We had a late check in with 2 adults and 2 children- which they were aware of. Only 2 beds made up. Made up the sofa bed- the sheets stank and the mattress may as well just been springs and it was banked either side with a hole in the middle to roll into. The heater stank.

We opted for cheap accomodation as we were staying purely for convenience so we didn’t have to travel too far. We got what we paid for. It was cheap but it was very noisy and the room was not the cleanest. I wouldn’t go back but hey, what can you expect at that price.

The complementary breakfast each morning was a great feature, as was having a washing machine & dryer in the apartment. Our showerhead needed fixing & it was sorted promptly which was great. Hotel room was not what was expected, the pictures online looked great, clean, modern, however very underwhelming and gross in person. Stains on the carpet, bathroom needed a thorough scrub as well as a deep clean, there was dust, mould, things stuck to the walls, dirty soap holders. It it safe to say i didnt want to touch anything.
The shower didnt have a gradual fall to the drain, it had such a steep slope down to the drain which made it dangerous to just stand there as there was no flat surface in there. Almost slipped when getting out!
For the cost of the stay for 1 night, very disappointing. Coffee was crap, sponge, dish brush and tea towel dirty and didnt look changed from the last people in the room.

Lovely clean motel that was comfortable for our family’s 2 night stay. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Great restaurant on site which is convenient, nice food and good prices. The only feedback i have is that the bathroom exhaust fan in our room was really loud even with the door closed. We avoided turning on the bathroom light in the middle of the night as it would’ve woken the kids. Apart from that it was a great stay and we will be back!

Iverson was great. Great communication and provided the information we needed. Contactless check in and out. Restaurant onsite and walking distance to Mill Markets and mini golf. We didn't stay there long enough to try out the pool or restaurant as it was only a night stay. The family room was fine for what we wanted. Separate room for the kids which was a bonus.

Excellent Family Friendly Hotel in Ballarat
We were so impressed by the service and communication provided before during and after our stay. We loved that covid safety was a priority for the hotel, with contactless check in and out. But they still managed to provide excellent communication with us through SMS. The amenities were clean and spacious. We stayed in the two bedroom unit which even included a separate bathroom for the kids. It was so convenient. The pool was a huge hit with the kids with pool toys available. The on-site restaurant was great. Location was perfect. Only 10 minute drive to central Ballarat and Sovereign Hill. We will definitely be staying there again next time we visit Ballarat. Thanks for a great stay!

Very dusty - next to a main road so this is probably why. Traffic noise was non-stop - even on a Sunday night.
