Overall great place to stay.
Jennifer
The hotel was very clean and nice. We would love to stay there again but it’s doubtful we will. We were in town for a weekend that brought in a lot of tourism in Lexington. Because of that, we paid for one night what you typically pay for 3-4. No complaints on that- it is what it is. But when we checked in we asked for late check out. We were told that housekeeping is in charge of that and we would just need to tell them in the morning. We did so. Then the front desk told us that it was not available and the people the night before shouldn’t have said that. Poor training and bad customer service on their part. As I said, the hotel itself was fine and the area is nice. But so are a lot of other hotels in Lexington, with much friendlier and helpful staff.

I stood here with the family of three. The amenities were great option for anyone who is active the gym was just the right amount of equipment. The location was surrounded by a lot of shopping centers and supermarkets.
The breakfast was a simple breakfast with decent options for the kids and adults weekdays till 9 AM weekends 10AM

On the plus side, our room had a walk in closet. On the minus side, if the switch was not turned on by the entrance door, the switch in the bathroom to turn the lights on didn’t work. Found that out in the middle of the night. Also, the bathroom door is a sliding “barn” door that is frosted glass. So when you turn the light on in the middle of the night, it’s like turning on the lights for the entire bedroom, even with the sliding door shut.
Good location;plenty of parking; seems to have a nice breakfast offering as well. And a lot of trolleys to help with luggage.

I booked for 10 days and have stayed at this hotel 15 times. Had to leave for two days to take care of mom who is sick and stay with her. But did not cancel my stay. Housekeeping came in and thru away all my groceries, my medicine which was in a box prescribed by my dr for PTSD and never asked me. They called me at 2:20pm that day and I told them I was still staying there and did not cancel my stay. Then when I asked about all my stuff that was in my room they acted like nothing was in there and they didn’t throw anything out. Costing me about $450 worth of medicine groceries and everything I had left in the room. They didn’t offer me a discount a free night or anything. I’ve stayed at that hotel 15 times in the past several years and I will never stay there again.
Patrick
Housekeeping thru away all my groceries and a box full of medicine for my PTSD. I didnt check out, I didnt say I was leaving. I was in town taking care of my sick mother and had to spend two nights from hotel to give my mom 24/7 care. But never checked out. Ive stayed at this hotel about 8 times in 2 years and spent over 60 days there. When I asked manager what happened to my stuff she said that head housekeeper said there was nothing in my room except trash in garbage can. Damn lie. $450 worth of groceries and medicine that they never tried to discount my stay or help with that cost I lost. Someone is takin stuff out of your hotel rooms without permission of people staying there. I will never stay at this hotel or another Marriott hotel. When you pay a premium for hotel room you expect better service and certainly dont leave housekeeping the right to take anything out of a room when ive reserved that room for 10 days. Terrible service by housekeeping and management
Paula
The location is great for walking out the door to shops, restaurants and Whole Foods grocery. All very convenient.
Cherrie Rose
Staff was very helpful and kind. Our flight landed early, and the staff graciously allowed us to check in early. I love how clean our room and the hotel looked. The location of the hotel is perfect — central to everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel.

I asked at check-in if we would be given fresh towels each day and that did not happen. I had to call and ask after nobody freshened our room. The shower experience was also miserable. We somehow ended up in a wheelchair access room and the shower water went all over the floor getting our shoes soaked. The water drizzled out of the shower faucet and continually got very hot then very cold.
Carrie
Great hotel, amazing breakfast, very modern, would definitely stay again.

Clean room, but it had a distinct smell.

Very clean
Karen
Room was great! Breakfast was good! My suggestion would be, if they would like us to go green, they need additional towel bars and there was certainly plenty of room to add them.
Mark
Newer property with well designed huge rooms. Located within a small eclectic shopping area with two wonderful restaurants.
Haley
Clean, soft beds, great location.
THERESA
Very clean room and bathroom. Checking in was a breezy and the breakfast was very good
jirson
very clean hotel with well kept rooms.
Anthony
Whether I book directly or via Expedia, they add a $50 refundable fee for 'amenities' which we never use. Then it takes weeks to get these fees refunded. Other than that the rooms are very clean, food is average, parking is close by and free. This location at Fritz Farm location is excellent as it is close to many stores, like Whole Foods, Arhaus, etc.
David
Staff was courteous. Room was clean.
Joshua
Clean room, service was high quality. Breakfast was bland, not worth the high price per night.

Jamie was exceptional!
Lori
Clean and good value.
Clean and great value. Suite sleeps 6, checked in with 4 adults. Only 3 towels so had to go down to get extra towel. Sink, toilet and clear glass shower all in one room so total downfall with 4 adults. Only one adult using the bathroom at a time. Still great room overall and great price. Pet fee was a little higher than most. Breakfast was ok. Not much of a selection but what was there was decent.
Jeff
The hotel is across the street several restaurants and stores.
Danessa
I had to stay in three different rooms during my stay. The first mobe was due to tv malfunction. The second move was because the doorstop came down and they couldn't get me into the room and had to relocate me without my belongings.

Large clean rooms. Water pressure in shower was weak. Breakfast in lobby was nothing special. Nice area surrounding hotel, with plenty of shops and restaurants.
Margaret
Great location, clean hotel, pool and gym. Free parking. Spacious suits and free breakfast what more could you ask for
Michael
Was a random selection we made while traveling through Lexington based on previous reviews. They did not disappoint. Very new and modern hotel. Close to top tier shopping and restaurants. Only minor issue was it could use a better shower head. But we will definitely book this spot again next time in area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Christina
The property was clean and safe and very spacious.

It was my first time staying here. I was impressed. Staff were nice. The hotel was clean and smelled great, in the rooms and the lobby. The continental breakfast was really nice as well and saved me from making an extra stop. If I’m in the area I would definitely stay again. I recommend it!
Wendy
Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was fantastic. Very quiet and safe area
laura
Everything from the lobby , room and bathroom, was immaculate and fresh. The staff was courteous and friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast and when they have ice water to fill out travel bottles it's a huge plus. Will stay here again.
Kelsey
Great new hotel. Convenient location.
Stu
Great place to stay!
Verified traveler
Very comfortable suites, convenient location. Only downside was that they do not have enough parking on site. We were told to park in the public parking lot across from the hotel as the limited space in the hotel parking lot was already full when we checked in around 4 pm. This was very inconvenient when travelling with kids and having bags to unload
Cj
the indoor pool needs to be heated, other then that my stay was an excellent experience
DENISE
extrememly clean and comfortable. staff very kind and overall great stay!

Newer hotel. Very clean! Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly.
Bathrooms could use a nightlight to use at night because the light shines through door and is pretty bright. Would definitely stay here again.
