I never found the place .. very narrow streets and poorly marked directions, so I do not recommend going there by vehicle. It’s impossible to find. I never saw any sign identifying the place, and even the people in the area don’t know where it is. Not recommended — I wasted my money for nothing.” No phone Numbers to call .. find another place near the lake better !!

The room was clean but very spare and utilitarian. It was made up for it by convenient location from a walking standpoint and a fantastic view. However - finding it at night with a car was a nightmare, driving through a road the width of an alley without even being clear where I was headed was very problematic. Parking was quite a challenge and on the road a few blocks from the hotel. But the owner was a wonderful man who took me with the car to the location and walked me back. What the hotel lacked in character it made up for in service and location. Again - as always - beware \"parking available\". I wish Expedia was more clear about this.

Great value for money. Amazing view from the apartment. Right in the old town, short walk to the lake, shops etc.
very comfortable bed, WiFi was okayish.
There are some few things that could be improved: the kitchen is quite useless if there are no pots where one can cook, also there’s nothing to clean the dishes, there should be a sponge and washing liquid provided. The curtains in the bedroom are terrible, they don’t block the sun so you basically wake up very early as there’s so much sunlight.

Lost its passion but is Value for money.

Its a nice place. English is very limited. Main thing, its value for money and that's reflected throughout.

A few things to repair / look into: Room 3

Shower head retaining bracket was broken
Bed is VERY hard and dirty

Looks tired with mould and bad paint finish.

The manager was friendly and helpful but no services were provided. It was on a cobblestone hill and difficult to go to and from. There were no services nearby. The view from our balcony was spectacular but it was rated Wonderful and I expected more than a view

Beautiful views from the balcony. Wonderful location in the old town, though this obviously does mean cobbled streets and stairs to get there. Friendly and helpful owner. It does smell of smoke but once you're in your room, it is fine

This is not a hotel as such, but self-contained rooms and apartments within a family house. It is in a great location, in the old town, just a couple of minutes walk from the quay. My room had a fantastic view of lake Ohrid, both from the private balcony and from inside the room, which had full-length windows. On the first night (I stayed two nights), I had to share a bathroom with the people in the neighbouring room, which I was not aware of in advance - so four stars from me, not five.

Less than five minutes up Hill from the main square.
The best hotel I have stayed at this year taking into account value for money and the magnificent views. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Paid £20 to stay here for a night, the view from the room alone is worth that price. The room itself was basic, but perfectly fine for me. The location is very central in Ohrid old town. The lady who checked in was lovely and welcoming. Tv has some global channels, and sports channels - managed to catch some UK carabao cup action! Overall would recommend!

The best things about this place is locaiton. If you have balcony room you was see wonderful sunrise. The owner is helpful and friendly. The cleanliness unfortunately is not that good. Maybe it was winter season and they did not that much focus on that. Location is super. Everything is there what you need for comfort stay.

We were not able to stay at Villa Old Town because there was no one at the desk and no one answered the phone. We had to book another place to stay. I’m sure the villa is nice, but it was very difficult to find.

The balcony view was the star of the show over the Lake, town and harbour. Location perfect for sightseeing and town shops and restaurants and a back for a pitstop/ recharge. Bed was a little soft but I prefer firm by choice. Sound of bar music at night from the main street was loud until 1am and did disturb me, but this was not the responsibility of the apartment.

Perhaps if you are a heavy smoker.

We booked this place for the views and that didn’t disappoint. The town and the lake are lovely. The two terraces on the third floor (no lift) apartment had beautiful views of the lake and the town. The guesthouse is well located, a short very steep walk (with plenty of steps) to the center of town and the lake. The downsides: the small reception and the staircase to the room stink of old cigarette smoke. Awful. The cheap bedding barely covers the “mattress” and you end up on the bare mattress (yuk!). Bathroom is old and barely works. Pitiful unmatched dishes, glasses and utensils. The room was serviced only once during our 3 day stay and they didn’t change the bedding. The keeper did bring fresh smoke-smelling towels every day at our request. Would never stay there again, and would not recommend it with the large number of nice options in this beautiful town.

Good budget option overall

For the cost its pretty good value. I had a lake view room booked but had to spent one night in room 1 with street view. It was pretty small, no tv, no kettle, horrible little bathroom, poor shower. Room 2 was far better. I loved the balcony, and the bathroom was much more comfortable. For both rooms be aware that the curtains block no light so bring an eye mask if you like to sleep in past sun rise.
The manager, Nikola, is very friendly and happy to talk and offer advice.

Great location, a short walk from the main pedestrian street, the historical sights, and the lake shore. Comfortable room with a lake-view balcony. The proprietor is very knowledgeable about the area, and can organize day trips to the St. Naum Monastery. I highly recommend this place for a pleasurable and comfortable stay in Ohrid.

God placering og fantastisk udsigt fra begge de to terrasser. Desuden fint lille køkken i det ene af rummene.
Grunden til at jeg ikke kan give top karakter er at bruseren var i stykker og man derfor ikke kun hænge brusehovedet op. Derudover hang ser spindelvæv flere steder i loftet

Good but bring some cleaning products: wet wipes and maybe chemicals etc. The place has all the kitchenware you need and other necessities. Check the sheets before using as they may be left dirty. Very responsive and helpful host. Gives private tours if you want as well.

Otelin yerini biraz zor bulduk ama otelden ve konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Aslında çarşıya çok yakın bir konumda. Çok iyi karşılandık. Bize ayrılan oda yerine daha güzel ve manzaralı oda verildi. Temizliği ve personelin ilgisi gayet güzeldi. Oteli herkese tavsiye ederim.

Eine wunderschöne Terasse mit Blick auf den Ohridsee.
Das Zimmer war von angenehmer Grösse und Sauber,
Lebensmittelladen mit einer Minibäckerei. Vom Hafen zur Unterkunft sind nöch und einige Treppen zum Laufen.
