The room was great and the location was perfect. The staff during check in was rude and not very helpful. The listing says 2 beds but he blamed us for not warning them that we needed the 2nd bed. Why would we worn them if it says 2 beds??? other than that it was a great stay.

Disappointing stay for the price

We stayed in Haus Fuchs (2nd floor) and were unfortunately disappointed. The apartment is modern, but very dark with no mountain views – only facing the inner courtyard and the neighboring unit.

Cleanliness was below expectations, with hairs in the shower. Only two water glasses were provided, the rest seemed missing. A child’s chair, which had been confirmed by phone in advance, was not available upon arrival.

The bed was also uncomfortable, as the mattress was wider than the frame, leaving one side slanted.

Signage in the complex, especially for check-in, could be improved, and the waste area in the garage was only found after asking.

On the positive side, the overall complex is new and modern, and we would consider returning – but definitely in a different apartment. The property earns its “Alpine” name only through its location, as the apartment itself lacked mountain charm. Overall, we expected more for the price we paid.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable - perfect for relaxing after a day out. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a home away from home.
The apartment is surrounded by beautiful scenery, fresh air and peaceful sounds of nature. I highly recommend this place for everyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

The apartment itself was very nice. Everything was very clean, there were dining options nearby, check-in was easy. At first I found the area confusing to navigate but once I figured out where things were it was actually quite straightforward. It is difficult to drive there since it is quite new and the GPS does not give accurate directions. The location is also not ideal. It is not very easy or convenient to walk to downtown Andermatt. It was a quick walk (7-10 mins) to the train station which was nice (although had to sort out the directions on your own because the map/GPS is nowhere near accurate with the construction going on).

A nice hotel but ongoing construction works

The hotel itself consits of a cluster of properites next to another and is a mix between rental apartments as well as properties owned or rented by people who live there. The apartment we stayed in was very nice and cosy - nice amenities and facilities (a deluxe studio). Was nice to be able to use the laundry services (coin system for washers and tumblers) + paid underground parking was super handy as we could access the property directly from the car park. The location is great - a walk away from the Andermatt train station, cable cars and into the town. The check in was smooth - we were greeted by lovely staff and all the instructions were super clear. All that being said - you could not control the temperature in the studio, it was set to 19 degrees and could not be changed so it was too hot and stuffy for our liking (would also be warmer when using the stove and the oven). And another thing which was not mentioned prior to booking - there is a lot of construction going on so during the week we were woken up as early as 7am by workers and ongoing building work which included a LOT of very loud drilling. Our stay was sweet and sour in the end. Would consider the construction works before booking again

The apartment is in a brand new, still being built development. It was hard to find the entrance with all the heavy equipment and scaffolding. Very confusing as we had to check in at a hotel to get to our apartment complex because their office was closed when we got there.
But the room was spacious, new and comfortable. Good restaurants nearby and near a cute ski town.

Lovely stay in a superior studio flat early june. Fantastic view, friendly and helpful staff. Bed was not particularly comfortable as it was a sofa bed, but that was to be expected as that is what we paid for. Excellent value for money and Andermatt was charming. We will definitely come back :)

we had a terrible flight experience and checked in just before 8 PM...reception gave us vague directions to our apartment in a maze of buildings...took us 30 minutes to find our apt in zero visibility cold conditions with 4 bags and a 2 day travel. zero explanation of the apartment, just
smiles. induction stove foreign to us and appliances difficult to figure out. Very cold, stark apartment with concrete walls and floors. Toilet low and design doesn't flush No. 2 adequately.

Service - For the price, it is rude to expect you to take your own trash out and dispose of it in a building that is across the plaza. Second, the women working the front were lazy and not hospitable.

