The staff was super welcoming, always helpful, and all around pleasant. The rooms were clean, hotel itself very clean. Loved all the little details, infused water everyday, different candies at the check in desk. Would stay again 100%
John
Great place
Joseph Simmons,
We stayed here for a week while attending our 60th class reunion, and it was a wonderful experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, greeting our group each time we left and returned. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The Starbucks counter was a nice perk, I enjoyed treating myself to a caramel macchiato. I also appreciated having access to the laundry room, especially since complimentary laundry supplies were provided.
The location was perfect, with restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and other conveniences all nearby. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return.

All good. A little noisy from highway traffic.
James
No breakfast 😔
Tracy
Facility was nice, bed and pillows were completely uncomfortable.
Staff was nice and helpful. It was a last minute hotel stay for the night so we were expecting much. But if you are looking for a comfortable bed or somewhat decent pillows, not the place.

Eric
Hôtel à bit dated but room was very clean, as was the bathroom and shower. Staff were really nice. The Cobb salad at the bistro was freshly prepared and the green goddess dressing was nice. Best Cobb I’ve had.
Lucinda
It was a nice comfortable room with many perks. Just wondered why there was no clock in the room.
Patricia
Parking area was safe. I didn’t use work areas.
Stephanie
Safe parking and close. Only downfall to hotel is refrigerator only in 2 hour period of time, must press button every 2 hours to keep on.
Jane
Great and clean. Accommodating
Tracey
Very nice lobby and very nice staff
Jonathan
We’ve stayed at this property several times. It’s a great place to stay right off of I-75. You can park, check-in and walk to find a decent restaurant.
Debra
Love the location and have stayed several times.
Great location, comfortable beds. Small sink area and the AC unit on the wall rattled every time the air came on. We were tired and it was a minor issue but could be disturbing to some. As a women I didn’t have much space for my cosmetics etc at the sink area to work with.
Wes
One of the best thing about the property is location. Everything you can ever need is either walking or just a few minutes away by car.
Tim
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Julie
Very clean, friendly and helpful staff! Nice amenities easy access to interstate
Lorena
Clean and friendly front desk staff.
Justin
It was clean and functional. Pretty basic, but I’d 100% stay again. Staff was very friendly and professional.
James
The shower was very slippery and had the very minimal hold bars to support you.
Kathy
This property was perfect, from the staff to checkin. The entire facility was clean, comfortable bedding, and quick/easy checkin. There were plenty of restaurants in the area.

We stayed for a weekend, it was super convenient and a great location! Online states check in time ends at midnight, we were running late and I called hotel and they were super friendly and nice and stated that it was no problem at all and they’d make a note! Would stay here again!
Donald
Conveniently located
Anne
Would have liked someone to assist with luggage to and from room to car!
Katherine
The staff was extremely nice and helpful despite the whole Microsoft snafu they were going through. I appreciated their cheerful attitudes and the overall cleanliness of the whole place.
Wendye
We stayed here six years ago, when we moved to Lexington. Since our son came to stay, we recommended this hotel. Everything was fine, but I was really surprised when he said the continental breakfast was no longer included with the room. Your rates have gone up, so I'm sure your expenses are covered. Just a little disappointing.
Mario
Great restaurants across the street that you can walk to just watch all the traffic.
Robert
Great Property and Convenient to everything
Amy
Clean facility. Friendly staff. Liked having sink in room outside of shower room. Disappointed in no complimentary breakfast.
Paul
Very clean with great service and food and drink options.

The Place to Stay.
It’s always a travel on stop for us twice yearly but we love the location, the staff is ALWAYS welcoming and it’s clean and comfy. Recommend for sure. As a bonus, great shopping and restaurants are minutes away.
Dionne
room was just ok, veneer was coming off of the furniture and there was a weird smell near bathroom
Debra
Staff very friendly and great location to anything you’d need !

Weekend getaway
Great weekend stay.
Barbara
Great location, friendly check in staff. Disappointed that the bar was not open in the evening.
Also had a annoying cleaning staff that kept pounding on our door at 9am, check out was at noon.

Spent one night on the road home. Property was clean and room was updated. Front of the building was in the process of getting a facelift, but the work was quiet (painting) and presented no inconveniences. Did not use the dining facility or bar. Fitness center had equipment all in working order.
Julia
Friendly staff, nice area .
Trey
In and out - friendly staff
Michael
Clean and safe area.
Hotel is very clean and nice. Location is safe. Its a busy area, need car or uber. Nice reataurants nearby but pricey ones, know before you go. The hotel bar I would like to see be better, drinks not very good, usually missing some ingredients. But Ive stayed here a few times, that doesn't deter me from it. Everything else is nicely kept up.
Leslie
I had a great stay at this location! The room was very roomy, the water pressure in the shower was outstanding. Very clean. Great restaurants around the property making it so easy to just walk to dinner.
John J.
Excellent cozy place
Breakfast was great. It seems a home-made one with a starbucks coffee in the morning. Nice for a family rest.
Robert
Amazing front desk staff
We stayed with friends for a concert and had an amazing experience at this hotel. Trey at the front desk was very professional and friendly - he went out of his way to accommodate the four of us to ensure we had a great evening. He is definitely an asset to your hotel! We will definitely stay again.
Ken
Good location
Edith
Amazing staff
All the staff was amazing and super friendly. Will definitely stay again
Jeanie
The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful, but unfortunately we had to change rooms twice. I booked 2 rooms. When we checked in, one of them hadn’t been cleaned so we had to change that room. The second room ended up not having working cable tv or the room phone so we had to change that one as well. Like I said, the woman working at the front desk was very attentive and helpful and moved us to different rooms right away, but it was a little inconvenient and not a great feeling to have two problems immediately upon checking in.
Karen
Great place to stay!
Very good stay. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Very clean and quiet. close to shops and dining. Would definitely stay again.
Greg
Some construction going on but it didn’t bother us. Everything was excellent.

