The location and size of the room was very nice but there were a lot of gnats in our room and a crazy amount of cockroaches outside our room at night. I wish the windows had curtains. The room was very bright in the morning with just the blinds and the sun windows. The extra towels and blankets were very nice though.

This was awesome. Very cool place. Genious idea to have a queen and bunk bed. My teenage boys will never sleep in the same bed so one usually sleeps on the floor. We were there for mountain biking and wish we were able to go to Zion but hadn’t enough time. Fridge, kitchenette, all the things. It was great!

We arrived at 9pm, informed that power would be out from 11pm to 5am with a note on the door (have a picture of that). We drove 5 hrs to the location to not receive a phone call or text to inform us about the power. I called the number to who ever is in charge of the property . You can understand the consumers frustration to the inconvenience. So I was trying to get some resolution to the problem, whether it be compensation or a simple sorry and this is what we can do for you . Instead I was accused of yelling, which did not happen. This person had the nerve to say “well when the power goes out she isn’t compensated.” Excuse me I not concern with your housing but a property that as a consumer I paid for . She still wouldn’t budge, she then said “well you aren’t staying there for free.” That is not what I was aiming at. All I was aiming for was communication that was kind and notice so I had the autonomy to find somewhere else to stay. But instead this person hung up on me and did not answer Expedia calls to rectify this situation. I wasn’t going to stay in this place because of the experience and the place was dirty (we have pictures). We left with other plans last minute driving through Zion at 11 pm at night with deers everywhere. Gets better, I called the power company to see when the notice was given to this property, the notice was given 6 days ago. So instead of giving people the autonomy to choose she chose to be greedy and rude to all the consumers that night.

Good reviews are misleading. This place is poory maintained and managed. 1 of 5 grills on the property we tried where in working order. They have a policy that guests must wash their own dishes and everything we went to use was dirty. The belnder had food dried inside the bottom. Sub-par bed quality too. The twin beds are covered in a non-breathable rubber lining and we couldnt find the twin bed sheets to cover them. AC unit couldn't moderate temp when the termostate was tested. It wither kept running and was freezing or had to be shut off which made it get hot in the middle of the night.
Two grills had broken egnition buttons and one seemed like it was unable to change settings (the flame stayed low no matter where we turned it. And the other two where out of propane. (Which it states if they are propane guests are expected to go to the office builsing and replace their own). We didnt want to replace propane and end up with another broken grill issue. So we didnt even bother. We finally tried the 5th grill and it worked. I feel guests are expected to do everything and everything was still not clean or nice.

Great place for a night or two. Great value for the price. Although the pictures on here don’t reflect the actual room it worked out ok. There are other entire homes the company rents that have a full kitchen. The pictures on Expedia showed a stove in a kitchen so it was misleading. But the kitchenette they offered in the room was good enough just wish it had a cooktop or an electric skillet. But overall it was a great stay for the location. They provide you with the essentials which is a nice touch. Beds are not comfy so if you’re staying more than one night I would go elsewhere. Our backs hurt the next day as well as the small pillows.
The place has grills all over you can use as well. But other than that nothing else to do in the immediate vicinity.

Great location, creative setup for our room with a bunk bed, and very affordable. I’ll stay here again.

Pillows could use some work (giant blocks that made sleeping difficult), and check in was 4 pm with no flexibility for late check out. I’m sure property management is far more complex than I realize, but 4 pm seems pretty late.

The property is great and tucked away from town. It's in an almost residential area. The walls are really thin and you can hear the guests beside you. It's almost a glamping kind of feel. There is easy parking right there in front your property. They have a fire pit for the guest which is a nice feature. The steak house that is walking distance is amazing and you can get carry out.

The property was exactly as described! The layout of the cabin was great with plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked and the refrigerator was full sized. The bathroom was clean and spacious. On top of all that, there was a table and chairs outside my front door so morning coffee was that much more enjoyable.

The space was a good space as far as a room goes but it was dirty. There was sand all over the floor and dust. I'm not sure who or if it was cleaned beforehand but it failed the clean test. We also found a roach in the bathroom and ants in various places in and out of the bathroom area. Would be a decent place to stay if not for the lack of cleanliness we experienced.

Rustic get-away

It's a nice size room with a kitchen, but the kitchen doesn't have a stove or cookware. There are not microwavable containers to cook food. There are BBQ pits, and a crock pot and rice steamer. The area is half a block off the main highway, and is quiet.
There was only one empty drawer in the kitchen area but no dresser of drawers for clothes. There is a closet.
For the price, if you're not going to cook, this is a good place to stay.

This place was very clean and functional. We arrived in the late afternoon after a day at Zion NP (temp was 102 in park). We wanted to have a cold beer at the provided table outside our place, but a lawnmower started up and for 2 hours it was mowing and weedwacking just outside. It was a disappointment. But the place itself was fine.

The outside looks really nice. The inside room was clean, but the set up for me wasn’t very comfortable as far as feeling cozy. The bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. The bed spread was thin and looked like something from the 70s. TV to far away and too small. If you are looking for a place with kids to share a room it’s great and you have a kitchen area. My taste for a couple to have a nice getaway was not for me.

Loved this place! We stayed in a Bunkhouse and although it’s pretty minimalist (cement floor, plastic chairs, bathroom, make-it-yourself bunk beds) there were so many things that were really nice! The kitchen was very well furnished, the linens were very nice, The bunkbeds themselves were very comfortable, the facility was beautifully landscaped and green. The proprietors thought e aebout everything you could possibly need. My only complaint is the parking. There was no placee close at all to our bunkhouse. This was bad because my husband is physically disabled and can’t walk very far. So I had to unload and haul a few times to get out suitcases, food, medical equipment etc to the room.

Convenient home base for a few days in Zion (and Bryce). There’s a grocery store nearby and several restaurants within a few miles. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing. We could easily hear the folks in the next room talking (they were not being loud).
