Location was perfect for us. We will stay here again.
JASON
Stayed for 3 days with my small dog. The front desk and the housekeeping all made sure to greet both of us and even rewarded her with treasured pets.
Jason
We asked about early check in before the Railbird Festival and the staff gladly let us check in at 12:30. The property was very clean(almost sterile feeling). Parking was a breeze and breakfast was great! There are many food options close. Just around the corner you’ll find a Kroger, Walmart and a mall. I’d recommend this particular Hampton Inn for any trip close to Lexington.
Jacob
Staff was very friendly, very helpful in the situations I had arise even when it wasn't their problem (looking at you DoorDash!). My son and I enjoyed a nice room, a cold outdoor pool to beat the heat, and a clean lounge to enjoy our food. Liked it so much we booked an additional night. A lot of different restaurants nearby or within distance. DoorDash also has some good promos within the area so take advantage of those
Pam
Best place I have ever stayed. Very clean and very friendly. Great complimentary breakfast.
Judith
The breakfast was very good.
Donna
Excellent
Charles D
Fantastic location with lots of options.
Susan
A month ago, I gave this property a less than stellar rating due to a broken toilet seat, uncomfortable bed, noisy air conditioner, uninteresting breakfast, etc. This time, I’m giving an excellent rating because my room had few of these issues and the breakfast had much more interesting, tasty choices. I have only two small complaints: the shower wasn’t particularly clean or well maintained and the TV/drawer console rattles with every step as it did in previous room.
Gilbert
I didn't get clean towels I had to go get them.
Sarah
Very clean and super nice staff.
Justin
Clean facility, amazing staff and a good breakfast!
James
Not as nice as most Hampton Inns I have been too and expensive.
Bill
Very quiet and restful with a stressful trip for a family memorial service. Thank you.
Susan
When I booked the rooms, I noted this Hampton Inn had an excellent rating, so was surprised when my room wasn’t up to par. The toilet seat was disconnected from the toilet, the shower door area was dirty, I could hear loud footsteps from the room above, the air conditioner rumbled loudly ay times, the bed was soft only in the middle while hard on either side and breakfast was nothing special.
Monika
This is just a typical low quality hotel chain. Terrible breakfast, basic rooms. Only booked due to few hotels in the area.
Patricia
Good stay
Laura
Very unfriendly staff and stins on the bed cover
Pak Kwong
Great
Jennifer
Easy parking, well stocked bathroom with plenty of extra towels & washcloths, a good variety of breakfast choices.
Kirby
Room was spacious, staff were helpful, and breakfast was tasty!
Danny
Everything was over the top. Will stay there every time we are in Lexington
Clayton
The room was spotless, staff was very friendly and helpful. Big ice storm, parking lot was in bad shape. Mother Nature took its toll, but inside was warm and cozy!
Vicki
Most of the staff was great, hotel was nice, rooms are efficient, but I shouldn’t be stuck at the hotel because there parking lot wasn’t scraped or salted, had to stay an extra day because I couldn’t get my SUV out of the parking lot
Dave
Very nice all around! Would stay again.

Nice hotel but if you like your room to be cleaned every day, they don’t do it. They do every other day even if you request the daily cleaning.
John
Good breakfast!
Morgan
Room and facilities very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Just be aware-booked and paid through Expedia. But was also charged by the Hampton Inn. Took a few days for Hampton Inn to agree that they had double charged and reverse the second charge.
Tom and Kay
Hotel was clean and modern. Room for dogs outdoors. Close to shopping. Breakfast was the best in any hotel I have stayed, by far!
melissa
Exceedingly clean and fashionable. Continental breakfast was great and fitness room large and open. Equipment well maintained. My room was clean, quiet, and bed comfy.

Mixed feelings
Positives:
Near plenty of shopping and dining options.
Clean. Friendly cleaning staff.
Good tv channels and ability to login to Netflix
Negatives:
Only 2 small bath towels (had to ask for more)
Not much toilet paper supplied (had to ask for more)
A manager came knocking at our door at 11:03 am to make sure we were checking out. Seriously? It felt intrusive and I left feeling annoyed.

Super spacious and clean hotel/room
Second time we stayed here while visit Lexington, and it has become one of our favorite hotels. Check in is fast and rooms are very large, and the hotel/room is always super clean.
Connie
Very clean property and friendly staff.
Linda
Very nice room. Very clean,
Lindsey
4/5 hotel due to staff and maintenance work needed
4/5 because staff took forever checking us in, and made an odd comment about it being a king sized bed (2 of us), then the bathroom had wall paper ripped and tp holder broken. Other than this, great location and nice room.
Natalie
I was traveling solo with my 4 children for a family funeral, I felt safe and comfortable the entire stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly! I was so appreciative of the continental breakfast hours. Will stay again if we’re ever in the area again.
John
Great check in and value. Very clean room with large bathroom.
Susanne
I love the pillows at the Hampton, they’re always so comfortable. Our refrigerator had a Popeyes chicken box that wasn’t ours in it. No big deal! The bottom of the shower curtain looked a little moldy, but so does mine at home ;/. I would have mentioned it at the desk at checkout but no one was at the desk to checkout at 10am so we left without officially checking out and didn’t get to mention the shower curtain. I would definitely stay there again because it’s a nice place.
Chris
Great clean place to stay. Good breakfast options.
Jamie
Room was nice but way overpriced for what was provided.
Larisa
Hotel is nice clean, good breakfast
Juanita
This hotel was everything you ever need for a short stay except an indoor pool. Will keep this one on the radar when I’m back in the area.
Timothy

It appears this is a fairly new facility. Everything looked great, the breakfast was good. Getting my pet situated was important and they made it very easy.

Several items in need of repair. Could not shut black out blind due to malfunction of electrical motor. Shampoo bottle was broken off the wall and the pump was broken. Missing a fixture on the wall and holes were evident.
Jean
Nice hotel in a nice area.
Theodore
Great place, but stink bugs...
This is a great hotel, I drive a Tesla and was pleasantly surprised to see a charger, so that was awesome. However, I was not happy to see not one but three stink bugs in my room. And then when I was getting something out of my trunk at a restaurant after I checked out, I saw another stink bug - which came from my hotel room.
Robin

Top Notch service
I'm a business traveler and have an appreciation for good customer service! They were friendly from the moment I stepped in the door. I had a small issue after going to the room and they fixed it RIGHT AWAY!! Love this place.
Cory
All around a great experience.
Asit
The room was decent. I was offended by the WiFi requirement where IHG demanded from my personal information in order to revive service. Everyone wants my private information. I just gave some info to the front desk. Then I am asked again ina lengthy process more info just for WiFi - that was unacceptable, unethical, and offensive.
Dahlene
I loved how spacious the room and bathroom were. Just around the outside bottom of the shower was a few rusty stains and something red tgat coukdve been paint splatter or nail polish. Other than that the breakfast each morning was amazing. Everyone was extremely courteous, and polite while maintaining their professionalism at all times.

New hotel, but not sparkly clean. Feet got dirty walking in room barefoot. Average furnishings, beds. Paper thin walls - heard talking and tv from adjoining rooms. Staff was kind and accommodating.
