and breakfast fruit past its prime.
Joycelyn
Water only got Luke warm, the shower door doesn’t close all the way. No microwave in the room
claudia
First of all they took a $25 per night security fee which you don’t get back for 2 weeks !! Irregardless the room was not clean at all. I found a rubber band for a kids braces on the rug, and the carpet had old dog stains including a spot where it looked like a dog defecated and was never washed properly. The bathtub for the shower was clogged and filled about 6 inches and the drain was rusted. Maintenance fixed this by day 3 of my stay. If the tub was properly cleaned the housekeeping staff should have known it didn’t drain. The towel racks in the bathroom were dirty and rusty and the bathroom door had a white substance spackled all over it and hadn’t been washed in a long while. I also left $ 20 dollars on the counter near the TV and although I had 1 more day in the room, the room was cleaned and the money was gone. The housekeeper took it without knowing if it was for them. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. Hyatt has certainly gone down hill.

All was good !!

Menu was fresh, coffee was good.

Neither my wife, nor my brother-in-law (who was in a different room on the same floor) could get hot water for a shower Saturday night. Otherwise this is a perfectly fine place at this price point.
Heaven
The room was spacious and nice. Just a few wear and tears. The wall had spots and seems like a little mold. The bathroom had hair in it. The bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Our room was okay. There was a sulfur smell for awhile but we managed to get it to go away. Had some trouble adjusting the heat. I’ve always enjoyed breakfast there but today I felt it was lackluster. The toast and oatmeal were fine.
