The room was wonderful very clean and everything stocked. Then also had a kitchen so the front desk supplies u wit Wat u will need to cook wit a coffee pot and toaster 2 pans dish drainer 2 cups bowls plates also silverware. Very nice the staff is amazing. Not only r they very helpful and nice but will go out of their way to make sure ur stay is great. Will return again.

We were in town for the Railbird music festival, like many others. We several
Of us showed up around midnight to check -in we had to wait 15-20ish minutes for the night shift clerk to help us(he said he was having to clean a room for someone). I had 3 rooms reserved. When I arrived to the room I was sleeping in, it had not been cleaned either. Both beds had been slept in, there was trash. So I went to the front desk to the poor night clerk came to clean our room. All the while my nephew and I sat outside on the stairs and ate our food. When we were finally allowed to get back into our room, the beds had been changed and the trash taken out but the room was not clean. There was something on the nightstand, old toothpaste in the sink, and old soap in the shower. I do not blame the night clerk at all. I felt very sorry for him. Day shift and management left him all alone in a bad situation. Know they would have multiple people checking in late after the music festival was over. Three times I told the front desk our room was not clean, not once was I offered any sort of discount. My family comes to Lexington every June for Railbird. Needless to say we WILL NOT visit this location again.

Room was run down and ill-kept! Everything was old and should have been replaced years ago. Towel and bath map were dirty/stained. Stopper on sink and bathtub didn’t work and sink wasn’t able to be drained. Mold growing in freezer part of refrigerator. Handle on bathroom door was installed backwards so you couldn’t close bathroom door. Breakfast was extremely meager. No linen service during stay.
Will not ever stay at Extended Stay America again and have reservations about using Expedia for booking anything if this is the kind of place they endorse!!!

The rooms appear much nicer in the photos. Dirty doors and stairwells. The room smelled heavily of bleach. The room was marginally clean, observed a crawling bug on the wall and Q-tips on the floor. Floor was dirty, would not shower in the bathroom. There was mold in the refrigerator. The staff appeared very laxidazical. Beds had no box springs, mattresses on metal frames. Bedding and pillows were in poor condition. Will not stay at another Extended Stay. Some of the patrons were questionable. Decent location, you get what you pay for…

The lady who checked me in 4/24 was nice and great. I am military. Was coming to take a medical exam for an offer licensure. Informed my exam was 8-12pm on 4/25. Woke up and went to my exam, and my partner waited for me to return. And during that wait, the guy on at that time was very rude and disrespectful towards my partner about check out time. When I had informed the lady the night before I will be returning close to 12pm. My partner was very upset and disrespected. And had to correct him on his professionalism. The stay wasn’t even that clean the fridge dirty and the door was jammed and beaten up.

1st room toilet hadn't been cleaned, terrible mess, and it was clogged. Changed to room 2, it had a single bed and the AC didn't work, room 3 was adequate but was in poor condition. The \"breakfast\" was a small basket with granola bars in it.

Walked in the room smelled so bad it made me nauseous. Pulled the blankets down and there were bugs in the bed. Went to registration she was no help at all she just said oh sorry. I asked for a refund because I was only there for 5 mins and she refused. This place is awful the bugs and the smell not to mention the furniture was falling apart and there were cigarette burns all over them.

The staff was extremely friendly, on top of their stuff and was very hosptial.
However,the property itself was not AT ALL what was shown on the pictures for the property. We were expecting an updated, well maintained property that didn't look like it was falling apart and the staff doing their best to up keep it with what very little help they probably do get from Extended Stay America Corp.
Very disappointed. There was so much draft coming from the outside through the door, the ac units filters hadn't been changed or cleaned in some time, leeks in every sink, chair looked liked it was picked up by the side of road and furniture beat up. I personally don't think it was worth the $75 we spent on the room.

Now the staff....EXCELLENT! SUPER FRIENDLY and completely understanding of why we were there and did what they could to make both my husband n I comfortable as we could. I only wish i would have been able to thank them this morning before we left for my procedure this morning.

The non-smoking room smelled horribly like smoke. There were burn marks in the sink and coffee stains on the back of the bathroom door. The shower tub did not drain water. A cockroach was in the tiny kitchen area. The microwave was dirty. The floors were sticky. It seems like this was a totally unacceptable ballroom to offer. We had driven nine hours and unpacked and were just too tired to ask to change rooms. I did speak to the front desk this morning and they offered absolutely no compensation.