We rented a 2 BR apartment for 4 nights to go skiing at Andermatt. Very new buildings, check in was very easy, parking is underground, and easy elevator up to apartment. Extremely clean and new apartment, excellent appliances and all pots/dishes needed for cooking. 2 minute walk to Radisson Blu hotel which has a nice lobby bar. 5-minute walk to Andermatt gondola and Andermatt train station. Easy to do even with ski boots and skis. Alternatively there are several free buses that take you to this train station/gondola. Everything is very modern, clean. Definitely hope to come back, I have nothing negative to say about our stay.

This was an amazing place. Apartment was big clean and perfect for friends and family getaway. Plenty of room for everyone and different gathering places in the apartment. Kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking. We did a fee meals in and a few at near by restaurants. Bedrooms were big and had plenty of storage space, beds were comfortable. We will be back next year. It was close to everything, hills train shopping groceries and ski rentals.

Great home base for a trip to Andermatt

My studio deluxe apartment was perfect for a solo trip to snowboard in Andermatt.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated having different areas to relax, eat, and sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and cooking
utensils to cook simple meals.

The unit was spotless, and the finishes felt high quality and new. The building's ski room was well appointed with plenty of storage space and boot dryers.

Location was also excellent, roughly a 5-8 minute walk to the Andermatt gondola and train station. There were solid food options nearby, and walking into the main town area of Andermatt was only about 10 minutes.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything was beautiful and modern inside and the kitchen was well equipped with a handful of coffee pods and all the dinnerware you could possibly need (bring milk and sugar if you need it for your morning cuppa). The courtyard on property was delightful. There was some shopping on site, and the dorf was an easy walk. Andermatt is small and everything is accessible by foot. Shout out as well to Gleis 0 for renting EVERYTHING to my 24 yo when Delta lost his ski bag.

We used the Alpine Apartments for several nights during a bicycle tour. They had a safe, secure bike storage area in each building. Access to the bike path was easy, making trips into town for groceries quite fast. Also close to the train station. Apartments are like new, with a nice kitchen, clothes washing machine, heated drying rack, dishwasher, and large refrigerator.

Fold down bed in living room comfortable for additional visitor if needed.
Well equipped kitchen. You can cook a proper meal here.
WiFi ok but we didn’t try to stream anything.

The complex is just outside the main, historic town and is a building site. No noise from this in the apartment though. Only one, expensive ( but decent) restaurant in the complex. It’s a 20 minute walk to other restaurants. 10 minute walk to the railway station. The buildings going up mean there is no view from most of the apartments.

New apartments located a few blocks from train station and downtown Andermatt. The apartment has everything you need for a formidable stay, would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Staff is very helpful and go beyond to make your stay an exceptional one. Bear in mind there is a 10-15 minute walk to train station amd gondola. Consider renting skis at Meyer just a few steps from the gondola which offer valet service and avoid walking to hotel with skis and boots.

This property offered all of the amenities of home, while away on a ski vacation. It is close enough to the gondola to walk comfortably. There is a lot of construction in the area, but it starts late enough that it's not disruptive. Signs posted indicated that the next phase of construction is estimated to finish next winter (24/25'). The area is super cute, with a horse drawn carriage leaving from the courtyard regularly.

Our apartment was contemporary which was lovely; BUT all black with low lighting so it was hard to see and felt like a cave.

The stairs to the bedroom were extremely narrow and steep; designed like petals so it was more like climbing a ladder to the bedroom. We could not bring up our luggage.

We asked for coffee capsules for then espresso and the property mgmt team
Gave us 4 but said “you’re supposed to buy them”. There were only 4 in the room. We were 2 people there for 5 days. This seemed inhospitable and cheap.

Also, no shuttle from train station for people arriving with baggage which seems to be poor service for the price.

Can’t recommend this place enough! My husband and I visited for our honeymoon and booking the newly built apartments was the best decision ever. It is a short walk from the train station, the gondola and town. The town does close pretty early but we took advantage of having our own kitchen to cook.

