Great stay

Newer hotel in great condition. If you want to save on parking you can just park on the street and walk a couple hundred meters. Breakfast is basic but good, super helpful and nice personnel

New or newly refurbished. Nice looking rooms and bathrooms, however not a lot of space to store bags and clothes. The rooms have been soundproofed way better than competitor hotels but not perfect. Breakfast is ok, a few options available without being outstanding. Parking is €12 per night and it gets busy more often than not... There is a risk to have to park on the road in odd locations (not many designated parking spaces available).
I would stay here again as this was the best hotel I have been in the area up to date.

Great newer and clean place. Only thing that gets really annoying is the amount of smoking that generally sits right in front of the doors. Not something I want to smell with breakfast and evening drinks continuously. Staff should ensure the people who want to partake in the habit, are nearer to corner so it does not keep blowing into the hotel.

Perfect for one night but phone and safe didn’t work. Reception lady offered to move us to another room but it really wasn’t worth the effort just for the one night. Staff were very friendly but breakfast was mediocre. Really nothing nearby but a short drive to town centre.

My experience with my wife was bad. Staff are not friendly and information's requested was reluctantly given. I remember asking about parking provision and had to be fighting with the machine out side after being sent several times only for the receptionist to tell me that I can pay for the parking in the office.

Terrible stay. sheets were dirty, but the worst part was that the cleaning crew staerted knocking on the door from 830am. then again at 930, 10 and 11am. could not get rest we were looking for and s we were late at check out as a rwsult the manager was coming up to ask us to leave

Stay was comfortable, but the fact that there’s no room service and kicthen was closed by 19:00 when we arrived was a bit disappointed. Charging €12 for parking is a bit greedy.

A good hotel choice but two things missing

We stayed one night on our return trip home after a summer holiday in Italy. The hotel is new and well furnished and fitted out. The reception staff were excellent.
The hotel is out of the town centre so it was disappointing to find that the hotel restaurant only serves breakfasts. That was unclear when we booked. It was also disappointing that this new hotel did not have EV chargers in the car park. Two minuses against what is otherwise a great hotel

I was leary choosing here because of few bad reviews. But I'm glad I did. What people need to remember is this is a Holiday Inn and not a five-star Resort. The breakfast selections were that of a common Europe breakfast, not an American breakfast. The staff spoke English and we're always so happy to help if you need anything. There's absolutely nothing within walking distance and you may have a little trouble getting any Uber here depending on the length of the trip. It's a small quiet city so Uber isn't a big thing there. Highly recommend using a rental if you stay here.

We liked so much about this property. It is a smart hotel so for example your key must be in a slot at the door to turn on the lights. Therefore when you leave and take your key, no lights are accidentally left on….energy saving! The breakfast bar was fresh and had lots of variety. Everything was comfortable except that we couldn’t turn on the air because it was too cold outside (part of the smart building), but the staff helped us open a window. All good!

Das Personal war größtenteils freundlich. Beim Frühstück muss ich unbedingt einen Punkt abziehen. Ich kann nicht verstehen, warum man den Gästen immer aufgebackene Brötchen anbietet, die schmecken, als wären sie von vor zwei Tagen. In dieser Preisklasse muss man mit einem Bäcker kooperieren und frische Backwaren anbieten. Ein weiterer Abzugspunkt ist für den Kollegen an der Rezeption, der uns das Gefühl gegeben hat, wir würden stören. Kein Lächeln, keine freundlichen Worte...
Ansonsten ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angemessen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, ruhig und modern eingerichtet.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, Frühstück aber ein Horror. Viel zu wenig Plätze fürs Frühstück bei der Mengen an Betten.
Sonntags wird man vom Reinigungspersonal gegen 8:30 Uhr mit viel Lärm geweckt und um 9 Uhr klopfte es dann direkt an der Tür und Sie wollten das Zimmer putzen.

Bissl zu früh fürs Wochenende 10 Uhr würde auch reichen.

Endroit calme loin de tout. Accès rapide des grands axes. Parking payant à l’hôtel car as beaucoup d’autres possibilités à proximité. Sécurité accrue avec badges à l’entrée, pour prendre l’ascenseur et escaliers. Il y a un bar, pas de restaurant mais pizza ou flamekush dispo. Il faut demander si vous voulez que l’on fasse votre chambre « écologie » bon je ne vois pas ce que faire les lits n’est pas Ecolo (tout à fait d’accord pour les serviettes). Petit déjeuner correct mais pas assez de places pour s’installer à table. Un Hotel 3*. Personnel agréable.

