This property was in a great location, walking distance to the main shopping area and very close to an array of restaurants. The rooms were very spacious, extremely comfortable king bed and a great shower.
Overall will definitely stay here again.

Choice of Poached or scrambled eggs, bacon beans, Hash browns (potato Gems) were a little on the warm not hot side, everything I was after.
Bathroom could do with a towel rail for storing towel, just don't know where it could possibly go, there isn't enough room in the bathroom, I would have liked a hand shower, to me rain showers are over rated.
Bed and pillows were good, phone chargers in bedside light, desk good, mini fridge a little small but OK.
I would stay there again,

Booked a balcony room but didn’t get one. Not soundproof rooms. Got very little sleep due to music from a club and noisy neighbours and people speaking in the halls. Even upstairs room walking around.
It was clean and the food was good, great breakfast buffet.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Had a couple hiccups with the key cards not working but was resolved promptly. Beds very comfortable and rooms clean. Strange not to have a coffee maker in the room but there was a fridge. Quiet area but a night club down the street was rocking the Friday we were there and no ignoring that!! Did not go all night though so still able to log some sleep. Would recommend. We had a family room for 3 adults which was 2 twin beds in a side room and 1 king in the main. Was a perfect arrangement - both sides had windows and balcony too.

Our stay at the Best Western was wonderful and perfect for a family of 5....we had two separate rooms (a Family Suite) and it was brilliant! The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well after long days out driving and sightseeing! The bathroom and entire suite were very clean and tidy and were great for our needs. We will certainly stay again when we next visit Hobart!

Good accommodation close to the CBD. Parking spaces are a bit tight to get into. Night club near by can be heard in hotel rooms and goes into the early hours. So sleeping is a problem but the meals are great and staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

Please improve the handicap bathroom. Nice big shower, however every time you shower there is a flood on the whole bathroom floor. Even when you try to direct the shower head directly over the shower drain. Not enough of an incline at the drain.

Clean modern facilities. Good continental breakfast range and dinner menu except it was the same dinner menu/specials every night - ? have some different items on special. Some confusion for my fellow traveller when ordering cup ot tea - teapot brought mixed with milk. Room power points limited for 3 people charging phones/watches/hearing aids. Wireless charging mentioned on lamp but couldnt get to work. Maybe some instruction.

Located in quiet part of town. Salemanca markets, shops, good restaurants, churches, warf for boat cruises, are all within 10 to 15min walk from the hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Parking is under cover, safe and easy to access. Access to the roads around the hotel is easy and uncomplicated. Breakfast was good value.

The room was good size for two people a little tight for three. There was a folded bed added, which we didn't expect as the room was booked for 3 adults so we thought there would be a permanent single bed. The queen size bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice and a good shower and soft towels.Had difficulty parking in the car park and the nice desk attendant arranged for parking in the front.

We booked a family room and we were pleased to find it was two separate rooms, excellent for noisy kids. Check-in was quick and painless, checkout the same. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from Salamanca markets, and about 10 minutes from the centre of the city.
Parking is only $15 per night but you can park on the street 6pm-8am or on the weekends for free, which we did as were only there Friday night.

Breakfast not so good. Also the Bistro was closed for 2 of our 3 night stay so we had to look elsewhere for our evening meal. We had an early morning trip so were given a \"breakfast box\" instead of breakfast. This was not very good and could be vastly improved.
Parking was good, safe and secure. Staff on reception very helpful

There is a night club near buy and if you are there on a Fri/Sat night the music is incredibly loud. The in room facilities were basic, for example the tv only had free to air channels. I won’t stay here again.

What i liked about this property was the room was a great size, But not cluttered. The bed was great to sleep in and the pillows where perfect, Shower was also excellent. And i found it quiet. I rated 3 as I am not impressed becuse of the following:
- lobby could be better lighted.
- our bed is a bit squeeky and unstable because it rolls.
- No bath robe, no slipper
- No free drinking water unlike other 3-4 hotels, they offered drinking water
- Can't cast my phone into the telly.
- Door could be more secured by putting an automatic hinge above. I have to drag the door to close always

The breakfast buffet was a little lacking, I wouldn't bother doing it twice.

Other than that, there were no dramas, friendly staff, and happy to mind our bags whilst we went hiking for 4 days and returned.

For the nightly rate this is a very good deal. The hotel and rooms are kind of blah but clean and the bath worked well. The daily service was excellent and everything we asked for at the desk was provided. The fitness room was average but that's fine. Parking underneath works great and spots were big enough for my large pickup

Stay in Family suits with 2 bedroom joint room which was suitable for our needs and affordable accommodation in CBD, great locations convenient easy accessible but lack of facilities such no Netflix just HD TV boring no smart tv blankets need to change or update or provide options specifically for allergies skins etc. and few little maintenance issue, loose toilet paper rail, dirty AC filter and need new batteries, no air Freshner lack of ventilation and very dusty and pointless cleaning voucher and would be great and helpful to provide mini microwave features as well as just kettle and cups, glass only

Comfortable rooms with easy access to Hobart CBD. There is some road noise and nearby nightclub activity however we didn't have any real problem with this. Our room lacked smart TVs which meant we couldn't access our streaming services. This could be a deal-breaker if we stayed any longer than a few days, particularly with 3 kids. Some crockery would also make the stay more comfortable (our room was limited to a few glasses and coffee cups). Guests should be able to self-serve breakfast cereal at a minimum.

Room has all the basic amenities.I could not sleep due to traffic noise. Dinner took nearly 40 minutes to serve, however they had served it within 15minutes the next evening, after I had made a comment to the staff. Staff explained that they had only one cook that evening.
