Loved everything about this hotel
melissa
It was absolutely fabulous!
David
Such a great hotel experience. The staff - from desk host to valet guys - were all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar were both so excellent. The room and bed made us feel like we were staying at home.
Susan
Great stay! The room was clean and had everything needed. All the bars and restaurants were great. The staff is very nice and responsive.
I would not hesitate to stay again.
I would not hesitate to stay again.
Karin
Every staff member was incredibly friendly and the hotel was beautiful! The valet guys rush to open the door for you, the check-in ladies were very friendly and pleasant, the restaurant and waiter were outstanding (get the short rib over creamy grits and brussel sprouts, one of the best meals I’ve ever had!) and the beds were so comfy. ChatGPT told me the hotel was in walking distance of several restaurants but other than the one next door I didn’t find them to be a short walk. Also said that it was a casual vibe but I felt a little underdressed in the lobby bar and restaurant so keep that in mind. There is a cool rooftop bar but it was busy on Sat night so we didn’t get a chance to experience that. Blown away by the classy Lexington “equestrian-style” decor, such a lovely interesting hotel. Highly recommend!!
Katie
Love it here and try to stay here every time I’m in Lexington.
Elaine
Loved the free shuttle! Staff was fabulous. Rooms were a bit dark- no good makeup light and there should be a grab bar in shower.
Jill
I loved the vibe of this hotel, the design is curated, thoughtful, beds are comfortable, but the lack of thought of what a traveler actually needs is astounding! There was no luggage rack, so suitcases on limited floor space. The bathroom had no shelves, no where to put any toiletries. I like to be tidy when I travel and this place had me feeling like a hot mess.
Liz
The Manchester Hotel was great! The bar was a wonderful spot to gather. The restaurant on site was not that good, sent back food.
Michelle
Fabulous stay and great service. Had fun at the rooftop bar and a great Sunday brunch. Loved the Le Labo bath products. My dog enjoyed her stay too.
Cindy
Front desk & valet service (Omar) were very friendly, great location, we loved riding the complimentary bikes!
Eric
Rooms were super clean and walk-in shower was awesome!
John
The Valet service was amazing! Each young man was attentive and respectful.
Sarah
We had a great stay here. I would highly recommend it. Nice personalized experience for our anniversary.

Great valet service although I walked to my car instead of valet when I took it out. Either way, the valet staff was extremely helpful and courteous! Shuttle driver Jason was super good guy and deserves a raise. Extremely professional and courteous. Rooms are nice although the air conditioning is poor. Room extremely hot all night. Bar tender in lobby was rude. Hotel is outside of Lexington, no way to walk to downtown from hotel.
Angie
Excellent location and lovely property!

We had a very nice stay at the Manchester! The personal touches in the room added that special element. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We will definitely go back!
Eric
We loved it! Beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. So classy and soooo Kentucky!! Love the restaurant shuttle service.
J. Michael
Amazing hotel. Great service. Rooftop bar scene is best in town and can just take elevator down to room!!!
Jennifer

Michele
amazing place to stay!
Christopher
Beautiful hotel, excellent service from front desk, to bartenders and valet drivers(Jason, Jarvis & Sam). Our room was very clean. The rooms are expensive though which would be the only reason we would not be back.
Daniel
The Manchester was a lovely place to stay. It was very well decorated clean, and the staff was very accommodating.
Xi
Super friendly staff. Our room is clean and comfortable. They are really pet friendly too. We all had a great stay.
Michael
This property is as advertised, a cool historic older B&B that’s got lots of character and is centrally located. The breakfast is solid and the Inn Keeper is a really nice guy who personalizes the experience. Their outdoor patio is very nice.
Tanner
Great valet workers
Alexandra
Staff is wonderful, very beautiful place to stay!
Orlando

Nick
One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in.
Richard

A lexington gem!!!

Restaurant was loud and food was way too salty, especially for a Michelin starred restaurant. Wait staff were slow and inattentive, tha salad plate and bread plates were still on the table thru and after dessert. To be fair, they did comp both of our entrees. Not a great birthday celebration.
georgeanne
Awesome staff
Joshua
The Manchester is a charming curated hotel with a refined but unpretentious aesthetic and vibe. The room was comfortable, considered, and full of character. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive without feeling overly formal. I’d say it has a distinctive southern charm that feels elevated without being contrived.

Had a great overnight stay. Shuttle was great to Distillary area and dining room rooftop was nice. We even played Trivia that night ( ugh we lost). Great nights rest before heading to Nashville. Would stay there again for certain.

As soon as you walk in you can tell you’ve entered excellence. The decor, the staff, the food, the rooms…all top-notch and so unique. It was our first time there and we will definitely be back.
Elizabeth
Clean room. But only one of the outlets worked, so changing our phones was a pain. The room was nice. The staff was very friendly.
Peter
Ok, på alla sätt och vis!
Paul
1.shower floors were smooth tile and slippery - no handrails
2. had to pay $24 a night to park plus room cleaning fees and other fees
DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSTED ROOM RATE
Never again.

This was the second stay here at, The Manchester and it never disappoints. The staff is always wonderful, friendly and so helpful. The room was unique with the quad perfect for me and my friends. Everyone slept so comfortable-best sleep- one said. Lobby bar is where, you can hang out or go to the roof for dinner both have a great atmosphere. We were attending a concert next door at The Manchester Music Hall then Keenland spring meet the next day!

