This place is so cute even in the winter! The staff is amazing and really knows how make their guests happy. I went on Valentine's Day weekend and even though it was quiet they still had things going on like a nightly firepit! They even have a sauna and in room massages available. I even was gifted a goodie bag with spa robes and cute valentines goodies. Would definitely come again.

Cabin was clean, smelt amazing, and it was a very enjoyable stay. Bobby sue sent maintenance down for a new remote for our tv in no time, was there for any guest that needed anything at all.

The views were great, awesome local restaurants 5-10 mins away. If you go in the winter make sure to do the ice castles 25 mins away.

Will definitely be back in the summer months to enjoy

The staff at Presidential Mountain Resort was the kindest and most accommodating group of people that I have met. Bobbie Jo communicated great with us. Calling us before hand and staying in contact with us throughout our stay. They had fun winter activities such as sledding and we tried the snowshoeing. The cabin we stayed in looked very new, was very cozy, and spacious. Bobby Jo also had the best food recommendations. We went to her suggestion Rek-lis and the food was amazing. All the towns people were very kind in the shops we stopped in and talked highly of the people at President Mountain Resort. We found some great books at Juliet’s books store and some great fudge next door. We can not wait to stay there again.

What a great property! It snowed all day so we arrived to a winter wonderland. Lobby was so welcoming and well appointed. Staff was perfect. Friendly, helpful-just great. Our room was great too. Well appointed little kitchenette, well decorated, mountain vibe and very clean. 2 items kept the property from being perfect. The 1st was our room had an adjoining door to another and our neighbors were a group of friends who gathered at might to hang out. Our bed might as well have been in the middle of their room. They weren't overly loud or doing anything wrong its just the connecting door did not block their conversation. At 11 pm we gently asked them to quiet down and they were super understanding. They were not the problem but the structure of the two rooms. 2. The rooms have smart TVs and would get crossed between our two rooms. Minor issue but the noice between the adjoining rooms was a big bummer because its a great property. Next time we'll try to get a cabin.

I had a great time with my family for my wife's birthday weekend!! We did the s'mores with the fireplace, snow slide, and hiking trail.They provided the best cabin with a beautiful lakeview close to the farm and playground. I highly recommend it and I will come again for the summer season.

We had an amazing experience staying at this lovely property. Our check-in and check-out went smoothly and was very convenient, especially after a long day skiing on the mountain. We arrived to a warm, cozy cabin that was SPOTLESS!! The cabin came with everything we needed, as well as some water and coffee to recharge for the morning. The king size bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

The property has many activities including snowshoeing that we will partake in when we return. There are also goats and chickens on the property, and tons of trails.

My favorite thing was the management and hospitality that was provided. Bobbi-Sue, the director of operations was able to accommodate our group and provided the utmost customer service from beginning to end. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and care made us feel at home. She is the epitome of what a great host truly is. I am extremely grateful for her efforts and making this stay a one of a kind.

Exelent cabin in front of the lake (villa 6). In general the property it's really good for winter vacation. Really cozy cabin with all essential for light cooking. Confortable beds and seating areas. All exterior spaces looks beautiful with the snow. Close to main attractions in the area and main roads. Very nice staff and easy check in and out.

We booked a very last minute trip to Santa's Village with our boys before they outgrow the magic. Our cozy cabin was just perfect for our family of 4. The fireplace was on when we arrived. The kids had two perfect little gifts on the table that put smiles on their faces and the beds and accomodations were very comfortable. Bobby was so welcoming when we checked out and for sure we will be back during our next visit up to the area!

We did not want to leave!!! Bobbi-Sue was amazing- answered email questions- made us feel like family! They even had a bonfire going every night for the guests! Cabin was gorgeous - exceeded our expectations and this stay was one of the highlights of our entire bucket list New England visit! Thank you, PMR!!! Bobbi- Sue is such an asset to your company!! We stayed in a cabin at the Presidential. It was spacious, clean, well stocked .
The beds were comfortable.
There is a lake, playgrounds and even sheep and goats.
The staff was more than courteous.
They even built a campfire so we could meet our fellow cabin dwellers.
The location is excellent for Franconia Notch and the White Mountain adventures.

TV not working upon arrival but was eventually fixed. Maintenance guys were very helpful. No shampoo and only a half empty bottle of conditioner in shower. Was brought new and full ones. Then heater was whining loudly and not working and since 30 degrees out needed it so had to reload car and change rooms at 11:00pm.

Staff did try to work on things and did get us into a different room. Evening was taken up by all this. Room basic but clean.

Excellent customer service from Bobbi Sue! Wicked clean cabin and I felt like we were treated like royalty. Loved hanging out in the Adirondack chairs on the cabin deck and watching the wildlife in the private lake. Also, the outdoor fire was raging and was perfect for our marshmallows and s'mores sticks that are in the office! Would hands down stay at this property again and definitely plan to in the future.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain resort in New Hampshire. It’s our number one choice for a peaceful escape. The place is incredibly clean, cosy, and well-maintained, which instantly made us feel at home.

Coziest getaway spot. Bobby-Sue was so, so helpful and kind. This resort didn’t fall short in any area. It was clean and well-kept. The cabin was heated prior to our arrival, and held heat nicely. Full size fridge and freezer, coffee maker with coffee pods, creamer, and sugar. Thoughtful staff made the experience so enjoyable. Daily texts with the anticipated weather and inviting us to campfires with complimentary treats. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. The comforter on the bed was my absolute favorite part, it was so soft and the perfect weight. We stayed in Chestnut 11 and the view was perfect. Staff offered to take our photo together when we stopped by for the complimentary waters and breakfast. Bobby-Sue thank you for making our experience so wonderful. We will see you next year where we are hoping to extend our stay much longer - this is definitely our annual winter vacation spot.
