I was only at the hotel for a quick overnight airport connection layover. I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. What I did not realize was that the shuttle starts at 0430 which was not early enough for a 0500 flight. It was an additional cost to call a Uber for a 0400 pick up. The room was comfortable enough.

Everything was fantastic!

Checking in was a disaster. The two at the check in desk appeared to be clueless as to how to book a room. We had a total
Of 3 towels, no Kleenex and the soap pump in the shower was empty. No area rug in bathroom. Shower leaked even though we tucked shower curtain in. Big puddle we had to use towels for. Just crazy.

We traveled to attend a funeral in Martin, KY. Our flight arrive three hours before check-in, the hotel representative was extremely friendly, professional and sympathetic to our reason for travel. She allowed us to check-in early. We are so grateful to her. The hotel's landscape is very inviting, we sat outside admiring the greenery. Several restaurants within walking distance. It was my first time in Kentucky, all in all, I highly recommend staying here.

The staff who drive the airport shuttle and the front desk staff was friendly. I wish they had more options on the restaurant menu for breakfast because I don’t eat pork.
Esther
Would have liked a restaraunt on site.
Abbas Ben

It was a nice hotel. The pool is small if you have kids. Wasn’t a fan of having to pay for breakfast. But overall I would definitely come back.

Not too shabby
Staff, area, hotel overall was fine. Couple of complaints though. Room reeked of cigarettes, carpet was wet about 2-3 ft out from ac, no body wash in container.
It was only one night so wasnt a huge deal. If it wouldve been more nights i wouldve asked for another room. Everything else about the place was fine. I was in room 103

The carpet was wet by the window air conditioning unit. The water drained slow in bathroom sink. Had to open and close the plug repeatedlyto drain. No coffee for early shuttle users. Even shift said early shift should have coffee. $3 parking fee added to bill unexpectedly. I used the shuttle to and from the airport. Front clerk's attitude was bothered, not friendly. Said she'd refund parking fee, but not immediately. Said it was a process.

Charging station with various cables nice touch
It was such a relief to find the charging station near my bed. I forgot to pack the cord for my portable water purifier and was pleasantly surprised to see this convenient charging station. Charging my water bottle and taking my sleep gummies make my stay so enjoyable.
Wendell
No hot water to shower many complaints and no one to solve the problem.
Rosaura
Check out is at noon but housekeeping started knocking at 9am. There should be a system in place so that they know when a guest has checked out.
Mary
This was an excellent hotel. Close to everything. Room was big and comfortable. Late night food and drinks were great and reasonable.! Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
MARJORIE
The air conditioner was so loud that it was hard to sleep. Also could not use the light over the bathtub because the exhaust vent was so loud. Big stain in the middle of the carpet. Chipping paint and ripped wallpaper in the bathroom.

Very nice place, just a few miles from the Redmile Horse track for the Railbird music festival. Clean rooms and friendly staff!

Now I know when I book any hotel will never go by customer rating as good or “very good” I would rather go for “exceptional” or “excellent”. This hotel was wonderful in every aspect. To be more specific, Jasiel at the front was so courteous and supportive every time I requested for any help.
Leonard
Great location.

The stay was good but when we checked in and got the room it hadn’t been cleaned yet. It was quickly turned around and we had a good time.
Stephanie
Nice hotel, will stay again. The only issue was that the air conditioner in the room made a loud squealing noise when on, which was a little irritating as we tried to fall asleep.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the mildew in shower. If I can clean it, they can. Also, the sink was draining very slow. Forgot to mention at desk. Staff was great. Shuttle people were great.
Place just needs an upgrade.

It was a great location for dining and convenient to shopping centers.

Clean easy check in
Gretchen
Ok
The gentleman at the desk at check in barely spoke. Could be friendlier. Light in our bathroom didnt work. They sent someone but he said he couldnt fix it then. So it was dark in there. Room couldve been a little cleaner. Bar/bistro staff was friendly and helpful
Matthew
Convenient location to the Lexington airport.
Laura
Everything was fine.
Patricia
Overall, I would give this hotel 4 stars. However, this hotel could use a deep cleaning in their rooms and probably throughout as far as I am concerned. The couch in room 225 was stained and the bathroom floor didn’t look much like it had been swept or mopped in a day or more, and the refrigerator was a bit dirty.
On a positive note the bed was comfortable and I felt safe during my short stay.
Be aware that there is a $3.00
parking charge.

It was clean. Bed comfortable. Staff was friendly
Brad
Decent
Comfy beds & clean, just no free breakfast
Jeremy
Hidden fees
Main complaint is the hotel charged an additional parking fee and did not see this advertised. It was an open lot, not controlled in any way.
dorothy
More attention to cleaning details. Toilet paper holder not clean. Mildew on shower curtain liner. Dust under TV and under the TV stand. Food crumbs left on pull out table under the desk.
Staff was very accommodating, friendly

Safe and clean. Room was comfortable and the bed was wonderful. When I got there the front desk person was on his phone and did not seem welcoming. Also I was charged three dollars for parking and hadn’t been tracking on that.
Julie
Room was ample, clean and sheets were quality material and cozy!
Craig
Nice place. Located in a Marriott park of hotels.
Eric
Refrigerator didn’t work no microwave in room no accommodations had small kids TV in room no jacuzzi had to pay for breakfast unbelievable I wish I could give this hotel zero stars for 200 dollars a night
michelle
Cleaning was a little subpar. Fingerprint smears, sticky stains on office chair and toothpaste spittle on backsplash in bathroom. However, location was great and staff was decent.
Devona

Bluegrass comfort.
This is a great room at a reasonable price, perfectly located near the airport with restaurants, gas to refill my rental, and super friendly staff. Jump right on the circle road (loop) and you can get anywhere quickly.
Michael
Great staff
Kristine
liked that it was close to airport and dining options. Room and bathroom were very clean. Sofa bed was awful, not comfortable at all. Thought room was a bit pricey for what it was.
Andrew
I really enjoyed my stay.
Janet
Air in room was not working. Told front desk at checkout but did not get any compensation.
Kathleen Doris
The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Even the cleaning lady spent time chatting with us and the property repairman. We were asking questions about the surrounding area.
Allen K
I would have liked to have had dark out drapes. The shears let the glare from the parking lot lights into the room. It was like a set of car head lights in my eyes every time I rolled over in the bed toward the window. Other than that all was excellent.
William
Stayed here for honeymoon flight to Mexico and cheap parking while away. However we spent more money than we would have if we had just parked at the airport. Our return flight was scheduled to land right at 9pm and I didn’t know till we had already left the prior Monday on the shuttle that 8:30 is the last run to airport. Had I known I would have just got a cheaper hotel and parked at airport. 25 dollar cab plus tip and 15 dollar parking fee. I think parking at airport would have been 40 for the 4 nights. I think if flying out of Lexington again if return flight is later than shuttle service I will just stay somewhere cheaper. An 80 dollar hotel plus airport parking will be cheaper than the 185 spent. Would be nice to get a partial refund for hassle of using a cab.

Great area close to keeneland

Nice and quick

This hotel is run down. I switched rooms due to a moldy/musty smell and the room I was transferred to smelt a little better but it was the same. The staff were amazing and it was clean but a very run down hotel.
William
Nice, quiet and comfortable
Jared
Quiet and easy to find
Jennifer
Quick stay
We would stay again, but it needs a little updating especially with carpet/flooring. However, the shuttle service is excellent and pricing reasonable for leaving your car long term. (We were flying out for vacation from Lexington.)
David
Basic hotel needs with shuttle service to the airport.
Samanthe
Staff was very helpful and kind