The craftsmanship of the apartments exceeded our expectations- I am an Interior Designer in the states and I was very impressed with the layout and design! The storage was clever and everything we needed, they had in the apartment. The staff was also so so sweet- Our train/connecting trains were delayed, but someone from the office stayed after hours, drove their car over to help us with our luggage (we had a lot considering we brought our snowboards/gear/etc). It was so thoughtful and we were very grateful! They are still in the middle of adding more buildings, but the apartments are so well insulated we didn’t hear a peep. 10000/10 recommend!! Can’t wait to come back sometime.

Everything was as described and we came to find a few pleasant surprises like the ski locker downstairs, fitness area, sauna and larger dining rooms / lounges. Very modern and well equipped appartment. The only problem was that the heating was set to between 19 and 21 degrees which meant even with the windows open in February it was very hot sleeping!

Having visited we are not sure that we have bought into the dream of the \"mystic mountains\". Andermatt used to be a small quaint swiss town. The scale of the new development and the commercialisation of the town is one a scale I have never seen before. It has all been \"beautifully masterplanned\". But I am not convinced it is really necessary..........!!!!

The apartment was clean and modern. When I read the welcome manual on the living room table it explained that there was a information binder how do use the modern appliances in the kitchen? There was no such binder and noticed that there was parts missing on on appliances to make coffee in the morning. I explained it to the front desk immediately I eventually got a replacement coffee frothier more than a day later, never got a information binder and had to YouTube how to work the stove and oven. There was no napkins in the kitchen , nor tissues anywhere which I advised the front desk for some said they’re not included even though there were leather covers for tissues in the bathroom. Seems like a basic necessity. There was also a broken towel rack in the bathroom, which was never repaired

Luxury family ski-weekend in Andermatt

For our family ski-weekend we spent 2 nights at the Andermatt Alpine Apartments. Our apartment was brand new, very stylish and top equipped. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed the pool table, small gym and very nice spa (sauna) in the basement. The slopes are in walking distance and the concierge service desk is very friendly, competent and helpful and just around the corner. Also the restaurant embedded in the building complex is excellent and also offers delivery of breakfast, lunch or dinner directly to your apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and will do this again.

The apartments are fantastic and all new (2019), very high quality, spacious and great facilities within them. The team in the rental office are so helpful and are able to assist with getting ski passes, names for transfers companies, etc. There is small restaurant, with its own bakery, in the main square which you can get some food (eg: milk, butter, bread, juice) to take back to the apartment, or eat at. If you want more items, then the Coop is about a 15min walk in the centre of town. The shuttle bus is frequent and and drops/collects you at the main train station entrance, where you can walk to the gondola. A suggestion would be to have the bus actually drop you off at the Gondola base which would be perfect.

About 10 mins walk from Andermatt town centre which may put some off, gondola/train station about 5 mins walk.

This is a great place to stay; well appointed, comfortable, and friendly staff.

The only drawback is it a little bit outside of town (10 min walk) and the bus system is not great.

Superb Apartment

Tremendous value for the money - the apartment was immaculate and extremely well furnished. You name it, they had it down to the washer/dryer. Kitchen was completely equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. We highly recommend and would definitely
stay there again.

Andermatt Ski Condos

The Andermatt Swiss Alps Resort was beautiful and new. It had all the American comforts, even a washer and dryer. It was so new that the company maybe has not worked out the details, like where to check in (two different addresses given). Check in is across the street from the train station in an office. The ski condo is then the opposite way from town. The walk to town is a quick one. The buildings are still being built and construction started at 7-8am on buildings next door. The structures were beautiful and had everything that was needed for a nice stay. I would recommend the Andermatt Swiss Alps Resort to someone else, but would possibly have a shuttle to town or complete the sidewalk along the street. The places are gorgeous!

Wohnung war top!!
Einchecken viel zu spät!!! Gegenüber Auschecken.
Keine Möglichkeit zum Umziehen. Kein Zutritt zum Skikeller, sodass man das späte Einchecken so erleichtern kann.
Absolut nicht verständlich sind die Parkgebühren! Die müssen unbedingt beim Mietpreis(welcher ja nicht billig ist) dabei sein.
