My husband and I stay there 5 days and absolutely loved. Very clean and the staff was amazing.
Mary Anne
Quiet, clean and such a convenient location to get to horse farms, Keeneland... Breakfast was good, different variety every day. AM staff were very helpful 🙂
Nikki
The property was clean, our room was spotless. The staff were all friendly. We loved our stay!
Edward
Property was well kept, room very clean and room layout worked great for us. We asked for ground level room since we brought our Yorkie -Poo. Request was honored immediately. We will definitely stay there next time we come to Lexington.

No one checked on us for 4 days. Both toilets got stopped up and they set a plunger in front of the door. Dirty pot holder on counter. The first room they sent me to smelled loudly of dog or cat pee. Second room smelled like a wet dog but we made do. Will Never stay here again! Staybridge in Lexington gets 10 plus stars. Rezidence inn

The front desk staff are rude. I was trying to check in 30 minutes early when the front desk clerk told me there would be a 25 dollar charge per room and we had two rooms booked. I told her that would be fine and she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that if I had 50 dollars to throw away then let her have it. Unacceptable. What I do with my money is my business. This clerk is unfriendly and rude. We then stayed again this past weekend due to a winter storm. My son had booked the room for us. The general manager told us that the small dining area would be available to prepare food except for French fries and wings. We were delighted because all the area restaurants were closed due to the weather. Later when husband was ready to place an order the general manager was not there but a gentleman was working the front desk. He informed my husband that he could not order food. That there was no one to prepare it. When my husband checked back with him a second time he informed us they were out of food. He later called us back once the general manager was back and told us he did find some food. This was a stressful time and not a great experience. I love staying here but not anymore. It’s time to move along and find a new favorite hotel.

This is a great place to stay for many days!

Kathleen
Hotel was clean and quiet, was frustrating when we arrived and there was notice at the front desk that the one and only person was out helping someone, there should be more available at the front desk at all times.
Rob
Excellent experience. Night clerk was great.
Jami

The woman that helped us check was super nice. We have stayed here before and it has always been clean. It’s convenient with easy access to the to the place and parking lot. It’s quiet, we did not hear traffic noise which is always a plus.

Everything was great about our stay. All of the staff with the exception of the woman working Thursday late afternoon were wonderful. All were helpful, polite and accommodating. The woman Thursday afternoon was extremely rude. I asked for a garbage bag to collect our trash. She informed me that they don’t clean every day. I knew that but simply wanted a bag for our trash. She did give the bag, and we were able to gather our trash. I then realized I needed a copy of my key. She was agitated to do it, but she did. This was the only negative encounter we had in our 5 day stay. We were in town for a funeral. The rest of the staff made up for this one negative moment. Thank you to all who made it a pleasant time in the hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The location is great. The breakfast buffet was wonderful each day!
Norman
The bed was too high and very hard. The couch could be more comfortable. But overall the stay was good.
Kathryn
I like this property because of the two bedroom suite which is ideal when traveling with multiple adults. It also offers a decent breakfast and communal outdoor space which is nice. We think the suite furniture needs an update and upgrade. The living room had a single couch that was horribly uncomfortable and covered in dog hair. The bedroom mattresses feel like giant sponges, no real support.
Oletta
Our 2BR suite was very clean. The breakfast was good. The facility was comfortable with the outdoor area by the pool. The couch was a bit uncomfortable to relax and watch TV. The mattresses were also a bit uncomfortable but overall, we had a nice stay.
Stephen
Great staff, wonderful breakfast options, and extremely clean. Hoghly recommend!
Anita
Drury was consistently wonderful again!
Great location, easy to find, all aspects were consistent as always…service, love staying at Drury Inns!
Mary

Residence Inn Lexington - Excellent stay
Excellent hotel, service, staff and very nice room!!
Katherine
My husband had a terrible experience checking in, unfortunately. We arrived at 11:30pm, after calling first to let them know we were coming, and there was a woman at the lobby door who harassed my husband on the other side of the locked door about not having a key. It looked like a corporate event was going on. She finally let him in after being very rude, and the man at the front desk seemed embarrassed about her behavior. When my husband asked if she worked there, she said her name was “Kristen from Corporate” and she was just messing with him. Other than this weird exchange, we enjoyed the hotel experience. Breakfast was good and the hotel was very nice. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. We would return, but hope for a better check in with no Kristen.

