Clean and neat. Located near lots of resturants.

Liked the shades on the window that blocked all the light coming in.

First time at this Avia hotel. It was a bit off the beaten path and somewhat inconvenient to find at first. $50 dog fee, which I al NOT a fan of since in these times, more and more folks travel with their (well-behaved) pets. I took an \"accessible\" room because it offered a larger footprint and a generously sized shower. The room was clean and tidy, but housekeeping did NOT tend to the room daily, even though I paid full fee for every day of the stay. The towels were clean, but worn. Some had actual holes in them. The number of towels provided was minimal. Ok if you conserve and don't need large bath towels. Water pressure in the shower was so low that the pulse feature on the showerhead didn't work. Not enough pressure to make it pulse. That said, the water was hot, which I appreciated. The in-room fridge was nice. TV was generous in size, and the offering of channels was more than adequate. No pool, which many similarly-priced hotels in the area DO have. Parking was good, well-lit. Breakfast was typical, basic fare. Their signature coffee (bean-ground) was a-w-f-u-l. Bitter, tasteless and definitely NOT something I would crow about were I the owners. The eggs were wet, with little turgor to the bite. One nice thing was the turkey sausage patty which was offered one day only (I don't eat pork). Chobani yoghurt was nice. The OJ was also very good.
Finally, staff were very pleasant & helpful. Can't say enough good about them.
Overall, the hotel would be 2-3 stars..

william
Best overnight hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. I will look for this brand every time now.
Robert
Good location and clean
Carol
The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.
Dan
It was just ok. Beds were uncomfortable. They could've placed some paper cups in the bathroom for the money they charge. Next time we'll go somewhere else.
Michelle
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly. The bad was decent. The carpeting and walls were thick and our room stayed pretty quiet. It made for good rest. I liked the hooks on the walls, so none of our stuff had to sit on the ground. Round the clock coffee was a plus.
CAROLYN
The facility was very clean. The staff was polite and friendly. Parking was very assessable.
David
The hotel atmosphere was very relaxing
Kenny
We checked in late, like midnight, and the woman at the front desk was very cheery and helpful getting us right into our room with ZERO waiting. The rooms had clean sheets and the beds felt nice.
The next morning, my family of 6 went downstairs and there was plenty of food options, which were included in the price. I had sausage and eggs, my kids had cereal, and there were fruit and yogurt options as well. We checked out by turning our cards in.
Overall, clean hotel, friendly staff, and the price was good, especially as you consider we didn't have to waste time or money going somewhere for breakfast with a family of 6.

Pretty good short stay. Everything was good, even the price. I stayed an extra day because of the price. The location is in the heart of everything but it’s still quiet. Will stay again!

Everything was perfect

Everything was great. The staff at the front desk, and cleaning staff was very helpful.
The only criticism I have is that the towels could have be in better condition.

Excellent experience, all staff that we encountered were professional and friendly. Clean Rooms, quiet location- while also being conveniently located to everything. Breakfast had plenty of options. It was so nice having the water dispenser and coffee machine available 24/7!

Hotel is new and immaculate. Breakfast was so-so.
Staff provided very little info. Before I got home the next day my credit card had been hit by a scammer. Don’t know if they are connected or not, beware.

Quick stop overnight. A no frills stay. Check in was quick but not much help in explaining what was available in room or surround horel.
Carolyn
Breakfast was late getting pulled together. The woman in charge seemed tired and unapologetic for the delay. Oatmeal ran out and was lukewarm warm. However the coffee is always good. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The hotel was convenient to places we visited while on our trip.
Kelli
Comfy bed, clean room and nice area. Breakfast was decent too.
Leslie
Clean room, breakfast was good but ran out fast due to a large sports team. Parking was great and staff was great
Danny
Didn't eat breakfast
Heather
The hotel is in a good location to restaurants, stores and easy traveling to major highways.
Laura
The room was so small, felt like I was back in college.
CHERYL
Hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast would have been better if they kept items stocked. But when they ran out that was it.
Ken
A really nice place. Great price for a clean and comfortable place to rest. Front desk was a little bit of an issue as the attendant was missing in action when we arrived. After, maybe 10 minutes waiting, he came back.
Alice
We really liked it. The breakfast was just ok, but the rest was too notch.
Sue
We left early and it was so nice to get great coffee to go!
James
Clean, convenient, great value, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable. They offer a limited, but substantial hot and cold breakfast, 24 hour fresh brewed coffee, and tea, along with snacks available for purchase. Always a good stay.

