McKee
Clean, comfortable bed, spacious. Minimal breakfast items, but fine for morning coffee. Good value.
Deborah
Neat, clean, quiet, safe, comfortable place to stay. Helpful staff. Minimal amenities. Convenient to interstates and the Hamburg area.
Theresa
Good area and easy to find and clean
Charlotte
David at the check-in desk was super nice and helpful. The property was very clean as well as the room. I will definitely stay there the next time I’m in town!
Jim
Great stay for a stopover on the way to northern Ohio. Everything was excellent, especially the cost ... the only issue was with the noise from our room being directly above the \"elevator machinery\". Very loud noise in our room whenever the elevator was in use. So avoid rooms on floor 2 and maybe 3 that are right next to the elevators.
Staff and room were all well above average. Would still recommend.

McKee
Clean, comfortable, good value.
Wendy
Very nice one night stay here
Sharon
We stayed five nights and it was for the most part okay. Cleaning staff were supposed to give us new towels, make beds and empty garbages every two days. They didn’t give us enough towels & our beds were not made. After I made the front desk aware there were no further problems. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. I would stay again for the price.
Byron
The breakfast was good we enjoyed the fresh yogurt
tae
Add hot food like scrambled eggs and bacon
Michael
We just spent one night while driving to our final destination. The room was clean and good sized. Great location right off the highway. Good value for what it is.
Erin
We had a great stay at the Spark in Lexington! Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfy. Both the person we dealt with during check in and check out were incredibly nice and helpful. The person who checked us out even gave us recommendations on where to stop for a short hike on the way to TN. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who was traveling in the area. We didn’t eat the breakfast in the am as we went elsewhere so I can’t comment on that.

This was the nicest place we stayed in going across the country. Lots of parking, easy interstate access and lots of restaurant selections. In addition there are gas stations nearby to fill up at. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower.
anthony
Great place to stay and easy access
Anthony
Nice clean and refreshing will definitely return
Jennifer
Staff was very kind
Meagan
My only complaint is that I did not receive my $50 refund for damage coverage after my stay.
REEM BECKERLY
Friendly staff was the only highlight
Caroline
Nice stay. Clean room. Friendly helpful checkin.
Jamie
It states that there is no elevator, there is an elevator there. Breakfast is simple muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit and coffee. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Lynn
Great overnight place to stay. Staff was great and friendly. Clean and quiet!
Mara
The room was small, but clean -except the tub...had some weird streaks in it. The pillows were super comfortable!! Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Very minimal. Surprised. It didn't seem Hilton quality at all. Apples had a white residue on them - was afraid to eat them. Mostly carbs. They did have boiled eggs - took me over 5 mins just to get the shell off. Liked that the pool was not too cold. Thanks for that! Overall I'm not sure I would stay here again - if they switched up the breakfast that would be a game changer.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The first room they assigned us was great, except the AC unit in our room 240 made a vibration noise all night. We didn't notice it until we were getting ready to sleep. They texted us and asked how our first night was. We asked if they could send someone from maintenance. They gave us a new room! They also followed up via text to see if they could accommodate us in any way. The Bed was fantastic, the TV was big, the Breakfast was delicious & had food items you don't normally get, like Oat Milk, Granola Crunch wholesome cereal & several types of Bagels, Pancakes, Waffles, Eggs, Sausage & Fruits. Checking out was a breeze & they had many luggage carts available. And the hotel is very modern. It was easy to park and very safe area with many restaurant options to choose from.
Shannon
The free breakfast is just bagels, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, limited fruit and hard boiled eggs with juice and coffee.
Carol
Everything great
Eric
Shower stall needed wiped down. Tile floors needed swept and wiped down. Rest of Room looked clean. Bed was nice and comfy. Breakfast was good. Representative at check in was very nice and accommodating even tho hotel’s computers weren’t working!

Amazing stay with such friendly staff!
Linda
Clean comfy beds and not too noisy.
Kristina
We were just passing through for the night and this hotel was fine for us. Right off the highway so there was some traffic noise but that's to be expected. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.
Amanda
No hot breakfast was disappointing, but clean
Kimberly
Wonderful clean stay. Nice place
Autumn
Marcus was very helpful providing some information only the \"locals\" know. Everything was decent except for snacks were a bit pricey and no hot water in the morning probably due to hotel being at max.
Most important, was the bed comfortable, yes, it was.

