Estivemos na festa junina. Perdemos a comanda de papel que meu marido havia bebido 2 cervejas, a funcionária do hotel nos fez voltar p procurar, mesmo informando quem nos atendeu e sabendo que ela poderia fazer uma ligação p resolver !
Pela distância tivemos que pegar a moto e ir até o chefe dos garçons que prontamente resolveu ! A má vontade nos fez perder a vontade de estar no hotel!
As atividades durante a semana praticamente não funcionam pq tem poucos hóspedes .
Muitos funcionários são bem simpáticos. Mas nos desanimou a situação da festa junina.
No geral, não temos vontade de voltar ao hotel! Infelizmente.

Incrível o hotel fazenda , quarto confortável e amplo , banheiro grande toalhas e roupas de cama de boa qualidade, piscinas boas porém a aquecida poderia estar mais quente pois estava climatizada , comida muito boa porém poderia ter mais variedade, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, muitas atividades no hotel como passeio a cavalo , recreação para crianças, pesca e muito mais .

Sou cliente do hotel fazenda Sete Lagos há 15 anos, não esperava encontrar o hotel muito mal cuidado, almoço com comida fria, pouca reposição dos alimentos sendo retirados muito rápido não deixando os hóspedes a vontade, o jantar que foi a festa junina as carnes/espetos frio, não foi informado que não estava incluso a festa junina, como frequento há muitos anos a festa já estava incluso no valor da diária, pedimos café expresso com um pouco de leite e simplesmente ouvi que não tinha no local, informo que recomendei para parentes e acabei me decepcionando, não dá pra narrar tudo que aconteceu……. Etc……. Não recomendo!!

Péssimo. O valor acordado não foi cumprido, queriam cobrar mais pelo Pet, quarto de 5ª categoria e preço de hotel 10 estrelas. Faltou limpar o quarto 1 dia por que não tinha funcionários, quadra de volei era o 8º lago do hotel, banheiro com acabamento de pousada de beira de estrada, comidas não eram repostas, frutas verdes, enfim, uma enganação. NUNCA mais caio nessa e avisarei a todos os conhecidos e desconhecidos para manter distância do Hotel Fazenda 7 lagos.
