Staff was helpful and able to check us in early which was amazing as we just got off a flight. They are very close to a bus stop and transportation is easy. Bakeries nearby for breakfast if don’t want to eat. Hotel had a hot water kettle for instant coffee. Beds were comfortable and offered water. Great hotel to spend the night after just getting into the country. Felt safe and no issues. Had amenities in room.

Bad experience. The small safe to keep our passport, extra money never worked. Light/Power went off twice in our room. Only 2 sachet of white sugar & tea bags provided for 3 adults, no fridge on such hot days. Staff would not make an effort to resolve these small demands which can make a difference. There are no facilities like a gym, etc. You just get an average size room with bath/toilet and a small kettle, some coffee sachet but no milk and a wardrobe. Apparently you can buy milk at the reception but no-one told us. I would like some refund/compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Check in was fine, but I would say this hotel is very expensive for what it is and what you get. My husband was electrocuted by a faulty hairdryer supplied by the hotel, and when raised when them they simply just gave us a new one.. this could have been much more serious than it was given my husband was also holding my 2 year old at the time. I would not stay here again, and would not recommend.

May 19-22 in superior room with the modern washroom. Stayed with family and a toddler. Reception team was super helpful, we arrived easy and luckily there was availability to check in by 10:30am. Our plane arrived 7am.

We got to hotel well before check in time and although rooms weren’t ready, they got us all checked in so it would be a quick key pick up later. They happily stored our luggage. We returned a couple hours later to drop our Lindt chocolate purchases and were surprised to hear rooms were ready for us. Cozy rooms, very clean. The location is so easy to get to by public transportation (tram) that connects to easily to main train station, airport and all the sights of Zurich.

I arrived at the hotel too early for check-in, but before I asked, they offered to let me have my luggage and confirmed whether I could check in. I asked for my room to be cleaned every day during my three nights, and it was always clean. It was in front of the tram station, so it was easy to get to, and even though my English was poor, the staff were kind and helpful. It was my first time in Zurich, but I would like to stay at this hotel again when I go to Zurich.

It's 2024, what property does not have a USB port to charge electronics? It was ridiculous. I've never been somewhere that didn't have a USB port, so I could not charge my phone as the front desk told me there were no USB ports in the entire facility. Also, the area of the hotel was very suburban. It was not walkable to any restaurants or coffee shops. The room was clean and tidy but very warm so I didn't want to put on the air conditioner but I wanted to put on the fan and when it did not work, I went to the front desk and they told me that they don't allow you to turn on the unit in October, even if it is just for the fan and not for the air conditioner. They told me to open my window, which would have been wonderful but the bus and trolley stop were right outside of my window, so it was noisy in my room with the window closed nevermind, open.

A charming European hotel, with very accommodating staff (fluent in English). One of the few hotels with rooms that can accommodate 3 people — a bit cosy, but doable. The restaurant next door is a bit pricey (so’s a lot of Zürich…), but there are a couple of eateries in walking distance, including a terrific, affordable cafe (Remo) less than a minute walk away. There’s also a grocer next door, and a pharmacy a short walk away, in case you need a soda, snack, or sunscreen. The tram stops directly in front of the hotel, and is a mere 3 stops to Zürich’s main train station, which is near the bus stop for a number of tour companies.
You could stay at a big chain place (eg, Marriot) or maybe a ritzier hotel. But for that classic European charm, exemplary service, nice accommodations, terrific convenience, and all at a fair price, you’d be hard pressed to do better. The next opportunity I get to travel to Zürich, I’ll be coming back. I think that’s a pretty solid endorsement. :)

The tram stops right in front of the hotel, about 5 minutes from the central station. Nothing as described, booked 3 adults room and received a regular double bed where was added a foldable bed at the feet of tge other teo people. It looked liked tgree people are sleeping in the same bed with no mord room to move around. If tge hotel has no capability to accomodars 3 adults it should not be added on any booking platform. We loved the atmosphere and decor of the lobby area, outdoor seating, bar, and restaurant area. However, the actual room we stayed in was a bit disappointing. Small room with view of connection to town houses and garbage alley way. Unfortunately there was also dead tiny bugs all over the top of the windows and window sill in the bathroom. The actual beds were okay, in that putting together 2 twin size beds to make one large bed. It did make it comfortable for my husband and I to lay next to each other but the mattresses were definitely too firm for us. Overall it was ok, they front desk staff were very nice!
