The room I booked was for 2 queen beds but they were actually full mattresses that were too small for the bed frames. P
There was a large spider in the bathroom when we arrived with a large cobweb in the room’s window and I was bit by something on my leg overnight.
The WiFi password provided did not work.

Great place to stay. Close to everything and staff is super friendly and helpful. Nice that they offer a continental breakfast
Robyn
Nice clean hotel.
Shannon
Clean room, nice breakfast area. Major downfall is no elevator for a 2 story hotel. Carrying luggage and staying with pet was an issue. Hallways not clean, mud everywhere. Parking not the best either.
Bradley
Breakfast food was not kept stocked, flooring in room was cracked and bubbled. Ran out of water and coffee in breakfast area. Waffle batter, syrup, sausage gravy all ran out. We love this hotel chain but not this location.
Monica
Everything was great
Alyssa
We booked a king, 1 bedroom suite, after checking in we found furniture had been ripped from the wall so they put us in a small room with 2 queen beds instead and no refund for the difference in room prices. In the second room the shower leaked heavily onto the bathroom floor. After a terrible nights sleep, we went to the hotel breakfast where they had plenty of knives, 4 spoons, and 2 forks in the entire hotel. This information was shared with us by the employee responsible for setting up and washing the dishes.
Amanda
front desk staff was extremely friendly! Room was clean and comfy
Rebecca
This place was amazingly clean and comfortable.
Rebecca
The room was amazingly clean and comfortable.

We had terrible water pressure in the shower. Ended up cutting our stay short because of this. Property was over priced for what you get.
Kaitlin
Don’t understand how this had such high reviews on here. If it wasn’t for the staff I would say never stay here but the break at 8am was poorly managed and appetizing. Although it had trendy look of hotel was nice. It was clear that hotel was ran down our door to our closet had nails holding it together. The bathroom flooring was cracked and all kinds of places clear water damage on ceiling flooring and there was a crack in the center of the sink in the bathroom lightbulbs that didn’t work AC that took too long to get cool ,refrigerator that froze items.
Overall, for the price, I lay my head down and didn’t feel like there was going to be a bug, but definitely not gonna be going back.

Room was OK but under La Quinta's standards. The hallway wasn't vacuumed for a while, entrance was so dirty especially from the door K, didn't clean for long long time. I don't know how to say it, but staff at the front desk was interesting. When I checked in, she was constantly chewing and cracking something in her mouth, next morning there was somebody else seems like she had green pus oozing from her nose, I was about to say something to her face but I grossed out and walked away.
Lisa
The room and bathroom was very clean. Staff was very friendly checking out. Will be back to stay.
Linda

The staff was friendly, the room was fine, and breakfast was good. However, the lighting throughout the hotel was awful. Very dim and eery in the hallways. Neither my kids nor I felt comfortable walking the halls (equivalent to walking through a dark alley at night - just don’t do it). The parking lots around the building are also not well lit. It just felt unsafe overall to be outside of our hotel room, which is an unsettling feeling when traveling with children. There was not a hair dryer in the room (which was a minor inconvenience but is worth noting), and the website for this exact location shows an indoor pool when there is, in fact, only an outdoor pool - so that was misleading in advertisement.
To summarize, I was singing Hotel California in my head throughout our stay. If that’s the vibe you enjoy, then you’ll love this place.

The cleanest room I have ever stayed in and the staff is amazing.
Wendy
It was nice
Peggy
Clean room, good breakfast
Brittany
The staff was great. However, when we arrived to the hotel the parking lot was still covered in ice and there were no elevators! If you are disabled do not stay here because the only way to get to a room is if there is one on the first floor available or climbing up the stairs.
sean
The staff was just kind and very nice , I just stayed for a quick night on the way across country . This hotel has seen some stuff but it was quiet and the suite room was decent . It's not nice but any means but I felt safe and the dogs enjoyed the room . If your looking for a hotel for a quick night this is your place no frills just a bed and a place to stay .
Alicia
Staff was amazing
Rebecca
Very good price and clean rooms, comfortable beds.
friendly staff.
friendly staff.
Kimberly
💯 customer satisfaction!! Start to finish….check-in staff was awesome (Trent was his name?), extreme cleanliness, updated contemporary furniture throughout the lobby/hotel. Rooms were comfortable, including beds, while also being pet-friendly for a low fee of $25. Check-out was a breeze with friendly staff and a warm breakfast buffet!! We’ll stay every year on our way back from Florida!!
Mary
The microwave and refrigerator did not work, the coffeemaker leaked, there was no hair dryer and no conditioner in the dispenser. The sink was badly cracked and badly patched. At least the bed was comfortable.
Chadley
Clean room, clean bathroom soft pillows
emily
The room was a great layout. Could use some repair here and there as it showed wearness. Where it was located in the building was perfect! Very quiet and we were there on New Years Eve. We basically were the ONLY room in that area and loved it! Very friendly staff.
Yoo Jin
It was great
Kevin
Room was great but furnace rattled like crazy needs to be secured
Kacie
This was our second stay here. It may be our permanent halfway hotel for trips to visit family
Sagar
Not clean, dirty carpets in hallway, no elevator, room was not clean
Quentin
Yes
Allison
Room was clean, very much as described. Lots of room. Very nice
Carlos
The whole place was worn and not very well kept up. On the outside the paths were full of holes and dirty. The bathroom had the worst toilet paper I have ever experienced. The controls of the room temperature didn't work.
Vicky
The room was spotless and the staff very kind and helpful.
Jimmy
Fantastic check in clerk.
Anthony
1)As soon as we enter the room my son mentioned there was blood on the floor, after I inspected it I realized it was only ketchup, I took a wet towel and wiped up the red spots on the floor and wall
2) After our evening activities we returned to room round 11pm I climbed in bed and found a dirty sock from a previous guest between the bed sheets clearly proving the bed sheets weren't changed it was late and the other bed looked fine so I slept with my son.
3) In the morning while showering there was racist word written on the mirror that could only be seen when the bathroom had steamed upped

