Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 avec lit double, nous avons eu une chambre pour 2 avec 2 lits simples. On nous a dit qu'on pouvait les coller nous-mêmes pour ne faire \"qu'un seul lit\". Chose que nous avons faite, et avons découvert de beaux nids de toiles d'araignée derrière le lit déplacé. Lorsque nous avons voulu nous laver à 10h, plus d'eau chaude de disponible. En dehors de ça, il faisait très calme dans la chambre. Les installations sanitaires étaient propres et spacieuses.

Dem Zimmerpreis gut, aber Frühstück zu teuer

Für das Umfeld ganz gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für das Zimmer, da der Parkplatz kostenfrei war. Der Griff für das Badezimmer war lose und es gab Schimmel in der Dusche. Es hat aber beim Ausschecken keinen interessiert, wie mir der Aufenthalt gefallen. Das Frühstück dürfte aber gern günstiger sein oder aber die Qualität müsste massiv gesteigert werden.

Simple, low budget style accommodation

This is a modern but very basic business type accommodation, the room was small and lacking in facilities.There’s no fridge, kettle, coffee machine, phone or alarm clock. There’s no wardrobe just an open clothes rail and no draws, just open shelves. There’s no carpet, just a hard cold surface with a wood effect print which looks smart but is dark and certainly not comfortable. Lighting is very basic, a single spot light in the hallway, small wall mounted lights behind the bed and a desk lamp which flickered from times to time. The single beds are simple, basic and functional. The bathroom was good, nice walk in shower and modern toilet. Only let down there was the plastic sink which was beginning to yellow and the chrome peeling from the plug. The tap was also very loose, needed tightening from underneath. Given that the room was not cheap, parking cost is extra per night as is breakfast (I didn’t bother). The room was however modern and simple, this hid the fact that it was not particularly clean. Dust, marks (looked like toothpaste) on the curtains and a little dirt on the floor if you looked. The loose tap, flickering lamp and the lights over the bed were different colour white showed lack of attention to detail. I expected more for my money. On the plus side the staff were friendly and the lobby areas clean bright and modern.
Perhaps acceptable for a simple short business stay where it’s paid for by a company. If you are spending your own money then very disappointing.

No fridge / minibar, very expensive parking rates, very expensive breakfast rates, no adequate (open) space for cloth. or internet connection, limited to 2 devices per person, free internet only with limited data. For a decent internet connection you need to pay special packages. Not exactly what we expected from a business hotel!

Handy to west side of Dusseldorf

My experience was good, however, we had booked 4 non-smoking rooms and one of my colleagues was given a smoking room which was very unpleasant. He was not able to get a decent sleep because of the terrible smoke smell in the room. I am sure he would have rated it much lower than I.

If you have transportation, this is the spot to stay in Krefeld, Germany. The hotel is very nice and clean, with friendly staff. They had construction going on during my stay and the Expedia info did not mention this, so this was unexpected. I did not use he room during the day, so this was not a problem for me, but for someone on vacation, this could be a disaster........there was loud hammer drills, etc. The food is very good, as was everything.........only the construction issue not being noted as a \"special condition\" was a negative.

This is a very poor hotel. The internet costs money if you want 8mbps speed (still slow), or you can get 24 hour access at a time for free at only 5.12kbps speed. This is very unprofessional and poor service. The rooms are small, cramped, and not comfortable.

I guess if you don't care about internet and comfortable rooms then this might be ok for a business trip. My company has an office in Krefeld, but I will NOT be staying here ever again.

Unfulfilled needs ( whcih were promised in the web

Overall a good stay, but with unfulfilled expectations
i.e. the web booking suggested that there would be coffee making facilities in the room ---NOT SO
the web booking suggested that there would be bottled water in the room ---NOT SO ( but was given on request)
The staff on duty said they would get back to me immediately about the discrepancy between the web booking promises & the actual facilities in my normal/basic room; however after 2 weeks I have had no response

Pleasant modern hotel

The hotel was very pleasant, although not exceptional. Hotel and room was modern and clean. Didn't use restaurant, but it looked quite nice. Nice terrace at the back overlooking a small lake. There was a small free wi-fi allowance, but if you wanted more you had to pay a small charge - it did however work well (compared to other hotels I've stayed at). There was a charge for parking your car at the hotel. Not very much, but a bit of a cheek when there's no real alternative. It's a bit like a restaurant charging you extra to use cutlery! It was also a bit tricky to find. There's a sign on the main road saying to turn right after 200 metres, but even if you're good at estimating distances and take the correct turning, you could still fail to find it! The hotel sign at the top of their drive is rather small.