Best Hotel!
This was by far the cleanest hotel we have been in while we stay for our trip!
The breakfast was a nice selection, very delicious!
The beds were soft and comfortable.
I loved how there were separate bathrooms!
Thank you! We hope to be back at this place next year!

An absolutely amazing hotel. Immaculately clean, room, lobby and outside area. Staff is friendly and attentive. Free breakfast is outstanding and probably the best I have ever had.

Always our first choice
Our room was clean and spacious, though a bit worn. We were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Best hotel ever!
Best hotel we’ve ever been to! 2 bedroom 2 bath hotel room! Awesome for 4 adults traveling together
Audrey
I love the location! Close to the interstate, grocery and specialty stores, restaurants, and Costco. Best of all for me is a full size fridge and a cook top. Change of linens and housekeeping can be every day or whenever you need. How could I forget their complete breakfast including coffee available until 9pm! This is my go-to hotel!!
TODD
Was a very hotel staff was very helpful on the area 👍 and one very clean room was impressed
Kathryn
We booked a 2 bedroom suite so that we could host a Christmas celebration and it was perfect! The building is immaculate, the kitchen comes with pretty much all you'd need, and the breakfast buffet is very good. We will return!
Kathryn
We have stayed here a couple of times because of the value for the price. We recently stayed in one during a family visit and having private bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a full kitchen and living room felt decadent without a massive price tag. The surrounding area is quiet but close to anything you need.

Best service
T
I enjoyed my stay at this facility. The hotel is clean and located in a desirable area. The reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because I had prepaid for the room days prior to my arrival through Expedia. I was ask to provide a card for incidentals. Upon check out, my card was charged for the price of the room. I wasn't aware I had been charged until after my flight landed. How did this happen and why did Sean charge my credit card? I could not get this rectified on their end so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The hotel should have handled this from their end and credited back my money.
Paul
Up to date room and grounds, great basketball court
Larry
TV reception was very poor. Mattress lumpy. AC blew directly down on bed. $250 per night was in my opinion very overpriced for facilities
Positive: Breakfast above average.

My room was not available to me even though I had booking protection. I was informed the room was not available 2 hours before check-in. I was set up in another hotel. I had less bathrooms and space then I reserved and needed. We were cramped with no privacy. I complained to the hotel I was staying at about what was made available to me and they did nothing to help me out. The hotel I was provided was 20 minutes away. This added travel time to my trip, fuel expense. Will not use booking service again.
Brian
One night stay. Hotel was clean and breakfast was decent.
Mercedes
Clean, convenient no frills place
Paul
Great basketball court and well kept grounds and facility
Eric
Perfect overnight stay.
This was a perfect overnight stay for my wife and I, en route to Florida. Great service, big clean room, and very dog friendly! We have already booked here again for our trip back!

Property was in great shape. The room was spotless and the staff was friendly. Near shopping and restaurants.
Jeremiah Lee
This place was neat clean and perfectly appointed. I loved the room and the bed was cozy and fluffy. The showers were very nice and spacious. We will definitely be back.
William
This is one of the nicer Residents Inn properties because of the people who work there. Especially the cleaning staff. We have stayed there many times and will definitely be back.

Nice, convient
ROBERT
The studio suite layout is very nice. The facility is quite new and clean. Really enjoyed the closeness to shopping and dining. We plan to stay there again.
Parrish
I’ve stayed at this property many times over the years. It seems to be having a rough patch. Missing TV’s, holes in the carpet, and stained couches are not what I’m used to. The beds seem harder and the pillows are not supportive. It was not the most comfortable stay. I will say they did give me a discount due to my issues, but shouldn’t you tell people upfront you’re missing a tv? Some staff are great. Others are a bit standoffish.
Diane
Very Nice
Very nice hotel.

It was spotless, seemed new but we learned it was 20 years old. Excellent free breakfast. Well stay there again!

