The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel could us some sprucing up in some areas. But it has a pool table and video games by the lobby. There is no swimming pool. It does have washers and dryers for guest on the first floor, but there is no table to put your clothes on. The gym is right next to the laundry and it is decent. They do give you free little bags of ice since the vending machines are so spread out, it is a huge hotel. The room was nice and spacious and pretty clean. There were some spots on the bathroom floor and carpet. The bed was comfortable. They do provide continental breakfast. There is free parking. Also there is a very good restaurant right up the road Sedona Tap House, very good service and food!

The check in was probably the fastest I've ever had. There for Breyerfest in July. Place is clean and everything is good. Our air stopped working the middle of the 2nd to last night. Told the front desk as we were leaving that morning and she said she would either have it fixed or move us to another room, very nice lady. When we returned that evening, that girl was a tad snippy about 'she didn't know why she said she'd have it fixed because they don't come in for that over the weekend'. She did have my new room already set up and gave me that. 20 minutes later I went down to hand her the old room's keys back and as I did she said, checking out? I said no, these are the ones for the one we moved out of. Again, she was tad onry about how they have 170 rooms and deals with a lot of people all day, she can't remember everyone. I get that, but I was just standing in front of you 20 minutes ago, no need for the tude. She wasn't outright rude to the point of asking for a mgr, just wasn't as friendly as the other people that helped us throughout our stay. That being said, our issue was handled and all was good. This girl just left an icky taste where everyone else was so great!

The other reviews for this property indicating it is in poor condition and not very clean are accurate. The hallways were clearly not maintained and there were stains on the carpet and around the room and a dead bug in the bathroom. Breakfast was marginal. I would not stay here again.

Traditional hotel buffet style semi continental breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, make your own waffles, instant oatmeal, assorted pastries, toast and yogurt.
Comfortable bed.
Only room issue was toilet not always flushing completely, they checked it night I arrived and said was fixed but after second flush next morning same issue. [ mentioned to front desk as checked out and he added it to maintenance log]
Second floor hallway was hot, and dated carpet. Safety inspection on elevator a few years out of date, did not ask but assumed current one is in office just not posted.

Room was clean just needed to be detailed a bit more. The patio smoking area needed attention but it's a smoking area so what do you expect? The hotel was decent, if I was on the payroll I would of detailed the room and made sure the carpeting in the hallways was vacuumed daily. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. I loved the later check out time too. I plan on staying here again. It's close to town and the horse park.

The signage needs updating. I took an elevator closer to my room, when I got off it I was lost! No signs to say where what was nothing. Staff sat in a chair while checking me in. Didn't offer me my choice hotel member gift. Very disconnected. There was no ice bucket in the room, we had to go back downstairs to get a bag of ice. Hair in the tub... just not what we're used to from this chain.

Photos of the hotel didn’t show much of what to actually expect. The areas shown in pictures are pretty nice but other areas not so much. Our shower was missing a curtain when we got in. There were multiple cracks in the shower and on the bathroom floor as well as dark spots of mold and discoloration. The bed frame had metal trim sticking out that my 7 year old walked into and cut his shin. The breakfast had a great selection but unfortunately the quality was disappointing aside from the containers of yogurt. On the plus side the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

We only stayed for a night to rest after a long day of travel. It was very conveniently located and, for it being a last minute “non-researched” hotel it was great. The room was super clean. The only issue (not a big deal at all) was the bathroom door was a little hard to close. I did not even bring it up while we were there because we checked out before their breakfast even started and it really was not an issue. It did close, you just had to make sure to really push it for the latch to catch.

Very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival we we were informed that only 2 luggage racks existed for entire hotel. Upon entering our room we found no ports or outlets for phone charging conveniently located beside beds as is typical. We were told by front desk clerk to consider using outlet for coffee pot or fridge. only one roll of toilet tissue was provided in restroom and due to the fact that only one staff person was on duty, we had to make trips downstairs to get TP, fresh towels, etc. The Quality Inn that we booked had merged with a MainStay and we were located at that end of the building which seemed old and outdated (as evident in the lack of electical outlets and ports. When we called the front desk in the evening to express our concerns, she abruptly replied \"You are welcome to check out.\" The hotel needs to be adequately staffed.

Staff couldn’t be found several times. One example, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk, so I went to the kitchen area, but the lady in the kitchen couldn’t speak English. So after a while of waiting, the clerk returned from walking her dog. Her dog slept in a bed by the desk. Then, the hotel room next door had 2 big dogs that barked constantly. The property was very run down. The room seemed to be clean and were spacious. But I wouldn’t stay there ever again. Definitely overpriced for what we paid.

Apparently, housekeeping couldn't be bothered to do their job. When I was given blankets, they were two sheets. Not blankets.
