The staff was helpful and the hotel was clean. My room had a shower head that was pointed towards the wall and I couldn't move it. Luckily i was still able to take a shower so I didn't bother the staff about it. Great place to stay while in the area!

The room was clean. Decor was nice. It had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker.
The bathroom was tiny. This is funny sounding but the toilet was tiny and very close to both the wall, door and tub. You had to step to the side of the toilet to close the door and so it was claustrophobic, but I know that was a design flaw.
We didn't eat the breakfast as it appeared to be a continental type, with no fruit, so nothing special. Also the hours ended at 9am, so wanting to sleep in as I do on a trip, it made it harder to get there in time for breakfast.
We were on the ground floor and people above were kinda noisy, we kept the fan going constantly to try to not hear them to sleep.
The outer part of the hotel is nothing special, very plain like a motel, so I was convened, but inside was better.

Room was clean, spacious & the a/c worked great, which was good because it was 103 during the day! Had a nice pool & breakfast was cereal, waffles & bread for toast. Coffee & tea. Sufficient enough to get your day started! Good location for Zion National Park. Would definitely stay here again & recommend especially for price!

Excellent motel for its class... rooms are small but well layed-out; the bath was great! Strong hot water, everything working, great A/C, etc. My only disappointment was the coffeemaker was tiny and hard to fit a filter and good ground coffee I brought. They only offered 4 packets of decaf which is unacceptable for anyone who loves good coffee. The other negative was that the breakfast was all carbohydrates and sugar: waffles, syrup, boxed cereal flakes and sugar so for a carnivore like me, inedible... so, if you bring your own food and coffee pot, it's a great place to stay and reasonably priced.

We enjoyed the close proximity to Capitol Reef NP, it was a quaint place to relax after hiking & the pool was nice.
The staff wasn’t helpful or even thankful after my husband fixed the sink!!
The general store prices were outrageous!

When we arrived the phone was on the counter with the instruction to dial for assistance. It rang and rang (I could hear it in the back). Just as I was about to give up and cancel my reservation - I even went back to the car - another guest came in and the desk clerk came up front to assist her. I get it that it's hard to be at the desk continually because lots of things come up, but when the instructions for contacting someone don't work and you're hoping to check in, that's not very welcoming for sure.

The room was fine - basic budget room. Older, but serviceable. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was only carbs - waffles, toast, cereal.

So overall the hotel was fine for being a budget-friendly hotel, but nothing more.

We were frustrated in the peak of hot season, the pool was not working and no one communicated this while booking or upon arrival, I would have not booked here had I known. Also the breakfast was not great at all. No protein at all. Just toast, oatmeal and waffles. The tv also didn't work with the remote. Tried calling down and no answer, went down to front desk and no one was there. Will not book here again.

The curtains had holes in them. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets and blankets were old and thin. I feel bad with this review bc the owners were very nice. The rooms need updating. They also had a sign on the wall about if you didn't take your makeup off they would charge you for any stains. I find that so tasteless bc I had holes in my curtains. The shower soap was also watered down and the bar of soap was so tiny you wouldn't be able to use it more than 2 times. I didn't get any sleep bc there is construction going on right in the next lot not even 20 yards from my room.

The indoor pool was great but we tried to book the day before and bookings site messed up and kept charging us 3 time taking our money. You can not even get a live agent and the hotel said it happened a few time with other people same day they were sold out & still booked it through bookings. But the next day we did through Expedia without a issue . Enjoyed the indoor pool and good rate.

Parking was great as they had plenty of room for our semi. The pool was amazing and not crowded. Our little girl swam for 3 hours while we enjoyed the hot tub. Rooms had fridge and microwave. It is also conveniently located between the rodeo grounds and food. Amazing stay with very helpful staff.

This hotel stay was based on ratings and it did not hold up to it. The hotel itself is old and in poor condition. The bedspreads and sheets were old and had makeup stains. The towels were so old and thin they had holes. The pool had a vent for the fumes due to the amount of bleach it had. There is no elevator access only dirty carpet stairs. I do not recommend this hotel. The staff was polite and the bathroom was clean. AC worked and helped with the odors.

The hot tub was lukewarm. We notified the front desk. The next night the hot tub was possibly 1-2 degrees warmer, NOT hot at all. The third night was no better.
The toilet paper was TERRIBLE! My husband even commented on the transparency of the toilet paper!
Our key was only programmed for one night. We had to go to the front desk and get it reprogrammed for the remainder of our stay.
The fitness room didn’t have 5 or 8 pound dumbbells. That was a disappointment.
The breakfast was fine. They only provided one flavor of tea, Lipton. A variety of flavors would be nice.
The room was spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. We could hear the dogs barking in the next room.

If a comfy bed you’re looking for this is not the place. Now if you like a lumpy bed and want to sleep what feels like a pallet, this place is for you! Want to relax your muscles after a long day in the hot tub. Take a hot shower. The hot tub at best is a like warm bath. This place needs to be upgraded or even gutted. Feel hungry when you wake up well how is toast or waffle sound. No fruit or yogurt.
The owners do not take pride in their establishment.

The room and overall motel were clean. The hot tub was tepid, at best. I was severely disappointed since the average hot tub is about 103 degrees, theirs was maybe 99 degrees. Brrakfast was okay, toast, 2 types of cereal and 2 waffle makers. Watered down coffee.
Quiet. Did I expect much more for what I paid? No.
Biggest complaint, don't call it a hot tub if it isn't hot. I'm sure if they see this they'll feed me some crap about it being 'broken' when I'm sure it just run it that cold for cost.

This very hotel has been resurrected but not refurbished. There is no external landscaping. The hotel looks ancient. It is a dump. Sadly, the customer pays ORBITZ and there is not way to get a refund when you arrive at the horrid proper ty. Save yourself. Run.