Residence Inn rocks
Very welcoming, very clean, breakfast was fresh and great, pool awesome. Room was what I wanted. Location great.
Troy
Disappointed
Comparing this to an amazing Residence Inn we stayed at in Louisville, which compelled us to book the same brand hotel in Lexington.
Outdated (no USB ports in outlets, TV remote was old and barely worked). Hardly enough room in elevator for a family with luggage. Same with the front door—could barely fit the luggage cart through.
On site market didn’t have much.
Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly.

Very impressed!
Residence Inn South Lexington was really a wonderful stay for us. The pool was open and hot breakfast was available despite the lingering pandemic. Masks were required in the breakfast serving area, and are not necessary in other areas for vaccinated individuals but is for unvaccinated individuals.
We stayed in the two bedroom suite and were pleasantly surprised to find two FULL bathrooms as well! What a treat for our family! We had a family issue arise and had to cut our trip from two nights to just one and the staff was very helpful and courteous to change our booking and not charge us for the second night. As a result we booked again with them for the way back home even though it wasn't our original plan but our Last minute change meant we would be back that way again.
The room was very clean. The only negatives were that the TVs pictures were very poor resolution and we couldn't figure out how to fix them or if we could and also they had no ability to access our Disney+ and no offering of Disney channels despite being geared towards families for the hotel. It was nice that the pool was open but just fyi the pool is outside and NOT heated. These Florida babies were shivering in the water.
Overall we were very impressed and will add them to our favorites if we ever are in Lexington again.

Excellent stay
My stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was extremely clean and had everything I needed in it (dishes, paper towels etc..). The staff that I encountered were extremely nice and helpful.. I come in every Monday and Tuesday and have decided that this will be my chosen place to stay.

Stayed for 1 night on our way to Tennessee to avoid storms. Was very clean and nice. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Pool was closed but had a very nice patio to enjoy. Bed was extremely comfortable, we had a 2 bedroom suite so very spacious. Bathrooms were also nice and clean. Would recommend and stay here again!

Little disappointed
Great place to stay but i was just told there is now a 100 deposit instead of the 40 i believe, that it was 3wks ago.

The two bedroom was a perfect place for a weekend trip with teens. The kitchen made it easy for us to eat in when area restaurants were packed. LOVED the hot breakfast options each morning - included in the cost of the room. Will stay again!

Great stay
Amazing!!! Everything was perfect. This was my second stay less than 2wks. The desk clerk Sidney was absolutely marvelous, she got us checked in quick, explained the breakfast procedure and was just amazingly knowledgeable.

Well Appointed Suite
The room was immaculate and well appointed. We loved the extra space, full kitchen and separate bedrooms with a comfortable eating area and living room. This was a perfect space to spread and and relax on our family trip. There are several great shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. The front desk, housekeeping and food service staff were extra friendly and helpful. The pool and outdoor space looks like it would be a great spot in the warmer months. We would definitely return and highly recommend.

Nice Hotel/Apartment
Very clean 2-bedroom apartment close to many restaurants and stores. Price is a little high compared to other 2-bedroom options. I could not get the Bonvoy app to recognize my reservation so contactless check-in was not possible, very frustrating!

Good one-night stay
This was a one-night stay during a cross-country trip. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. While I did not take advantage, the hotel still offered made to order breakfast buy appointment.

My First Visit
Very clean, exceptional room-servicing staff (contact-less), everyone was required to wear masks, breakfast was available for pick-up only so that you could avoid contact with other visitors, quiet, and located by a really nice strip mall and trail!

Property is very well maintained. Was hoping for an indoor pool, outdoor pool is all they offer which unfortunately is closed this time of year.

I wish there was an indoor hot tub. Breakfast was very good. Love the area around Residence Inn- lots of shopping & places to eat. Worth the money

Breakfast was good except for the fruit (hard melon) and no fresh cheese plate - usually a staple at Marriott properties.

This hotel was right in the hub of everything, yet was on a quiet street. Breakfast was fantastic!
Jenn
Very clean, updated rooms, nice decor. Only complaint is that the hot tub was broke during our stay.
Dalton
The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok. It would be great if they cooked real eggs instead of the powdered ones.