Not good.
Tv went dead during the football game. They couldn’t fix it. No free coffee downstairs. Overall very disappointing.

This property was conveniently located near restaurants, the freeway, and gas stations.

Pleasant & Comfortable Stay
Very pleasant and comfortable stay , especially liked the on-site restaurant for breakfast

BREAKFA$T
The hotel was good overall. Having to pay for breakfast considering the cost of the room is a shame. And the prices for breakfast weren't cheap. Parking can be an issue. If I didn't have a handicap placard, not sure where I would have parked.

Loud
Staff was very friendly. However, the remodel is sloppy and room didn’t feel clean. The noise was the worst part of our stay. Neighbors were very loud and could every word they said in their room. We could also hear everything in the hallway and upstairs. We had a ground floor patio and could hear the guests next door sitting on our patio one night. I did not sleep at all. Would never stay again.

Wasn’t that clean had to get a room change. Fan in bathroom runs all the time and is loud.

Clean and comfortable. Very good value.

The check in staff are generally nice. But the issue was the cleaning. As whenever we requested it, they either dont fill disposable cups, dont wash the glasses, or ignore stains on the sink. The facility itself looks new but several areas and not finished well. For example, the turning nub does not fit well on the wall creating a gap. It is just poor finishing. It seems the contracting company with marriot is sloppy from the building through the service.

Most expensive of hotels in immediate area. No pool, breakfast costs extra, toilet paper in room was very cheap and felt like sandpaper, pillows were flat and lumpy.

ADA Room Issues
Beautiful room, lots convenient of USB ports and electrical outlets
BUT:
Not a true ADA room
Shower did not have a drop down seat or sufficient safety grab bars
Shower/toilet room did not have sufficient safety grab bars
Light switches at bed not at hand level
Difficult to maneuver a chair at entrance to room

This review has nothing to do with staff or cleanliness. Those two were great.
But be fair warned, there is no restaurant/Bar. See attached picture. There are many nice places to eat near there, many within walking distance. But I was looking for a place where I could get room service. Didn't happen here. Also walls are paper thin, be aware that almost everyone around you can hear you conversations. Or anything else going on in your room.

Staff could be better
I arrived at 8:30 pm and no one was working the desk. The office door was open and I stood around for 5-10 minutes before I decided to call the local number. I heard the office phone ring, but no one answered.
Finally a discourteous young woman cam from another area to check me in with no apologies.

Great Night Stay
Ladies both at check in and at the bistro were very friendly and accomodating. Much needed after 11.5 hrs on the road..
Tammy
Very clean and updated! The staff was extremely friendly! The bar area has new bench seats installed with mini TV’s so you had privacy for your party. Excellent hotel and we will stay here again!

This property was under construction so the lobby area was not convenient for use. Also, our room was extremely dated.

Wait til the renovations are over
Eric
Place was under construction and had no amenities that were normal.

The property is under renovation, so the bistro and lobby were a warzone. That was understandable, but the beds were uncomfortable and the shower had very little water pressure. I'm glad this was only a one night stay while passing through Lexington.

They do not list they are doing a total remodel...couldn’t enter/exit from lobby..no ice machines working, outdoor seating area not available...room had dirty latex gloves laying around and smelled like cat urine...loud jack hammers going in lobby and the cafe was not open...talked to general manager and he is to refund my money. We will see....

Also, someone got into my car overnight.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was a bit tired/worn looking, but it was clean.

This property had been remodeled recently, but it was a poor update. The elevator was filthy. When they did the update they should have refurbished the guest room baths as well. We stayed here thinking it would really be nice. We won't be back.

Stayed in room 133. Checkin was awesome and all staff were awesome .Room convenience was great! and met our needs for the weekend and made it very easy. Tub was difficult to stand in for shower. the bottom isn't flat and nearly fell and twisted my knee. Worst was the musty smell in the hall way. was almost overwhwelming. just needs some upgrades and got a nice little hotel.
Verified traveler
Room was dirty, candy wrappers on the floor. An electric outlet was hanging out of the wall. Staff was great!

I didn't like the leaky ceiling because it woke me up.