Wir sind bereits mehrmals Gast im Hotel gewesen. Es war fast alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Leider fehlte im Zimmer der Schreibtisch. Dies wurde bereits beim Check in angegeben, leider erfolgte keine Reaktion. Toll fanden wir zu Ostern die bunten Eier und die Hasen- Brötchen beim Buffett.

Das Hotel ist zwar in einem Industriegebiet, aber dafür hat man seine Ruhe. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und das Frühstück völlig in Ordnung und reichhaltig (keine Ahnung, warum hier manche meckern). Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür, was ich immer super finde. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zur Info, es gibt kein Restaurant im Hotel oder in der Nähe - d.h. am besten vorher etwas essen oder etwas mitbringen. :)

Prima hotel alleen de douche was matig en op zondag ontbijten is echt een ramp.....ruimte is te klein waardoor je of moet wachten of aan de bar of andere tafeltjes moet gaan zitten. Het ontbijt zelf is prima en zou ook zeker terug komen maar niet van zaterdag op zondag.

Last van lawaai van andere gasten laat in de avond/ s nachts. Hotelkamer is tijdens ons verblijf (2 nachten) niet schoongemaakt terwijl er staat dat er dagelijks wordt schoongemaakt. Daardoor naar receptie om extra handdoeken te vragen.

In the middle of nowhere. Absolutly zero restaurants or other.
Hotel food/bar very sparse.
Breakfast ok

Got a migrane during stay and was not allowed a headache-pill - had to go by taxi puking to nearby town to get pills :(

Staff was just sitting in reception / they could have made sandwiches or something?? Lots of hungry guests were only offered vacuum-prepacked triangle shaped really bad sandwiches (expensive) as food in the evening.

Avoid this location!

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für super Zimmer

Für ein verlängertes Wochenende sehr gut. Ruhige Lage. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Sauberkeit war gut, da ist nichts zu beanstanden. Personal beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam, hat schnell schmutziges Geschirr abgeräumt, Frühstücksplätze sind allerdings etwas wenig und teilweise nicht sehr gemütlich, wenn ich mit Freunden oder Familie frühstücken möchte. Der Blick auf die Fernsehbildschirme für mich eher störend.

Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort. Zweckmässig alles super, Rezeption freundlich. Allerdings hatten wir angekündigt, dass wir keine Zimmerreinigung benötigen, prompt wollten sie 2 mal rein, obwohl wir beim ersten Zutrittsversuch verneint haben. 4 Tage zur Rehacare Messe in Düsseldorf verbarchtenwir zur Übernachtung in diesem Hotel. bei Ankunft war alles perfeckt vorbereitet, sodaß das einchecken prima ablief.
Der Service an der Rezeption einwandfrei.
Einzigster Kritikpunkt ist die fehlende Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad. Wenn man möchte das die Gäste des Hauses die Handtücher mehrmals nutzen, muß auch die Voraussetzung dazu dasein, da fehlt es absolut.
Noch schlimmer in den Barrierefreien Bäder.

Gutes Hotel, aber nicht perfekt.

Das Hotel ist modern und die Zimmer schick und ausreichend groß. Das Zimmer war weitgehend sauber, nur an einer Stelle war Dreck, der auch bei der Zwischenreinigung nicht weggesaugt wurde.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Sehr ärgerlich sind die Parkgebühren von 12 Euro pro Tag, was wir bei einem Hotel in dieser Lage eigentlich nicht akzeptabel finden.
Das Hotel war an dem Wochenende unseres Besuchs sehr voll, so dass auch der Frühstücksbereich bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt war. Eine Regulierung/Platzzuweisung durch das Personal erfolgte nicht, wodurch an großen Tischen nur zwei Leute saßen und größere Gruppen sich an kleine Tische quetschten mussten.
Die Nachfüllung von Lebensmitteln, Besteck und Tassen erfolgte schnell.

Überbuchungen zur Profitmaximierung

Angekommen wurde uns direkt erzählt das kein Doppelbett Zimmer (wobei dies extra gebucht wurde) verfügbar ist. Abgewimmelt mit einem Einzelbett Zimmer und Cola, sehr schlechter Umgang.

Das einzige was ich wie immer Bemängel ist das es keine Kühlschränke gibt. Aber dank des netten Personals wurden meine Energys im Kühlhaus kalt gehalten :)
