This is our second visit here, and we absolutely loved our four nights and three days. The breakfast is an absolute treat. The view of Lago di Garda can't be beat. Nice to enjoy the borghetto but then get away from all the people at night. My family heritage is in this part of Italy, so I felt loved the whole time.

Was very disappointed with the room we were originally given. It felt like a dungeon. Few windows, smells of mildew. Requested a different room, was accommodated, but charged for the new room and the “snacks they provided as we waited for the new room to be prepared.

We loved everything about our trip! The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and were so friendly and accommodating. They truly made the first part of our Italian vacation as good as it could have been. Mara was especially wonderful! The hotel room was quite new with beautiful lake view, but when we check in, the female receptionist at the old hotel building was very impolite with no smile and she needed to keep our passports overnight just because she was too busy to make photocopy of them.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel am Gardasee war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis, das ich gerne wiederholen möchte. Die Lage ist ideal für einen erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, großzügig und stets sauber – ein großes Lob an das Reinigungsteam für Sorgfalt und Freundlichkeit.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: reichhaltig, frisch und regional. Jeden Morgen war es ein Genuss, den Tag so zu beginnen. Die beiden italienischen Damen im Service waren herzlich, aufmerksam und gingen schnell auf persönliche Wünsche ein – das verlieh dem Aufenthalt eine besondere Note. Schon allein deshalb möchte ich unbedingt wiederkommen.
Auch die Bar überzeugte mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre und fairen Preisen, die hoffentlich so bleiben. Sehr praktisch war zudem die Tiefgarage mit direktem Fahrstuhlzugang. Allerdings fiel hier der Preis negativ auf: über 30 Euro pro Tag für Parken und Laden des E-Autos sind hoch, zumal 60 Cent/kWh beim langsamen Laden wenig verhältnismäßig erscheinen. Wünschenswert wäre, dass Parken während des Ladevorgangs inkludiert ist. Auch sollten Ladeplätze nicht von Fahrzeugen blockiert werden, die gar nicht laden.
Das WLAN funktionierte meist zuverlässig, hatte aber nachts leichte Einschränkungen; in der Tiefgarage gab es keinen Empfang – für mich aber kein großes Manko.
Insgesamt stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut. Alle Mitarbeitenden – vom Empfang bis zur Reinigung – waren professionell und herzlich. Komme wieder.

Fantastisk morgenmad med alt hvad man kunne tænke sig. Glade og hjælpsomme personale som vil gøre alt for deres gæster. Dejlig værelse med terrasse godt hvis man sidder i kørestol. Fantastisk udsigt over Gardasøen og 5 min gang til stranden. 10 min så er du midt i byen. Internettet er okay. Garage med mulighed for at lade sin elbil.

Ótima opção em Limone! Uma curta caminhada até o centro da cidade e uma vista sensacional para o lago. Quarto grande e espaçoso com bom banheiro. Único ponto negativo é que pegamos um quarto anexo à porta de acesso ao restaurante e pela manhã cedo a batida da porta incomoda um pouco. Ótimo café da manhã! De todo modo, recomendo muito a estadia!

Estadia perfeita!! Hotel com vista total para o lago. Nosso quarto e banheiro , bastante amplos, confortáveis e bem equipados e decorados. Tinha um terraço com espreguiçadeiras para contemplar o lago de Garda. Os funcionários sempre atenciosos e gentis, nos orientando no que fosse possível!! Café da manhã bem variado , com opção de vista para o lago no terraço. Tudo Perfeito!!

Kivételesen kedves , közvetlen személyzet. A két reggeliztető hölgy nagyon figyelmes, gyors, kedves. A reggeli bőséges, minőségi termékek (mozzarela és kotélparadicsom, pármai sonka és sárgadinnye, sokféle müzli, joghurtok, sajtkrémek, magos és barna zsemlék stb.). A szoba a szokásosnál nagyobb, világos, mert hatalmas üvegfelület van a terasz felé, tökéletesen besötétítő függönnyel. Saját terasszal és saját kert, jól szeparálva a szomszédoktól. Gyönyörű kilátás a tóra. A szoba tiszta, megfelelő mennyiségű szekrénnyel, széffel. A fürdőszobában bidé, hatalmas épített zuhanyzó esőztető fejjel. Minden kifogástalan, ehhez képest nagyon megfelelő ár.

Schade, dass das Potential nicht ausgenutzt wird. Das sind meiner Meinung nach solide 3 Sterne aber keine 4. Die Sauberkeit war ok aber da ist noch Luft nach Oben. Der Whirlpool auf der einen Terasse hat leider nicht geheizt, trotz Einweisung. Einmal heißes Wasser aus der Leitung eingelassen und genutzt und danach das Wasser einfach nicht mehr warm bekommen. Nicht das was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Das Personal war freundlich aber eine Servicekraft beim Frühstück hat uns regelmäßig den Start in den Tag verdorben. Unhöflich, hektisch ohne Grund und frech gegenüber dem Gast. Und dann serviert Sie Gläser und Tassen, indem Sie sie oben am Rand anpackt.
Das Bett war bequem und die Möblierung auf der eigenen Terasse auch.