Room was clean and staff was courteous. Breakfast was very good.
George
Would not return
Vicki
Room floor needed replaced. I had to watch where I walked to avoid tearing my socks where the flooring was torn.
Breakfast needed additional healthy choices. Coffee tastes awful at the breakfast bar and in the room.

Peg
While the decor and codition of the rooms could stand an update, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot, the breakfast was good and the staff were great!
Belinda
Our room had black mold in the shower and the tile was coming up and I tripped and cut my foot.
Robert
Flooring needs attention, coffee maker cups, and fixings were provided, but no lids for the cups, which makes a mess inevitable. My travel plans made me forgo the breakfast option as I had to leave early, but I remember from history there’s not much of a breakfast offered more continental style.
Chad
Great parking for trailers
Liz
Room clean.
Rhonda
There is no elevator in this hotel! There were no first floor accommodations when we arrived. Although in my request when booking, I asked to be near an elevator so common sense would’ve told you if there’s not an elevator, they should’ve reached out to me as we had handicap members in our party. So we had to lug all of our luggage up two flights of stairs and then the following day, they were able to move us downstairs so we had to pack up everything and move downstairs. And when we got to the rooms downstairs, the air conditions were so noisy and where the planks of LVP come together in the floor, we’re coming up. It hurt your feet to walk on. The carpet and the hallways was filthy and the lighting is very dim would not stay there again.
Lewis
Parking was easy and area seemed safe. Great bed. Room was acceptable but not special.
Rod
Room size was great. Shower looked nice but no water pressure. Property was very convenient to get to places in Lexington. Beds were not comfy and the living room furniture was rock hard. Staff were friendly.
Harold
The place is a dump.
Jana
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT
Chiara
Stayed here multiple times !
Amelia
It was clean, comfortable, and had a great breakfast.
Kristofer C.
Generally unclean and smelly. Hallways are dark and noisy. The breakfast is edible, for the most part. Cracker Barrel next door is convenient.
Igor
Excellent choice for long term staying
Jennifer
Everyone was incredibly helpful

Not terrible but not good.
Floors dirty and broken. AC is extremely loud. Parking lot full of holes. Racks falling off wall. Hair in bathroom. Noisy at night.
Rob
Overall good. Would be nice if breakfast was served until 10 AM. Room didn't have hair dryer so staff had to take one from another room. Aside from that, the stay was good.
John
Clean but the flooring needs replacing in the room
Kenneth
Deceptive
We booked this hotel for a family funeral, flying in late confirmed they had a shuttle. Per website they had an airport shuttle. We called the day before our travel and they said it ran every
David
The hotel was great. My only problem was that we had no housekeeping during our stay.
Michael
The continental breakfast is awesome 👍at night no one monitored the front desk overall i like it this is 2nd year staying here.
Stephen
Flooring in room needs replacing
JAMES
Good to go
All was good. Had a key issue. But other than that all was good.
Pierre
Fantastic stay, staff are very helpful and friendly
Charlotte
The staff was excellent. The property however is run down and dirty. We still had an ok stay!
Vickie
If you like spidets and cobwebs by all means stay here. The staff was not understanding or offered to do any thing about it.
Thomas
It was ok for a quick one night stay. The breakfast was great and the common area was clean and well maintained.
The room had corner baseboard pieces missing, the floor was coming apart in the bathroom. There was dog food crumbs and muddy prints on the chair and on one of the comforters. It was manageable for the short time we were there.

Got a good night’s sleep, room was clean.
Kim
The hotel is in need of some basic repairs. The floor boards and ceilings are very worn and not finished. Overall it was ok and the staff was very friendly.
Sandra
My daughter and I traveled for family matters and she is disabled. Our first room had no hot water and the desk agent was completely uncaring and dismissive. She did ultimately provide another room, but that room's floors were falling apart. The third room (changed on our second day there) had similar floor issues, but at least consistent hot water. Our room wasn't cleaned before our last night there - terrible. The only bright light for the stay was desk clerk Wilma, who was sweet and kind to my daughter and did the best to help us with what she had available.
Durrell
Dog hair all over the couch! But the room was nice!
Lynne
Stay at La Quinta Inn Lexington/Horse Park
Everyone was very cordial, helpful and respectful. Tony was especially helpful with both my sister and myself.
Muhammed
Very budget friendly and clean place.
Felicia
Staff is great but property could use some attention… and maybe a bug bomb.