Our stay was satisfactory.
Courtney
Overall the stay was great, the problem we had was that they double charged us. They charged us for the 2 rooms $682 but then also sent through another $782 that was pending rather than the $100 incidentals. I was in the lobby one night getting drinks and I was not the only person this happened to one guy had $1800 in charges pending on his account. The staff was dismissive and rude, getting an attitude with the guy who was just trying to fix it. There was a man in the daylight, he was African American he was so sweet and helpful but really couldn’t help us.
William
Hotel was welcome and inviting. Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was limited. Would like to have seen scrambled eggs and bacon. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Recommend this hotel. You just might want to go Cracker Barrel for breakfast.
Candice
The rooms were excellent beds were very comfortable. Staff was very courteous and it was a really decent breakfast. No hot food but very good what they did have.
Angie
Was in town for a college visit and this was the perfect spot for an overnight stay. Clean property, friendly staff, and comfortable room. It was a quick trip for us but would definitely go back for a longer stay.
Marianne
The landscaping and freshly planted annuals caught my eye!
Tracy
Have stayed in the past and will stay again. Clean , great staff, close to UK dentistry.
robert
Ideal location for easy access to interstates 64/75
Brandi
Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Delightful staff
kathleen
The room was clean and we had a nice stay. Wish there was coffee in the room but the biggest disappointment was leaving a new necklace behind and no one was honest enough to return it.
Mary
This was a very nice hotel.
Pat
Staff was great. Breakfast was good.
Linda
Great stay, pleasant staff
Sharon
The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the indoor pool was lovely! Reception specialist Marcus was exceptionally efficient and helpful.
Tracy
Breakfast was very minimal but the hotel was clean, conveniently located, and the staff was excellent. The room was supposed to have a microwave wave but did not. I could have requested one but we just used the one in the lobby. However, for the needs of this trip, this was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel.
Kimberly
good breakfast

I guess this is a big oversight on my part, but when I booked the room, I saw that it had a complimentary breakfast included with our stay and a very nice-looking breakfast area from the pictures. Almost all hotels include a hot breakfast, so I just assumed that is what this hotel also offered. We were disappointed to go down in the morning and only have a cold breakfast (cereal, bagels, yogurt). Again, an oversight on my part, but we were really wanting a hot breakfast with some protein in it, so we went to Cracker Barrel instead. Otherwise, we had no issues with our stay. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
Cynthia
We liked the room most of all. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and provided lots of useful seating and storage options. Breakfast is healthy and good; no fried foods as most hotels have for breakfast, which is a welcome change, IMO. The staff was friendly and nice. Parking was easy.
Michael
Great option. Reasonably priced, very clean and safe.
RUSSELL
Very poor breakfast selection, bagel, coffee cream cheese muffin coffee was terrible. Bagels were dry very dry. Was not happy at all the hallway stink second day. They did not clean my room as for towels and I was told I could come get them at the desk. They don’t deliver and if they would clean the room tomorrow and when I said I was be checking out they said OK and hung up.
Shaire
The only thing discouraging was the fact that the shower water was never hot. It was luke warm which was horrible.
Phillip
Very nice room and great location.
Gilad
A new hotel. A great big room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is simple.
Carol
My biggest issue is \"queen\" size linens on a king bed!
Sylvana
I had a wonderful stay at the Spark Hilton and a big part of that was to one exceptional staff member David. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and answer any questions I may have had. He always greeted everyone with a smile.

Gary

Nice clean hotel

Conditioner and body soap dispensers broke and sitting on floor of shower. Hair on bottle on wall. Washcloth hanging in shower from previous people that stayed in room. Room smelled like a dog wash with perfume. Not hotels fault and front desk tried to take care of it but young kids were running up and down hall screaming. Front desk were very prompt in handling situation
Amy
I was able to check in a bit early, and the room and hotel were super clean. The shower and products were great, and the staff checked in multiple times to ensure I had everything I needed. Parking was easy and there were always convenient spots. There was a micro and fridge, so my 3 night stay allowed me to heat up leftovers and grab drinks to enjoy without having to pay a ton extra.
The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 star overall was the bed/pillows - the bed was okay, but not the most comfortable, so I didn't sleep super great. I'm pretty picky about beds, so I wouldn't let it stop me from booking, but that's my only drawback.