I will never stay there again. I found bug caucus on the blanket & beside the lamp on the night stand. Also in the bathroom there was a used bar of soap in the shower like it wasn’t even cleaned. The stove burners are burnt to a crisp. I just felt it was very nasty. Never again.

It’s a good place to stay if you just need a roof over your head. Nothing spectacular, very few amenities.
It’s affordable, has a full kitchen area, fairly clean & bug free. Staff members are nice. Take & go breakfast which is a granola bar, muffin, etc

This place is home to some very questionable characters and had an unsafe vibe. There was a roach running up the wall of the check-in area and the clerk was not at all alarmed or apologetic. He struggled to work with the check-in process and the payment system and was asleep at the wheel.

Worst room we’ve ever stayed in.

I should have done more research. Staff were very friendly, but the entire place was disgusting. Smelled like decades of cigarette smoke. Bathroom door hinges so rusted I’m surprised the door was even operational. Bathtub didn’t have any hair in it, but was caked with dirt. All furniture missing pieces/chunks of wood. Refrigerator… scary. Inside light never went off and illuminated the dark because the seal was nonexistent. Oh.. and dirty and rusted. Cabinet doors missing. Woke up to the room reeking of weed from the AC sucking in air from whoever was outside smoking in front our window. Could have been that you could see light around the entire door as well. Much much more I could list. Best thing I can say is, I didn’t see any bugs and the sheets looked and smelled clean. Very glad about that. I will investigate much more on my next trip and not rely on “stars”. Someone was lying.

Parking area not real safe people out roaming parking lot all hours of the night. The kitchen was old the stove burners were rusted the refrigerator was rusted. Never in 40 years have I ever had a noise complaint. But the hotel is so poorly designed that anyone underneath you apparently hears everything like it’s through a microphone. All I did was walk normally from the bed to the bathroom and the people beneath me called a noise complaint. When they saw we weren’t doing anything the white trash woman directly beneath me who must have been living out of the hotel tried to come up to confront me herself. She was accusing me of being too loud and stomping around when all I did was walk normally from the bed to the bathroom to go pee.

I booked this room for my Father who came to town (he is gravely ill). They had any creature comforts noted in terms of linens, coffee maker, ground floor, parking in relation the room, etc. They allowed me to come a few minutes early to place a good basket and note in his room. Everyone took such care of him for the 6 days he was staying there. I would give them 10 stars...

After checking in, we entered our room to find dirty/stained sheets. Upon requesting a new room, we were given a room next door. The room’s door did close and latch, however, with an exterior entrance, did not provide a seal to outside. During our stay, there were floor stains throughout both carpet and linoleum flooring. The carpet was so dirty that the bottoms of our feet’s turned brown quickly after walking barefoot in the room. Our shoes also were sticky from walking on the floors. The air conditioner worked and cooled appropriately, but smelled like mildew and clearly hadn’t been serviced recently or had a filter changed. The top of the fridge had a thick layer of dust. Breakfast was provided in the check-in room in their credenza and was only prepackaged granola bars, muffins, and oatmeal packets. The images provided on the booking page are of a remodeled room, and neither room was like the images posted.

We have been coming here for years and honestly this will probably be the last visit you ever come here I have never felt more disrespected and unacknowledged in my life they were up at 7 8 in the morning doing construction right above my room the entire time we've been here and when I told them about it they didn't care said they wanted deadline didn't move me couldn't move me and my feelings were hurt they didn't even try to get the owner manager anything very hurt by this matter the rooms are not at all what they look like online. It was a quick weekend for post graduate graduation. We needed to have a comfy place to crash, have food and hang out. The beds were fine, but everything else was less than desirable. I am well aware that this hotel is undergoing renovations, but there are definitely rooms you should not be occupied... Rooms right next to where renovations are taking place doesn’t allow for sleeping and rest, just seems like common sense to me and rooms that definitely haven’t had thorough cleanings in a long time and have a dirty moldy refrigerator. It was a non smoking facility, I even had to sign a paper stating that I understood it was a non smoking facility yet there were other guests (guessing regular guests, long term guests) as well as employees smoking on hotel grounds. Very disappointing.

The lobby had some loud people siting in there talking and making it hard to hear the soft spoken clerk behind the desk. The clerk charged the card on file w/o asked if it was the card I wanted to use. There were no funds on that card, my account was in the negative. The room was just average, nothing special about it. The hotel sign @ the entrance needs to be lit, we past the entrance & had to back up to turn into it. We arrived late, from another state, & couldn't see an address or sign.