Perfect location for early flight from Dusseldorf

Rooms are basic but clean. This time I had a very quiet room (the rooms next to the central hall tend to be noisier). Front desk personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. When returning a rental car, get gas at the gas station next to the expressway. After that, it will be difficult to find another station. Also, get a good map of the Dusseldorf airport in advance, it is not the easiest airport for finding the car return center.

I stay at this hotel with around 10 collegues every year and it has always been a great experience. This year it unfortunately wasnt. The hotel is being renovated which made for a great deal of noise and mess. There was no bar area and we had to eat a very limited menu in the reception area. The restaurant was closed earier than advertised as well. Not a great experience, we should ahve been informed of the renovation at the time of booking and we wernt.

Hotel Tryp btwn Dusseldorf and Monchengladbach

This was a very nice new inexpensive hotel. We were farther than we thought from the town where our conference was taking place but since we had rented a car it was fine. Actually quite nice as we did get to see a bit of the countryside! The hotel does not have coffee service in the rooms (I am used to such typical amenities in the USA) but did have complimentary coffee to order in the lobby. We had a wonderful happy hour the first evening but were never around after that. The breakfast spread which we did not take looked fabulous if you could eat 14 Euros worth. Internet is paid for separately and the monthly rate was best even though we stayed only 5 days. All in all if I was in the area and had a car I would stay there again.

Convenient to Dusseldorf airport

We had an early morning flight out from Dusseldorf and didn't want a long drive to the airport before the long flight home. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport in a newer office park area. Nothing to see or do within walking distance, but the hotel is clean and modern and the price was very reasonable - a definite plus with the dollar at 1.5 to the euro.

The room itself was typical of what I've seen in Germany - compact by American standards but not tiny. The shower was a very large walk-in style, it made me consider remodeling my home shower.

All things considered, I was very satisfied with the stay. A clean, quiet, comfortable room, convenient to the airport at a very affordable price. For my purpose it was ideal. For anyone desiring walking access to city amenities this is not the place to stay as it is definitely not in the heart of the city.

The stay was great due to the hotel staff and the room spacious and well insulated. However, there are policies in place that makes both customers and their staff uncomfortable and go against common sense as well as EU and National regulations. I hope that with this review, the Meliá groups management will come to their senses. Please read:
The 1200 km trip going to the hotel was horrible, so when we arrived there, we just wanted to take a shower and go to sleep, but we were asked to fill in some forms with our personal data, agreeing to the hotel rules as well as agreeing to pay a fine (400 euros) if we were to smoke (we asked for a no smoking room). We were also asked to leave our credit card details on one of said forms, which is very unsafe at best. Other people were asked to leave a 200 euros deposit since they did not have a credit card. There are European as well as National regulations that specify fines for smoking in forbidden areas, and there are strict European laws for data protection that those forms are not adhering to. I never experienced this before and it made me feel unwelcomed and harassed, so much so I was ready to leave, if not for the issues this would have caused to the staff, that looked visibly uncomfortable. Melia, this is a big no! Also the fact that there are international channels available is a big no! You should thank the staff and the great hotel manager you have, that are doing their best to make the customers feel welcomed!

Der Herr an der Rezeption war völlig unkompetent. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit babybett gebucht. Allerdings hatte das Hotel kein babybett obwohl dies so auf der Website steht.

Sehr nettes Personal, hatten ein Premium Familienzimmer. War sehr großzügig, modern und sauber. Liegt halt ein einem Gebiet mit ganz vielen Firmen, so dass dort abends kaum jemand rum läuft. Aber dafür war es ruhig. Frühstücksbuffet klein aber super. Alles da, was man braucht. Auch hier Personal sehr freundlich. Vor allem auch sehr kinderfreundlich.

Hotel was good and the rooms were comfortable with a very good bed. Unfortunately it was very warm in the room what I personally don’t like for sleeping. The buffet was very good, and I like the cozy bar with a big tv. Parking is a bit expensive.

Gutes Hotel - Wir übernachten regelmässig hier

Wir buchen dieses Hotel regelmässig und haben immer (bis auf eine Ausnahme für die das Hotel nicht verantwortlich war) gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Sauberkeit, grosses Bad, schneller und unkomplizierter Check-In.

Ob man tatsächlich 10€ für den Parkplatz in Rechnung stellen muss sollte sich das Hotel jedoch zumindest bei Stammkunden mit mehr als 10 Übernachtungen pro Jahr überlegen. Das ist für die Lage im Industriegebiet nicht okay.