Everything you need to be comfortable while traveling. Best mattresses!
Katherine
They had no problem adjusting my reservation when I unexpectedly had to bring my dog (I did give a few days notice). David at the front desk was so friendly and we stay here whenever we come into town. I do wish there was a wider breakfast selection and a hot breakfast option though.
Nicole
The hotel was in the process of being renovated during our visit. The updates were nice-looking, but there were a ton of workers coming and going, so it got a bit loud. We were initially given a room that was in the process of being worked on, so we had to get back to the lobby to get reassigned after we had already brought belongings up. We also had a squeaky fan that we had to keep off due to noise. We liked the pool and breakfast.
Michele
Fast,efficient and reasonably priced-met all
Our needs and our Boxer puppies! Excellent!

Laundry was never change until day 4 of 5 day stay. Had to go to desk each day to ask for towels etc
Elizabeth
Went to wash hands and was out of hand soap on the wall.
In the shower there was an extra bottle of body wash sitting on the tub edge that I assume the guest prior to us asked for since the one on the wall was empty so I used that.
When I went to take shower the next day, the body wash bottle on the wall was empty which is why there was that extra bottle sitting on the tub edge. That tells me the room must not have been cleaned from previous guest or housekeeping would’ve put that bottle on the wall to replace the empty one! Then in the middle of the shower I went to use the shampoo on the wall, and it was empty too!!!! Thank God I wasn’t alone and could send husband down to get me a bottle to use! It’s a shame that just the expected amenities were not checked and filled or changed out! Was our room cleaned from prior guest???? That’s questionable! I think just the beds were done & that's that!
Then very early morning when it was still dark we kept hearing lots of loud noises and booms in hallway and below us. There was a function that was going to be going on the next day and I guess they were getting things moved and ready and delivered for that. It kept us from sleeping
It was awful stay!

Toilet didn’t work properly, the bathroom door hinge was falling off causing the door to jam and there were bugs in the light fixture moving and on the walls. Room was absolutely horrible

I was amazed by the quality of the hotel, and when I entered my room, I saw “Welcome Luwano” displayed on the TV screen. I felt so blessed.

Would give 5 stars if the breakfast was better, the shampoo wasn't empty and if the pool was open.
Maggie

Room was clean and the pool was nice. Breakfast was a little lackluster. Parking was well lit and safe. The staff were helpful.
Linda
Clean comfortable beds. Staff super nice.
Susan
Only downside was Breakfast
Wish they had a waffle maker. The hard boiled eggs were overdone and couldn’t peel them.

They have light switches that have nigh lights in them, this is so helpful. The toilet seats are the quiet closing ones. The outlets have usb and usb-c plug in. These are huge updates we noticed on top of welcome we got from David at the desk. Beautiful hotel, clean, friendly staff and safe.

We arrived about 11pm and were greeted by a great staff member, who checked us in and gave my daughters each a complimentary snack. Our room was very clean, and the bed and pillows felt heavenly. I’ve literally never said that about a hotel bed. I don’t even say that about my own bed. We go up early to get back on the road, and we were disappointed to see that breakfast was entirely carbs, except for some rubbery hard boiled eggs. But with the money we saved on this hotel, we just went across to Sbucks for some egg bites. Would stay here again.
Lynn
Room was clean and comfortable.
Tracy
Clean , next door was Cracker Barrel, will stay again

Staff at the desk were very kind and helpful

My girlfriend and I always stay in the Lexington area when we visit my family in South Carolina. We tried this hotel this year as the ratings looked really good! It's not a horrible hotel by any means, but it wasn't that good either. There where some fixtures broken in the hallway and you could really tell this was another hotel at one time and they painted over everything and put in some new furniture. The breakfast was not good at all. I forgot what we paid for the place but it was around 110-130 a night...not worth it for what we get at the Home2suites in Keeneland!!!
Linda
Great location! Very clean and modern. Breakfast is very basic, but at this price point, it is great.
matthew
Every time we stay here we have a great experience. Love the staff.
Alisa
Room was clean and well maintained. The pool was clean and well kept too.
rebecca
Clean room pool was a bit cold but it was ok. They put us in a room then a few minute after we got into our room they assigned someone else to our room. They said the gave us the wrong room and made us go to another room and aloud them to keep the room. I reserved two gueens and they put me in a king room.
David
Recently redone. Very attractive and comfortable.
Rachael
This hotel is ok-good. The hotel looks nice. The room looked nice. On further inspection the room look just ok cleaned. It’s nice to get a free breakfast but not much to choose from. It was a very quite stay for a hotel the was full and also right if the expressway. Don’t expect on being able to walk anywhere. This area is nice for driving places but the hotel itself shares a parking lot with an adult store. If you even want to do a quick walk to the gas station the area is full of homeless people and pan handlers. Not necessarily a bad thing but I would walk around with children or by myself at night