GREGORY
Super clean and modern. Great vibe!
Elizabeth
Breakfast and cocktails in the bar were excellent.
The rooms are well appointed. My issue is that there is no room for your toiletries in the bathroom. We moved a table from the living room into the bathroom. The clean towels they store in the shower on the bench. We had to put them on the floor. There are zero hooks for towels and the nice robes they supply. The bathroom needs to be more functional.

Gorgeous rooms / perfect style /
Savannah
The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere was very high energy, but there was a concert at the music hall next door and majority of the guest were attending. Two bars located within the hotel and a restaurant. The room was very clean, the minibar was packed full with snacks and plenty of alcohol to choose from. The pricing was very fair given the convenience. They also have a bag that you can sit outside your door by 3a for a breakfast option that is only $15. Beyond affordable for upscale experience. Overall great experience and I look forward to staying again!
Chase
Amazing place!
Gary
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The bar near the lobby was exceptional, not only for ambiance, but also for the high end cocktails and service provided. We also enjoyed the roof top bar. We will come back on our next visit.
Jason
We love staying at The Manchester. The desk employees are always welcoming. The valet staff is alway fantastic. We used the shuttle service for the first time this visit and it was great. Definitely the only place that we will stay in Lexington.
Michelle
This is truly a class apart hotel! Everything from Service to people to rooms to quality of linen bedding amenities is top notch! The attitude of service staff front desk is above and beyond. The bar space is one of the best decorated. We wana stay here every time!!!

Destiny
Beautiful room, stay was so kind and the rooftop bar was amazing, they even had heaters for the outside area !
Thomas
Awesome bar. Great drinks. Staff was super friendly across the board. Shout out to Sam, the valet, who offered to shuttle us to our dinner resrvations. Stand up guy. Walls are a little thin. Heard some things I wish I didn't, BUT 5 stars. Highly recommend.
Sara
The hotel was beautiful and the room was fantastic
Justin
Hotel and room was beautiful. Upscale without being snooty. Very clean.
Check in staff were just okay. No water or anything offered. No ice on any floor and had to go down to bar for a glass of ice. Mini fridge is so packed w hotel beverages for purchase there is no room for your own. No iron/board in room. There is a hotel shuttle to downtown events. No one mentioned that but it passed as we were walking to our event.

The Manchester is so very unique and beautifully designed. The staff was over the top appreciative and helpful. Manny was our driver from the hotel and was more than helpful. The Manchester is pet friendly and we’re happy to see our little furry animals. Parking was fabulous and it’s just outside Main Street Lexington so no problem with crazy traffic or parking. only about five minutes from Rupp Arena so perfect location.
Tim
The property, rooms, lobby and patio were excellent and the shuttle service by Manny was a great help in shuttling us to dinner, the concert and back to the room.
Jenny
The hotel itself is very well maintained. The Granddam is a bit overpriced for the food portions and the roof top restaurant turns into a club and plays loud, bass-heavy music until midnight so the higher the floor, the less sleep you will get. The shower is unique, only has a glass door to cover half the opening so it feels cold during your shower and there is no exhaust fan so the bahthroom is very humid with a foggy mirror. It also has tiles walls and with no exhaust fan, so everything that goes on in the bathroom is audible to the guests out in the room. I read that it was described as a \"party\" hotel in another review and I am inclined to agree except that it is a very expensive party. Valet parking is $25 extra and is taxed and only until after arriving did we see that there is a free lot across the street. There is also a variety of extra fees that are tacked onto your bill. It was nice but not worth what we paid for one night.
Kristin
Very nice hotel and comfortable. Also had a shuttle to get us where we needed. Staff was great!
Halee
Staff was great. There was an issue with the hot water for a few hours when we checked in. The staff upgraded our room and gave us a food and beverage credit for the bars/ restaurants on property.
Thomas
It was a very nice weekend. The hotel, the staff, the accommodations, the meals. The drinks were all top-notch.
Heather
Very nice!
Elizabeth
We were upgraded to a corner double queen suite. The staff is always wonderful. Very convenient walk to Manchester Music Hall next door.
Jennie
We booked a deluxe room and there was NOTHING deluxe about it. The commode was not attached to the wall and banged against the wall every time you sat down or stood up. There were black smudge fingerprints on the ceiling. Per the description, we were going to get a couples massage but they no longer offer that. The WiFi was non existent in our room, it worked fine in the lobby but not a chance in our room. We had planned to order dinner in the room one evening, but their version of in room dining is snacks. There was no lunch or dinner menu available for in room dining. This was basically a fancy holiday inn. I expected much better.
Karen
Easy to find. It was raining pretty hard when we showed up so the parking/ballet situation was a bit of a cluster. Once we got in the lot though it was all taken care of.
Janelle
Excellent staff and amenities
Janelle
We have stayed twice and the hotel is amazing. Staff is friendly and attentive. Special shoutout to the valet staff….they are hustlers!!!
Patricia
They need to be a Keurig in each room not tea bag coffee other then that it was great
Melanie
Check in and out was easy, loved the valet and the bar downstairs was great! We will book again!
Christa