Not amazing
No elevators firstly. Secondly, the room had visible stains on the floor, bed, and even doors and walls. Also, struggled for quite a while getting lots of luggage down the stairs and into their shuttle, and both staff members just watched silently. It had soaps and shampoos there and the aesthetic was nice but those were the only good things I can think of.
DeeDee
Good
Megan
Advertised airport shuttle but was unavailable weekend of stay. Could use some upgrades
Garrett
Nice hotel, quiet and in a beautiful part of Lexington. Dog friendly and the breakfast wasn’t bad.
Kari
Dirty
Cassandra
The juice machine was out of order and the breakfast was ok but kind of sad. A brown recluse fell out of my husbands towel while he was drying his hair so that freaked us out a bit. The condition of the room was worn but generally it was ok. I was happy I could bring my dog. The location is nice, right next to a Cracker Barrel.
Sandra
Everything was extremely clean!! Although on their website it said that breakfast was until 10 and they actually closed at 9. We ended up getting the last 5 minutes of it but the food even for about to be closed was still really warm and fresh!
Maradel
Shower not draining properly. Staffs nice, but will not book again
Linda
Great sleep
Randolph
cracker barrel next door very good
Nirajan
Below average everything
Nathaniel and Ariel
A bit disappointed
Honestly it looks a lot better in the pictures. It just really needs a cleaning and a facelift. Everyone was nice, but I wouldn't stay again. I love la Quinta pet policy and have stayed at other properties. This one just needs an update.
Denise
Enjoyed the room and the staff, however there was a broken, loose tile right in the pathway to the bathroom, which was a slipping/safety hazard. Room 136
charles
Dirty, nasty and falling apart, floors uneven buckling and dirty. Bathroom Disgusting. Looks like a drug motel in a bad neighborhood
CHANDRA
The property needs updating in a big way. The staff is very nice and extremely accommodating. I stay there for a convention I attend and the price is right because all other in the area are high because of it. It’s clean and they are nice there. There was an exterior door that was broken that slammed all night long. Was surprised that breakfast stopped serving at 9am.
Marti
I’ve booked this property twice in the last month for school, it’s been my go to and I know to expect, they are clean, staff are nice. The first time staying here a homeless guy tried to get over the fence at the pool, *house* tail style for notified and took care of the situation safely, cautious and effectively. This one definitely be my go to hotel when I’m in Lexington. It also has a Cracker Barrel within walking distance, plus a McDonald’s and tow gas stations nearby.
Lillie
The rooms were clean. A little small, but overall Pretty decent. The free breakfast was good Had the usuals, sausage, eggs, waffles, bagels. But the part that drew me in was the no fees for dogs to stay. When you are booking the room, I believe there was a fee listed for pets. But it’s actually free! So you can’t beat the price Anywhere else!
Tina
There was on decaffeinated coffee in the room. I called down to the desk and was told that I could come down and & get regular coffee packets. I was already in my pajamas but went down anyways because I do decaffeinated. Someone should have brought it to my room. The shower had hairs in it so I'm not sure if it had been cleaned from the previous lodgers. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfy. My shuttle to the airport was on time.
Betty
The property was very clean and the staff had great customer service. Thrres doors that are broke and thats not safe from someone going in the facility that doesn't make it safe.
Daniel
Our bathroom flooring was falling apart, and we had to put towels down so that we would not trip on it. The hallways smelled like weed.
Ryan
Room was dirty, hair and food crumbs everywhere. pool area was dirty and unkept. The hotel entrance handle on our side of the building was broken, as a result the door did not lock or require a key card so anyone off the street could enter the hotel with ease. The lights in the parking area were very bright, and the curtains in the room didn’t provide good coverage so the room was very bright all night making it difficult to sleep. There was a party in a room down the hall. 15 people or more in a single room, they were still up partying when I left at 6am, the entire hall stank of marijauna. Terrible stay.
Neil
The evening I arrived there was a power outage from a storm and the clerk was unable to check me on. I waited almost 2 hours outside in my truck with a pet, but ultimately couldn't wait any longer and booked another hotel in a different part of town. I emailed and requested a refund as I was unable to check in, but have received no response. Won't be able to endorse this location.
Brandi
Average room, comfortable beds. The rooms show the wear and tear, but are fine for a night stop over. The a/c did not stay on the whole time, so the room would get hot.
Rodney
Power outage
The power went out the day after I checked in. We were told that it would not come back on until 8am the day of my check out. So the hotel checked me out at about 1 am and sent me to a motel 6 down the street.
