The hotel itself and staff were amazing. The amenities were great. The only issue, which is the same in about 98% of the hotels I stay in, the floors could use a shampooing. Great experience overall.

Parking was close, staff were friendly, property was clean, and my doggo was welcomed!

Only downfalls were the dirty towels, had some questionable stains on them and I am glad I brought my own, and the A/C cut out in the early morning hours. I woke up to a moist floor at 4 am trying to turn the A/C back on, also the dog fees are pretty high for a less than 12 hour stay.

Would recommend, but probably wouldn’t stay again, especially traveling with my dog.

The staff was excellent. They were as good as the staff at a high end resort. However, when you looked at the towels (especially the pool towels) you were reminded you were at a cheaper hotel. LOL But the people were great, I even met some very nice fellow travelers. The breakfast was a nice treat and it was very clean in the kitchen.

It was terrible. The beds are worn out the towels smelled musky it wasn’t very clean. Could not get front desk to answer. Charging ports did not work. Clock did not work. Coffee in lobby was so cold that it would not absorb my creamer. I will definitely not be staying there again.

It seemed older and not what we exspect from Hampton Inn, even the pillows didn't seem like we have always had at other locations. Breakfast wasn't much either and no coffee in the lobby that most have 24/7. Will not stay here again, but maybe this is why it was cheaper than other Hampton's in the area. It will make us look more closely as when we came back in 3 days we stay at different chain and was very happy.

Didn’t use the free breakfast so we can’t comment on that but the staff was helpful and friendly. The air conditioning unit was noisy and beyond our control a thunderstorm was going on through the night and people’s dogs were going crazy. These things DIDNT contribute to a good nights sleep. The bed was comfortable and clean though.

Very loud neighbors and adjoins doors allow sounds to flow easily between rooms, we literally could hear everything this couple next door was doing at midnight.
Poor pillows and lighting fixtures were not warm color which makes it uncomfortable to spend any time in there.
Also no exhaust fan in the bathroom, who has that feature in this age.

I'll start by saying that the breakfast was very good! Jams, jellies, waffles, omlets, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal and cereal. Who could ask for more?! However, the hotel looked old and not updated. The bedding was not their usual wonderful, luxurious quality that we always look forward to at a Hampton Inn. The USB port by the bed didn't work. The shower had a couple of long hairs in it, from the previous guest. There was a bobby pin in the floor by the shower, from a previous guest. The pillows were absolutely inferior. It would take several stacked together to make one decent pillow. The staff were polite and accommodating. The elevator was very dark, not sure if lights were burnt out, or if they meant for it to be that way. Overall, I would not go back to this Hampton. And that's a shame, because those are my favorite chain hotel.

All was good and we came back for a quick stay as we were passing through this holiday trip. My only note is that the toilet is too close to sink vanity. When you sit on the toilet the toilet paper dispensers is right under your left arm, uncomfortably close Room 302. Otherwise, the bed, amenities were a great value. We slept in too late to give feedback on breakfast

We arrived late and just wanted to sleep, so we did not ask for another room. There was mold growing around the shower, and the pillows smelled of smoke. I had to cover them with a towel to cover the smell and be able to get to sleep. Bathroom faucet was difficult to turn on and off because it was sticky. The room was not up to the standard that we are accustomed to at other Hampton Inns.

The room i received was right beside the back door. Needless to say I got no sleep which made for a dangerous 10 hour drive in the morning. Kids screaming running up and down the halls! My room looked luke it was geared for the disabled. Washroom was awful and the room smelled reall dank. The pillows were pankake flat and the sheet were so wirn you could see through them. Im a fan of the Hampton Inn so all this really surprised me. I booked well in advance so no excuses for the awful room I was given.

Location is great - quick shot to campus without being in too congested of an area. Check in/out was easy with friendly staff. The beds and pillows were not the quality that we are used to finding at a Hampton Inn. We were moved from our first room because the bathroom light had burned out... we were hoping the bad beds were a fluke and the new room would be better. Unfortunately, the second set of beds were just as uncomfortable...worn, squeaky, lumpy. Definitely in need of replacing. Otherwise, our stay was fine.
