This hotel smells wet and moldy. Doesn’t look like the rooms have ever been remodeled. Although the front of the hotel looks nice.
I stayed there Saturday-Wednesday and my key did not work at all. Every time I returned to my room I had to have the staff open my door.
There was no room service. The same trash can and large yellow bin was in the hallway my entire stay. The location is convenient only because it’s the only hotel in town.

Our door was broken so we didn’t have a key card to start and also we were given a free dinner and free breakfast comp. Bye the front desk but unfortunately the kitchen was closed at 9:01 and the breakfast opens at seven, which is in my opinion kind of late for Americans. In the pool closing at 9 o’clock is ridiculous.

Checking in was a bit unprofessional. the young girl didn't even explain where to go to get breakfast, or where the pool was, etc. WIFI. Parking was fine. Getting to our restaurant was easy. The long mirror in the bedroom was smeared. The bathroom counter was very small, so I had to put my toiletry bag on top of the toiler. The bathroom floor was sticky. The next morning, we had to ask where to get breakfast and were told we had to pay an additional $14 pp plus tax to get breakfast. I asked if they used real eggs and was told that used \"powdered eggs!!!!\". We will not go back. At $150 plus tax a night with no breakfast considering the location and amenities it wasn't worth the $$$ And, of course, the ice machine was broken.

I booked an ADA room around a month and a half in advance, prior to my stay. I am a wheelchair user, with limited mobility and the majority of my trips I travel alone. Upon arriving to the hotel, it was a surprise that the only two ADA rooms available were fully booked despite having paid for my reservation at the time of booking. For this trip, my mom traveled with me, and she was able to help me access the restroom but I want to know what the hotel would've done had I been by myself. How would they have accomodated me or another wheelchair user traveler? If I booked and paid in advance, priority of room should be given. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this place again.

Good parking, attentive staff, comfy bed, clean well sized room, good price, quiet and smoke (tobacco and other) free, so convenient to highway and downtown. Cons: peeling wall paper, wonky (but clean) toilet, stained tub. I think that a bunch of updates are happening as the 1st floor had a lot going on - did not affect our stay on the 2nd floor. Does have a gym and good sized indoor pool - but didn't use either. Has a hefty check in deposit, for somewhere outside of Miami or any other large city.

My started with a low bar but the staff and staff only made the experience exceptional. Maybe it was because I was there because my dad was in the hospital then passed away, but I have a hard time believing they were only this helpful because of that. Every question was answered. Every request for help was granted.

The negatives were there were key card issues all week. I must have had to have my keycard reset 20-25 times or more. The bar didn’t have any bourbon, and the kitchen was closed almost every evening.

Luckily I was there for just those reasons and some were out of the staffs control.

Went back and said they weren’t accessible to which he started cursing and yelling at us. He said this hotel doesn’t update online and it’s not his responsibility. He offered us a dirty king size accessible room with no heat. We were so beyond upset and exhausted. Don’t attempt to stay here. We weren’t even able to get a refund.

This is not a safe hotel. Upon arrival the trainee & manager made a mistake with our keycard and sent us to a room full of other people’s belongings. Thankfully there was no one in the room at the moment as that could have easily lead to a physical altercation putting both my wife & I’s safety in jeopardy. This made us concerned for our own property when leaving the room. The manager brushed off our complaint as if it were not a big deal at all.
We went out of the back of the building to sit at a picnic table. As some people looking for trouble approached we decided to head back inside. NOT A SINGLE CARDREADER ON THE ENTIRE BACKSIDE OF THE BUILDING WAS FUNCTIONAL. We had to walk completely around the building to get inside. If our safety had been in jeopardy we would not have been able to get back into the building in time.
Other issues, a good portion of the tv channels were not working, the general atmosphere of the hotel is dark, gloomy and run down, and there was no breakfast.
On top of all of this we checked out a day early because of the safety concerns and we paid for the second day which we did not stay only to have the hotel turn around and charge us $100 for having checked out early. This place is unsafe and managed very, very poorly.
