We arrived tired from driving, to find out that there wasn't a parking space for us. The gentleman at reception could not have been more helpful, and he made sure we knew where to park until a space became available. The whole stay was excellent, convenient for dining and sightseeing, and very comfortable.

Central location. We got a disability friendly apartment which is good to know that they have. They could leave a dish cleaning scrubber and dish wash liquid in a small bottle to make it easier to do a few dishes. Guest laundry should be free to use, definitely not $6 for each appliance. Taste of Malaysia restaurant in the ground floor serves excellent food and handy to have.

I liked because it was in the city and we didn't need to rent a car to go around hobart because the pablic transport was axecible at all time.
But the apartment wasent exactly what i expected or what i saw on the pictures. There was not enough space around the room, the toilet door would not close, they didn't clean up the room as they said it was very dusty and the carpet was very dirty and didn't get clean during the time we were there, they didn't have any equipment to clean the room ourselves.

It was good but sometimes noisy with doors slamming shut and overlooked laneway so people there early hours of morning. Staff were very friendly and good Malaysian restaurant just outside hotel door. Huge rooms so overall pretty good.

This property is well-situated in downtown Hobart. East walk to the pier and to the Visitor's Centre, close to lots of shopping and groceries. Lots of great cafes too. There is a Banjo's Bakery right across the street for early coffee.

Conveniently located hotel with good housekeeping
The hotel is strategic and conveniently located in central CBD area. With departmental stores, bakery and supermarket within 2-5 minutes walk. The housekeeping staffs have done a good job in maintaining cleanliness of the room by cleaning your room daily during your stay. Downside is that it can be quite noisy for the lower floor rooms guests. The doors of the rooms are not designed to be closed quietly when guests closed the doors slam shut. My room was located just opposite another hotel with open parking areas whereby rowdy guests or passer-by loiter at the carpark area during evening or night time. If you are renting a car, please inform the hotel reception way beforehand to reserve a "paid" parking lot for you as they have limited parking spaces for guests. Lastly, I would recommend that they increase the number of washing machines and dryers for guests as there are only two washing machines and two dryers for all the guests staying in the hotel. It is not enough and I have encountered rude hotel guests who took my clean clothes out without my permission to dry their own clothes.