Wir hatten dort 2 Zimmer gebucht, da wir auf einer Hochzeit in der Nähe eingeladen waren

- Zimmer waren sauber, groß genug uns sauber - allerdings sehr hellhörig
- Umgebung war wie erwartet
- Service war unfreundlich / schnippig
- kostenpflichtiges Frühstück war das Geld nicht wert, allerdings gibt es am WE in der näheren Umgebung nichts

Hotel não possui ar condicionado. Ao abrir a janela tem chaminé de diesel a fora. O quarto fica com cheiro de fumaça de caminhao. Passei mal, e não consegui ficar nem a primeira noite no hotel. Sai para outro. Atendente do hotel super rude, sem ajudar a situação.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels und des Zimmers war dem Preisniveau angemessen. Der Zustand der Zimmer war mäßig, defekte Lampen und Lüfter. Das Zimmer sehr eingestaubt auf den selten genutzten Flächen und der glatte Boden war schlecht gewischt. Das Treppenhaus zu den Zimmern war ebenfalls recht dreckig.
Der Service an der Rezeption war hilfreich und freundlich. Unsere Reklamation wurde sehr angemessen geregelt.

Gut war die Parkplatzsituation am Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich.

Man hat uns ein behindertengerecht eingerichtetes Zimmer, obwohl dies nicht gefordert war. Deshalb war Toilette und Dusche gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Das Zimmer lag direkt an der Eingangshalle und man hörte die Geräusche aus der Empfangshalle.

Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig, die Lage entsprach voll unseren Wünschen (außerhalb der Stadt, aber gute Verkehrsanbindung mit den Öffis). Der Park mit See war ein Highlight.
Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet.
Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und werden gerne jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

Zimmer im 2. Stock, ständig Lärm aus der Lobby. Wenn man die ersten gebeten hat, etwas leiser zu sein, kommen andere. Bis kurz nach Mitternacht. Nicht das Hotel Schuld, aber die Türen sind einfach nicht Schallisolierend ausgeführt.

실내가 찜통 같은 호텔

호텔 실내가 무척 더웠음. 복도도 환기가 잘 되지 않는지 불쾌할 정도로 더운 열기기 느껴졌음. 호텔이나 방 시설이 가격 대비 충분하지 않았다고 생각됨. 별도로 조식을 하고 싶을 때 비용이 너무 비쌈 (18유로). 조식을 원한다면 사전에 business package로 예약 필요.

Lautes Hotel ohne Klimaanlage

Unfreundliches Checkin-Personal, keine Klimaanlage mit muffigem und heißem Zimmer, lediglich das Frühstückbuffet war gut. Am Waschbecken nur kaltes Wasser. Aussenstellplatz für PKW muss extra bezahlt werden.

Nettes Hotel mit guter Erreichbarkeit

Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind unterwegs. Im Allgemeinen hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Bei Expedia steht drin, dass man ein kostenfreies Kinderbett bekommen würde. Dies ist aber nicht der Fall. Wir haben kein Kinderbett bekommen, sondern ein Zustellbett für welches wir 15,- EUR pro Nacht bezahlen sollten. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, es gäbe keine Kinder- bzw. Babybetten. An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, der Eintrag bei Expedia sei falsch. Für den Parkplatz mussten wir auch 9,- EUR pro Tag bezahlen und noch nicht mal einen Parkschein dafür bekommen. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt aber sehr angenehm. Sehr schönes Badezimmer und das Zimmer auch ist schön.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Lediglich eine Übernachtung. Check-In sehr freundlich, Zimmer war zum Glück Nichtraucherzimmer. Spartanische Einrichtung aber für den Preis ausreichend bzw. angemessen. Frühstück 18,- Euro relativ teuer.

やっぱりコーヒーは世界最高の1つ！

ロケーションがロケーションだけにビジネス利用しか考えられません。あと近くにロジスティックスセンターがあるのでトラックの往来が多く、道路沿いの部屋は少し騒音があります。
高速Wifiがいまどき有料なのは、ちょっとどうかと思う（低速は無料）。
でもこれを除けば、良いと思います。とくに朝食はおいしい。なかでもコーヒーは私の中では世界最高の1つ、と高らかに言います！

Standardhotel mit leichten Mängeln

Das Hotel ist insgesamt ok. Kleine Änderungen könnten den Eindruck verbessern. Schimmel am Fenster kann man leicht entfernen und ein Hinweis auf das Warmluftgebläse im Badezimmer (ohne Heizung) würde helfen.
Insgesamt aber ok. In Krefeld gibt es deutlich schlechtere Hotels.

周囲はビジネスパークです。ホテルパーキングへのアクセスも分かりにくいと思います。ご注意ください。
部屋は広いだけ、設備は最低限だけです。