I would never recommend someone to go. The battery of their door died, and I couldn’t go inside the room, I stayed outside for 2 hours, just to wait the maintenance guy to get there. And the stuff on the side was horrible and not professional
Lee
This hotel is always our first choice. Quiet, comfortable, and clean (and im picky).
Always friendly.
The rooms are small, but how much room do u really need?
Neighborhood is great, as well.

Sheets had black marks on them. Front desk attributed to dryer burns. Water leak stain on bathroom ceiling. Tile floor was not swept. Drink stains on nightstand between beds. Would not stay at this brand again,
Amy
Great stay
James
Always a great stay! Enjoyed the new breakfast choices.
Don
Will stay at this place again
Melissa
Our stay was really good, the room was so comfortable & the best shower ever. Everything was nice, clean & the staff were so helpful. A great place
Kristina
Very clean, modern and comfortable rooms. Lovely hotel. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.
Benjamin
The hotel common areas were not clean. All the waste containers were overflowing and there were used paper towels all over the floor in the mens room. This hotel does not deserve the rating I counted on when I booked this room. The room was fine but not anything beyond a typical three star hotel
John
Room was small but clean. Staff were curious.
Tyree
Clean room
Brenda
Convenient, comfortable and wonderful staff.
Robert
Nice and quiet and the people were great.
Candace
Clean room, easy check-in, good breakfast.
John
Asked for accessible room. We got first floor very last room at the end of the hallway. When we checked out, there were six cars in the parking lot. Room location made no sense.
howard
Bed wasn't too comfortable and sheet had blood stain on it. Stink water pressure very low. Other than that a nice clean room.
Sauter
Staff was very accommodating, quick and easy check in, room was very clean and comfortable.
Brenda
The room was great! I really love the wonderful 24 hour always fresh to make coffee, the single use ice buckets (not the thin plastic bag). And the bright open lobby.
The staff was wonderful.

Great location. Bed comfortable. Breakfast okay for a quick bite.
KARON
Bed was comfortable. Coffee was good. Juices seemed watered down. Bananas were very green.
Hairs in the shower, not very clean. AC either didn't turn on it didn't turn off. Two stays at the same location, first one excellent but second not as great.

End of a cul de sac. Wasn’t sure how safe the area was.
Teresa
The most comfortable beds! Very clean. Very good value for money.
Angela
Enjoyed our stay at Avid. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Joseph
Super clean, Super friendly staff, tons of shops around ..Starbucks 2 min walk away!
Jonhenry
Great place to stay!!
Susan
The hotel is not new, it’s pretty beat up. The towels were pretty thin and the bathroom shows its age. Only ice machine is on the 1st floor.
Janet
New Cute Decor
Clean, comfortable, cute decor, updated, and nice bathroom!
Matthew
Shower from the next room leaked into our bathroom floor and water pressure on the 2nd floor was terrible. Trickle at sink, slow flush weak shower. Staff was nice, clean place, surprisingly quiet given proximity to major shopping area.
Karen
It was clean and very nice. My only recommendation would be to have cups in the room.
Rebecca
Don’t be fooled by the disguise.
The building is nice and new but the workers are not working. Front desk has minimal service, lobby garbage overflowing, no breakfast available, no towels in our bathroom.
Amber Tiana
Great staff and comfortable room
Makayla
I didn’t get the room I had originally paid for and the room I did get had some dirty spots. However price wise it could’ve been worse I guess
Suzannah
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had great lighting!
